• app groupe (4/5): bell'appartamentino, ma rumoroso dalle 06.00 e istruzioni utilizzo parcheggio non precise nel video - appartamento pulitissimo provvisto di lenzuola per tutti, pulite 1/il letto sta a 30 cm dalla finestra , cha da' direttamente sulla strada. dalle 05.30/06.00 del mattino immaginate il rumore 2/ se sai utilizzare la piastra vitroceramica bene, senno' mangi panini 3/ la televisione la vedi se sai come utilizzare il decoder 4/il garage : siamo riusciti ad entrare, ma il secondo giorno sono rimasto bloccato io da una parte e mia moglie dall'altra. grazie ai vicini del palazzo di fronte con due scale sono riuscito ad uscire: 5 grande problema é che il proprietario alle 19.00 chiude ogni modo di contattarlo, per cui ogni problema é tuo; scrivi alla piattaforma ti risponde con messaggi inviati dagli usa. importante contattare il proprietario e farsi dare tutte le istruzioni 1 complete per accedere con il lettore di codice 2 le istruzioni per come usare la cucina, prima e non dopo le 19.00 3 le istruzioni per la tv prima e non dopo le 19.00 in definitiva sappiate che va tutto concordato prima, e' un consiglio; forse io sono un contadino, ma i commenti precedenti sono all'acqua di rose tre piccoli supermercati a fianco, e a 5 minuti dall'appartamento, ma sappiate che attualmente i prezzi sono piu' cari che quelli di Italia e Francia. la doccia non é a box chiuso, ma libero nel bagno, vedrete, funzionale, ma si bagna tutto noi eravamo in macchina, quindi non sappiamo con i mezzi quanto sia facile ed é giusto dire che é per noi la prima volta che ci siamo trovati in questa situazione; se fosse stato presente, tante cose non sarebbero accadute, se avesse risposto dopo le 19.00 non sarei rimasto bloccato nel parcheggio tre ore. se se se..... ma se si vuole affittare bisogna essere previdenti e presenti quando servi per aiutare. tutto qui. ora buona fortuna, o meglio sarete piu' capaci di me in certe situazioni;

Salondaki çekyat kırık,eşya dolabında ağır bir koku var,Banyodaki su gideri tıkalı,Duşakabin olmadığından duş sonrası banyoda her yer su içinde kalıyor.Mutfak ekipmanları yeterli,gece saat 02:00’da katta meydana gelen fakat sebebini bilmediğimiz aşırı dumandan dolayı evi terk etmek zorunda kaldım,geceyi araçta geçirme zorunda kaldık,durumu ve sahibine yazdım fakat bir dönüş alamadım,bir daha kesinlikle tercih etmem.

• Rajcic (10/5): Excellent accommodation - Everything was perfect — the accommodation looks exactly like in the photos, fully equipped, and about a 30-minute walk from the city center. The host was always available for any questions or concerns. He was very accommodating and allowed us to check in earlier than agreed. The only challenge is the parking, which requires a bit of maneuvering and skill. Clear and thorough check-in instructions. All in all, a warm recommendation. The parking area is very narrow and requires a lot of maneuvering and skill.

Също така бяхме подведени, че ще има бебешка кошара, каквато в действителност нямаше и се наложи да спим 4 човека на едно легло!

• Olena (8/5): Після поселення з перебуванням все було добре - Є паркомісце, що для нас було важливо. Ми приїхали ввечері і всі вулиці були вже запарковані. Місце тісне, але добре, що було. Квартира в новому будинку, все було добре. Є засіб для прання. Інструкція по поселенню трохи складна. Можна було б розібратися, але ми з дороги були дуже змучені і робили помилки. Інформацію треба було збирати з 3 джерел: повідомлення з booking, email і pdf який надіслали на email. Було б значно краще, якби на booking просто написали, що надіслали інформацію по поселенню на пошту. А на пошті всю інформацію помістили в pdf файл, а в повідомленні написали тільки паролі. Відмітка розташування на карті booking дещо не відповідала фактичному розташуванню тому це ще додатково путало. Забрало в нас багато часу розібратися, але ми написали і нам передзвонили допомогли. В ванні душ не відокремлений в окрему зону, це трохи некомфортно. Виселення до 10ї
