• Veronika (10/5): Great location, modern design. - Modern, new and clean. Location - near Milano Centrale (4 minutes on foot) Nothing. Maybe the building where it is located is old and not modern.

• Tracy (9/5): Great apartment by the station. - Very close to both the train and bus station. The apartment had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. The host was excellent at providing info, recommending restaurants and self check in details. It’s about half a hour walk into the city but there are plenty of trams and buses if you don’t want to walk. Would definitely stay there again. The foyer isn’t very inviting off the street but once in the lift and apartment all is great.

• salma (10/5): "Your Comfort" im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes! - Uns hat es in dem gemütlichen Appartement sehr gut gefallen und an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist super, in Bahnhofsnähe und mit vielen Möglichkeiten, die öffentlichen Transportmittel zu nutzen oder zu Fuß zu einigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu gelangen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants , Cafés und Imbisse gibt es auch überall praktisch vor der Haustür. Besonders hervorzuheben sind folgende Punkte: 1. Der Vermieter ist einfach der Wahnsinn: sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat alles perfekt vorbereitet und erklärt. Auch seinen gastronomischen Empfehlungen sind wir gefolgt und haben es nicht bereut. Wir hatten keinerlei Schwierigkeiten und haben uns im Haus mit Concierge sicher gefühlt . 2. Alles war super sauber, in allen Räumen und auch das Geschirr und die Geräte. Im Eisfach waren sogar Beutel mit Eiswürfeln und im Kühlschrank Mineralwasser. 3. Uns hat auch das Bett bzw. die Matratze sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben selten auswärts so gut geschlafen. Auch die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist bequem und bietet viel Platz für einen gemütlichen Abend. Wir sind sehr glücklich, diese Unterkunft gefunden zu haben, vor allem zu einem vernünftigen Preis und bei einem so netten Menschen und werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal darauf zurückgreifen, wenn wir wieder In Mailand sein sollten. • Paul (10/5): - The host sent me lots of helpful information a week in advance so I was able to access the apartment easily and on my own. The host also provided a selection of food recommendations for during my stay; these were fantastic! The apartment is spacious with all of the facilities you could want for a stay in Milan. Very handy for central station while also having tram and metro connections near by in various directions. When I arrived early I met the cleaner and she did a fantastic job - the apartment was very clean!

• Thierry (8/5): - The host provided a lot of information to get to his apartment. Maybe too much, so that it was a bit stressing me up. But OK. The apartment is very well equipped, that's really great for a longer stay (we just stayed one night in bettwen two trains) The location was good for us, close to the station (we just wanted a 18 hours stay beforee taking the train again). But the street and the neighborhood is certainly not very attractive

• Celine (10/5): Centrale, et avec de bons conseils ! - La proximité avec Milano Centrale, les claires explications de notre hôte, ses conseils qui nous ont permis notamment de découvrir la meilleure glace milesimée de Milan, Terra Gelato à quelques centaines de mètres de l’appartement, la facilité de déposer nos balances avant et après la location.

Хозяин всегда на связи, получил детальную информацию по заезду, очень быстрый чек-ин. Местоположение для нас было очень удобным, в двух шагах от железнодорожного вокзала. • Vadim (10/5): The apartment is very close to the main train station, just a few minutes walking. It is very clean and good equipped wi - There is a very efficient air conditioning in both rooms which can be operated separately. No negative experience
• Fiona (3/5): no sleep - Convenience and Clean No Aircon in the Heatwave. The aircons are not cold, just fans, it's switched on and off always from the room to the dinning room. In the HeatWave, at 35 degrees, time cannot sleep well.

A tremendous host and outstanding location (near Milan's Centrale). - The host (Giuliano) was absolutely fantastic in communicating from start to finish. Great instructions that enabled a smooth check in experience. He even sent several recommendations via email for personal spots he likes to visit for pizza, gelato, etc. We had a chance to try two of his recommendations and they were excellent. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and comfortable in every key aspect. He even had a Nespresso type machine with coffee pods ready for use! We would totally stay in Giuliano's place again. All good :-)

• Tsui (10/5): Helpful host and we had a good stay! - The apartment was very clean and conveniently located and the host gave extremely clear instructions on how to locate it and how to collect the keys. He even gave a few recommendations on good food and a yummy gelato shop nearby. It is really good by the way and perfect for the hot day when we were day. The building it is located in is quite old but the apartment is newly renovated and modern. Host is very helpful too!
