• Irma (10/5): Fantastisch, absolute aanrader! - De locatie was perfect. Mooier kun je niet zitten. Vlakbij het bankje van Picasso in het oude stadscentrum. Het appartement is schoon en ruim. Voorzien van wasmachine en afwasmachine. Klein zitje buiten, waar je lekker even kunt zitten. Het bedrijf achter dit appartement reageert direct als je wat wilt vragen. Echt perfect! Het koffieapparaat werkte niet, maar gelukkig was er een coffee to go om de hoek.

• Chavelli (10/5): Fantastisch en zorgeloos - Het is een ruim, luxe en schoon appartement, van bijna alle gemakken voorzien. Appartement op 2e verdieping, alleen via trap bereikbaar en geen “bagage service”. Minder geschikt voor personen die moeite hebben om koffers naar boven te dragen.

• Timi (10/5): Little gem in the heart of the city - Lovely modern and clean apartment right in the centre of the city next to most attractions and even the port/beach is about 15mins walk away. Kitchen was clean with all appliances you need even a coffee machine. The terrace was a bonus to sit and relax and enjoy the sunshine. Overall well recommended and it's great value for money! Very comfy beds too! One of the bedroom door shut very well...but other then that nothing to complain about

• olga (4/5): Teleurstellend - De locatie is top. Op zich is het appartement ook prima. Erg comfortabel met twee slaapkamers. Toen wij er waren regende het. Er was al veel oude waterschade in de keuken maar nu lekte het ook continue uit het plafond. We hebben handdoeken en schalen neergezet om het water op te vangen en niet uit te glijden

• Eduard (10/5): Wunderschöne Wohnung mitten in Malaga - Schöne, große Wohnung im Herzen der Altstadt. Hat alles was man benötigt, sehr sauber, nahe an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants etc. Alles zu Fuß ereichbar. Sehr netter, feundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Kommunikation, Schlüsselübergabe - alles problemlos via Whatsapp. Wir durften auch etwas länger bleiben, weil unser Rückflug am Abend war. Danke nochmals. Alles bestens

• Laura (8/5): Escapada a Málaga - La ubicación es lo mejor, el apartamento por dentro es muy acogedor y espacioso, las camas son cómodas. No hicimos uso de la cocina, pero parecía estar bastante bien equipada Como inconveniente, tercer piso sin ascensor, por lo que no lo recomiendo para personas con movilidad reducida o familias que necesitan carro. Las almohadas para nuestro gusto demasiado finas. Ruido como de estractor o motor, cesaba cuando cerraban el restaurante que hay abajo..

• Talat (7/5): - Ferienwohnung Xpce Cervantes Theater Picasso – mein Urteil: Die Vorteile (zweifellos überzeugend): • Mitten im Herzen von Málaga, zentrale Lage par excellence. • In der Wohnung selbst erstaunlich ruhig – ein Rückzugsort im Stadttrubel. • Großzügige Küche mit Terrasse – perfekt, um Tapas selbst zu zaubern. Die Nachteile (nicht zu übersehen) Das Treppenhaus gleicht einem kleinen Fitnesstraining: steile Stufen, für ältere Personen schlicht ungeeignet. • Dauerhafte Mängel wie ein defekter Badezimmer-Türgriff oder ein eventuell maroder Wassererhitzer sorgen dafür, dass man in der Küche ungewollt eine kleine „Wasserlandschaft“ in den Schubladen vorfindet. Das Regal darüber ist bereits Opfer dieses Dauerzustands – Verfall auf Raten. • Der Kühlschrank ist schmutzig, zudem ist der Griff defekt. • Besonders die Küche benötigt dringend Aufmerksamkeit: Alles Nötige ist zwar vorhanden, aber das Geschirr (Löffel, Gabeln und die Pfanne) ist schlicht schmutzig. Mein Fazit: Juristisch würde man sagen: „Die Mängel sind erheblich, aber nicht ausschlaggebend.“ Denn: Die Stadt, der Strand, die fantastischen Restaurants und die entspannte Atmosphäre wiegen vieles auf. Wer bereit ist, Abstriche bei der Wohnung hinzunehmen, bekommt in Málaga trotzdem ein echtes Erlebnis.
• joel (7/5): Bel appartement, situé au centre-ville, très propre mais manque d'entretien en certains endroits - appartement bien situé et bien équipé si tout est très propre, l'entretien laisse à désirer : il y a des fuites d'eau, vraisemblablement dues à la climatisation et nous sommes restés enfermés une heure et demi dans notre chambre parce que nous ne parvenions plus à ouvrir la porte. L'hôte a très vite appelé un serrurier mais le temps que celui-ci arrive sur les lieux et intervienne, nous avions raté l'événement auquel nous souhaitions participer et pour lequel nous avions déboursé 65 euros. Malgré cet inconvénient et le temps perdu, nous n'avons reçu aucune proposition de dédommagement du propriétaire et même pas un mot d'excuse de sa part. On pourrait estimer que c'était la faute à "pas de chance" mais le serrurier nous a expliqué que c'est parce que les systèmes de fermeture étaient usés. C'était donc prévisible.

• Paula (9/5): Wonderful and the Palermo bar around the corner is great! - The location was perfect. The bathroom door handle came off on the first day, I reported it immediately. However, this was not dealt with during our stay. I was with my daughter so it didn’t cause a problem but had I been staying with a friend or another couple this should have been dealt with.

• Nicky (9/5): We really enjoyed Malaga, and this cute apartment! We’d definitely book it again. - The location was great:central but off the main streets. The apartment itself was fantastically well equipped (especially the kitchen) and comfortable with everything needed. We loved the cute terrace! There was a misunderstanding about entering the building, which is organised remotely. This was stressful at 9pm! However after this, everything went smoothly and we appreciated Antonio’s care. The living area is quite dark - with no natural light, but fine for our needs.

It would have been better for me to have had check in code and information earlier so I could have looked in advance. We arrived late and phone charge was low so made check in more stressful. Although it worked out OK in the end!

• Sarah (9/5): Fabulous location and beautiful apartment - Lovely light property well decorated nice furnishings so near everything . Restaurants supermarkets etc . Absolutely delightful . Antonio very helpful and attentive and was round within 5 mins when we couldn’t work out the door ! Our fault ! It was a bit chilly in the evening and couldn’t work out the heating, but there were blankets and throws so it was all fine .

• Carolyn (7/5): Great location but some details need attention - Location excellent. Very big and comfortable beds. Lovely toiletries in bathroom. Excellent shower. Outside courtyard/terrace. Umbrellas. Beer and water in fridge. No instructions on how to use air conditioning/heating. Poorly fitted kitchen in need of attention. No instruction for electric hob which seemed to have a locking mechanism which had to be unlocked before it would work. Instruction booklet would have been helpful. Very temporary arrangement of plastic bottles and boxes to catch a water overflow from water heater which overfilled and flooded the cupboards, cutlery tray and pooled on the floor. Overflowed after 2 or 3 days, with no information left for guests. Very little natural light in sitting room.

• Dori (10/5): perfect location for a tourist stay in Malaga - The accommodations were lovely, and the beds were so very comfortable!!! the apartment is perfectly located and everything inside is presented in a lovely way.sy I thought it was expensive and I wish there were parking. The air fresheners were overwhelming and really disturbing, we had to put them out in the hallway. I also think it’s important to leave a guestbook there that tells people the Wi-Fi and some suggestions since we had to ask for the Wi-Fi.
