Quinta El Tala

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Quinta El Tala in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 60 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note: -The place must be delivered in the same condition that it was found. -Kitchen cleaning: You have to wash and put away things that get dirty in the kitchen. This must be in condition before delivering the house (including the kitchen appliance). -Grill cleaning: it must be clean after use. -Bathroom cleaning: leave in good conditions. -Take out the garbage and/or collect the garbage so that it is closed -Take care of the children, they do not scratch the walls. Parents are responsible for their children. There will be a charge for the paint job. -Pick up pet waste. Managed by a private host
