• MRMSXCIV (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay at Unit 17-1. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. It was well-equipped with cooking facilities, a washing machine, and a refrigerator. There’s even a convenience store on UG level where we could easily buy basic groceries for cooking. Plenty of slippers were also provided in the unit, which was a nice touch. The property has a basic pool and gym on level 34. They aren’t luxurious, but they are good enough for relaxing and spending quality time with family. However, there were a few things we didn’t quite like about the unit. Even though there were many wardrobes, there wasn’t a single hanger provided — which made us wonder what’s the point of having so much wardrobe space if we couldn’t really use it properly. We also noticed that the apartment has a high number of foreign tenants, especially Middle Eastern guests. It didn’t affect our stay, but it might feel slightly uncomfortable for those who prefer a quieter or more local environment. As for the view, it was quite disappointing. All we could see was the building next door, with just a small glimpse of the KL Tower. You only get a better view — like Merdeka Tower — when you head up to the pool area. KLCC is completely blocked, so don’t expect any skyline scenery from the unit itself. Another inconvenience was the grocery store — it’s closed on Sundays. Luckily, we managed to buy our ingredients on Saturday night. The lift access was also a bit troublesome, as only one lift goes down to the UG level. You must first go to Level 1, then switch to another lift to reach the grocery store.

If we ever come back, we’d definitely stay here again. The room had amazing views, and the location was convenient and close to many popular attractions. We didn’t realize that a Type G adapter was needed for phone charging. It might be helpful for future guests if this detail were mentioned in the listing. Of course, it wasn’t the property’s fault — just a note to help future tourists prepare in advance.

• Crysmar (1/5): The worst apartment I have ever stayed in - Nothing at all Dirty with roaches and insects in the bed. The couches and furniture are stained. Towels are sheets of paper. You never want to stay here and when asked for a refund so we can leave they forced us to stay not giving our money back.

Room: A studio flat with all kinds of amenities which exceeded my requirements. Facilities: 33rd Floor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and gym! Ease of stay: The owner/facilitator is such a lovely woman. nothing was too much trouble for her and she exceeded my expectations for checkin, check out, and everything in between! Large windows and semi-transparent curtains meant there was more light coming through than I'm normlly used to, but this was easily remidied by using an eye mask.

• Simon (9/5): Superb spacious studio apartment with great views - We loved the apartment, spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a short stay. The view is incredible especially at night with the merdeka tower very close. High story room so really nice open views. The kitchen was very handy and a big fridge. Communication was solid throughout, was easy with detailed instructions on everything. We found the host flexible and very fast to respond to questions. Good size pool although very limited pool furniture, luckily it was never busy during our stay. The gym is basic but enough for a minimal workout, some free weights and a couple of running machines. Great location very walkable to Suria Klcc, and everything else was surprisingly close. Several 7 11s nearby, and there's even some street food stalls just next to the condo building. Very comfortable studio apartment for a really fair price. Really can't go wrong with this. Highly recommended. WiFi wasn't working for one day but apart from that was fine. Possibly supply more than one toilet roll.

Contact with WhatsApp was easy and she responded fast. The initial appartement we got was very bad, everything broken. Really not suitable for renting, needs complete renovation. Other questions about satisfaction and expectations are about the second appartement!

• Giada (8/5): Not luxury but comfort and value - The property manager was very fast at responding, friendly, efficient and helpful. Although the facilities were basic, reflecting the affordable price, the property itself was clean and comfortable. Overall it was good value. The bed was fine but not the most comfortable, the air con in the bedroom seemed old and struggled to cool the room although it managed eventually. The main issue is not with the property but more with the building, the elevators were very slow and 2 of the 4 were broken and the security were not at all friendly. The building issue seems to be a common theme in other review comments.
