• Marco (8/5): Comodo e razionale - L’ho usato parzialmente come punto d’appoggio, perché stavo facendo lavori di ristrutturazione al mio appartamento, ed ho apprezzato la comodità della posizione e che tutto ha funzionato regolarmente. Non ho utilizzato la camera da letto Spendendo qualche euro in più il livello degli accessori e degli arredamenti potrebbe essere sensibilmente migliore.

• Maribel (5/5): No me gusta que me engañen - El apartamento esta Bonito y limpio, Me engañaron pues pedi 2 habitaciones, lo que obtuse fue un sofa cama en lo que era la cocina y a la ves sala No calefacion la . Mayoria del tiempo frio,y aunque les deje saber lo ponian como media hora y luego nada

• Marta (7/5): L'appartamento è carino e confortevole. Servirebbe un minimo di manutenzione in più. - Posizione ottima. Linee urbane poco distanti. Appartamento tranquillo e luminoso con una bella vista aperta sul verde. Molto apprezzato il sistema self-made per il check-in. Il soffione della doccia era mezzo staccato dalla parete e purtroppo, facendo la doccia, l'acqua fuoriesce copiosa specialmente da un angolo proprio a causa di questo problema. Abbiamo ovviato trovando fortunatamente degli stracci da posare sul pavimento. Manca una macchina per il caffè...
• Marco (2/5): Insodisfatto - La posizione per le mie necessità. Stato strutturale apt, locazione fredda, set asciugamani incompleto, lenzuola macchiate, perdite copiose dalla cabina della doccia, staff assistenza inesistente se non con risposte formali.
• Victoria (6/5): - The rooms are newly refurbished, very clean, fully equipped.Good staying for couple days. There is mould/fungus (грибок) visible on the ceiling. Additionally, the wardrobe is missing the handles, making it very difficult to open and close the doors. ​Bathroom: The shower tray leaks significantly onto the floor every time the shower is used. It is impossible to use a hairdryer near the mirror as there is no convenient power outlet (socket) nearby. This makes getting ready very inconvenient.

• rossella (7/5): - Ordinata e Pulita. Un pochino periferica. Quartiere con tutti servizi nelle vicinanze. Autonomia check in e out. Mancanza di contatto diretto. La proprietà è gestita da agenzia sul cui sito è previsto il check in. Avevamo un volo in arrivo la mattina, Abbiamo chiesto di poter accedere prima se la casa fosse stata disponibile, ma ra richiesta è stata automaticamente rifiutata da booking. dopo 1 secondo senza alcuna verifica, con un messaggio automatico. Abbiamo aspettato al fatica ill checkin previsto alle 15.00, con i bagagli, quando è stato ritardato alle 16.00 ( avvisandoci con un messaggio, per questioni di pulizie). Non ci è stato prolungato allo stesso modo il check out. Una giornata persa e molto disagio per noi. Non la risceglierei.

• Francesco Ericksen (8/5): - Balcone con una bella vista. La doccia perdeva, i telecomandi del condizionatore possono azionare/disattivare entrambi i condizionatori allo stesso momento. Vicino al letto c'è una sola presa, non permette di tenere la luce piccola e ipoteticamente un caricatore.

• Valery (5/5): Passable - The service was is not so good. The owner doesn't read messages in non business hours time. So my arrival was on Saturday. The internet did't work. The owner answered me only in the noon on Monday. If I would have some more serious problem, not internet problem, I wouldn't can solve this fast.

• Nikoloz (6/5): Pleasant stay in Milan - The property was spacious, mostly clean(stains on bed linen all else was clean). The self check-in process was easy and smooth. It was in a good location, close to the bus station. There’s a superstore near the property 5 minutes walk away. Had all the amenities except for a shampoo, which was a bit strange because the property had a washing machine, a dishwasher, a vacuum and no shampoo 😃. There were stains on the bedsheets(blood or ketchup or something of that color I don’t know). The shower door was leaking water so on every shower almost half the floor was wet. In the end of November(temperatures as low as 0 degrees) there was no heating. We asked the host but they said that the heating was centralized in the building, which doesn’t make any sense. Why would heating be centralized in a 7+ story building with at least 3 apartments on each floor??

• Mel (10/5): It was quite relaxing and all basic needs in an apartment was provided. The supermarket was a big help for us since we a - It was clean and all provided for our stay in an apartment. Just the leak every time we use the shower but is manageable to us, but can be done with securing the gap at the bottom of the shower door to the pavement of the floor as it’s a risk for falls if not addressed with but other wise, was very manageable to our family.
• Edemete (1/5): Bad - The cleanliness, though surface The property was infested by ants coming out of the cavities in the property. We had to mop after a bath as the shower door was not secure. The property was very hot and humid we could not sleep at night. We emailed Primo, no response. It was terrible and we wouldn't wish there experience on any one else and will be taking this further. The property needs air conditioning or even a basic fan
• Unang (8/5): Good room, good location, professional staff. - The room is really spacious, and neat. Just as it is in the photos. The check in procedure is professional and satisfactory. For 4 people, it was really good value for money. The staff on chat was professional but not necessarily nice which is OK. It was a bit of shock that there was no fan or Air conditioning in the peak of summer being milan. Maybe I didn't just read the description well.
