• Ángeles (9/5): - El apartamento muy céntrico al lado de la Catedral situado en una pequeña plaza con historia propia las estancias grandes, limpias, luminosas y cada dormitorio con baño propio. Una vez dentro, el apartamento muy silencioso El wifi no llegaba a las habitaciones, en la cocina faltaban algunas cosa como un rollo de papel de cocina, alguna pastilla para el lavavajillas, escoba y alguna bayeta. Había puertas que rascaban y un toallero roto
• Giada Aglietti (10/5): - Posizione eccezionale, centrale ma comunque tranquilla e non rumorosa. Appartamento molto spazioso e ben pulito. Lo staff è stato molto disponibile. Si vede che alcuni dettagli andrebbero rivisti e aggiornati. Ma il rapporto qualità prezzo è veramente ottimo e la casa è comunque accogliente e ben attrezzata
• SARA (8/5): Appartamento stupendo…. peccato per l’host! - L’appartamento è stupendo, ampio e in una posizione ottima. Vicino a tutti i punti di interesse! Lo staff purtroppo non è all’altezza della struttura. Contattati più volte per comunicare che il riscaldamento e il wifi non funzionavano, non mi hanno nemmeno risposto. Inoltre sarebbe utile indicare i punti dove poter trovare i cassonetti in città, visto che è richiesto di gettare la spazzatura al checkout.

Didn’t mind bells ringing at all, wasn’t that noisy as someone said, very spacious, warm Small bit outdated, some doors won’t close from outside, as it’s old fashioned style. • ennio (8/5): Una piazzetta intima - Siamo stati 3 notti in questo appartamento molto accogliente e spaziosissimo. La posizione dell'appartamento, in un'abitazione d'epoca con la magia della piazzetta sottostante è favolosa. Molto apprezzata da tutto il gruppo familiare la pulizia, il comfort dei letti comodissimi e della biancheria morbida e profumata. Aggiungerei una tovaglia in dotazione dell'appartamento per non rovinare il bel tavolo di legno nella zona pranzo (noi l'avevamo portata da casa temendo di non trovarla). Ci è dispiaciuto molto la mancata possibilità di poter lasciare i bagagli custoditi una volta lasciato l'appartamento di mattina, soprattutto considerato che molti dei voli low cost da Siviglia, partono proprio di sera.

Nos dieron mal la info del internet en el apartamento y no pudimos recibir respuestas hasta el dia siguiente. El trato con los anfitriones es sumamente impersonal

• monica (9/5): An unforgettable experience - Posizione magnifica a pochi metri dalla Cattedrale, appartamento stupendo ricavato in un antico convento, molto spazioso e silenzioso, dotato di aria condizionata e confort necessari per un soggiorno super...se non viene a mancare la corrente elettrica per un giorno e mezzo...ah ah ah! L'accessibilità delle chiavi dell'appartamento che si trovano accanto alla porta di ingresso, a cui però si accede aprendo il portone principale tramite un codice da digitare su un display elettronico. Siccome poco prima che arrivassimo (e fino al tardo pomeriggio del giorno dopo) si è verificato un serio problema alla linea elettrica del palazzo con conseguente blackout totale, consiglio di trovare un sistema alternativo per poter entrare (nel mazzo di chiavi dell'appartamento c'era infatti anche quella del portone). Tuttavia siamo state fortunate nell'incontrare qualcuno che stava uscendo dall'appartamento superiore ed anche a rintracciare l'host con cui comunicavamo solo tramite Booking

• Flora (8/5): Central, quiet, very spacious - Quiet and yet central location. Unique old building and apartment with some quirks that come with any older building. Charming. Could need some updating, eg toilet paper holder, towel racks.
• Marguerite (10/5): It was wonderful to be immersed in Seville both past and present. - Excellent location in the heart of Seville but at the same time it was both quiet and safe. The historic building is beautifully and sympathetically converted to Apartments. The only negative was we would have liked a kettle to make tea. We had to use the microwave to boil water which was slow.
• Martijn (6/5): Great location, lovely beds, comfy couch but bad WiFi - It was really spacious at a great location. The WiFi was terrible, the appliances in the kitchen was a bit low, for instance no coffee machine or even a water cooker. The shower in my room was leaking. Also the chairs were old and not very comfortable without an extra cushion.

• Joan (6/5): Lovely apartment, pity about the almost complete lack of interest of the agency managing it. - Great location. Very spacious. Lovely rooms . All bedrooms en-suite. Dreadful customer service. Agent very unresponsive both before and during our stay, which caused a few anxious days before check in (took a minimum 2 days to reply to emails, if at all and never answered the phone or returned calls - If it was my property I would sack the agent). WiFi only in 2 bedrooms, no signal in other rooms including living room. No tv. No household cleaning products beyond 1 dirty old sponge and some washing up liquid (agent said she would drop off but didn’t)
• Sasha (6/5): Good location, lovely large flat. Shame about the noisy building work in the block. - Huge apartment and central location. Comfy beds and good a/c. Nice big apartment but tatty. Things need attention (dodgy light bulbs, peeling bath tub and broken towel rails) and no cleaning equipment provided. Would it kill them to provide a couple of dishwasher tablets and some washing up liquid? One of the toilets didn’t work and the water pressure was poor. The worst thing was the building work that started before 8am which was really noisy.

• Grace (6/5): Good location if you want to be close to cathedral. Quiet. - Location was wonderful, easy check in, no trouble finding the place. Spacious, good bed, a little hard, but exactly what was described. Terrible wifi, had to be in the hallway near the router. No comunication with host, only instructions of check in and check out, I asked something on tuesday, they answered it, on saturday. Not instructions on garbage disposal. Little cleaning supply. We run out of toilet paper in two days. Towels worn out.

• Brian (10/5): Wow, what an awesome, clean, spacious and comfortable apartment in the very best location in Seville - Everything was amazing. Apartment, location and value. We can't wait to come back again for more than two nights!!! Interface between Booking.com and owner. I received fraudulent emails through booking phishing for info. If I had not looked into the linked conversation thread I would not have seen the booking.com warning it was fraudulent. Made the rest of owner to me conversation difficult.

• Julietta (10/5): Exceptional - Easily the most beautiful and best located apartment I've stayed in. Very authentic, very spacious. It is not really modern so if you look for contemporary, this isn't for you but we loved it, absolutely charming.
• Ana (8/5): We loved the stay overall. The location was perfect for tourism, specially if you are traveling light and you are not de - Right in the center of Seville. The house was very spacious, with plenty of rooms. Full kitchen, updated bathrooms in each room. Wifi had poor signal in some parts of the house. No access to the house by car. We were there in August and there were some construction work happening in the building which was happening everyday from 7am-2pm. Very noisy. Because i came with kids and they wake up early anyway it wasn’t a huge problem because we were touring around seville during the day and we didn’t have to stay home to hear it.
