- Luxury (2/5): Avoid this serviced apartment at all costs. From the start, it was a disaster. I was stuck outside the gate for 30+ minu - Nothing I had an absolutely terrible experience staying at this serviced apartment. From the moment I arrived, it was a disaster. The receptionist was nowhere to be found at the gate, and I was stranded outside for over 30 minutes. When I finally got in, the apartment wasn’t even ready. The cleaning lady admitted she was only just called by the host to clean, so she rushed through it, leaving the apartment filthy. I had to vacuum the place myself, imagine having to vacuum right after a long flight because your accommodation is unclean!
The bedroom sheets were disgustingly dirty, and to make matters worse, I found two massive bedbugs in the bed (yes, actual bedbugs!). I have videos to prove it. I was so terrified I couldn’t sleep in the room and had to spend all three nights on the couch, which I had to cover with a new sheet just to make it usable. The view from the apartment? A massive graveyard, hardly the picturesque scenery anyone would want.
The apartment was supposed to cater to four guests but didn’t even have basic kitchen essentials. There wasn’t a single pot suitable for cooking a proper meal. The one small pot they had was dirty and disgusting even after washing. The Wi-Fi stopped working a day into my stay, and the host was completely unresponsive the entire time. It felt like I was on my own. I was on my own
This apartment is the definition of a nightmare. From the graveyard view to the dirty, bug-infested sheets, it was a disaster from start to finish. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Even if it was leasing for 2 pounds a night you’re better off sleeping at the train station 0/10. Stay far, far away!. Run . Go somewhere else that doesn’t have bugs / dirty sheet or terrible hosts . Thanks

- Jenn (7/5): Generally a good stay. - The apartment is generally nice with new furnitures and electrical appliances. The apartment manager Brandon is responsive and helpful. Location wise is generally good for those who especially wants to go central London and there’s a huge mall just few bus stops away. This area is under redevelopment so a lot of transformation is coming up. The building has good occupancy hence it’s not too quiet and there’s always security at the conceirge . The cleaning job needs to be improved as the cleaners for the apartment do not do much to keep the place clean enough. More initiative needed from the cleaners for the apartment. When we arrive the cleaning job was not completed and we were left disappointed . Brandon was kind to help but the management needs to train the cleaners to do a better cleaning job prior to guests’ arrival.
