Nguyen (8/5): A nice stay - The hotel is located near the airport. They provide pickup and drop off service with affordable prices. If you need anything, just ask. The young staff was so helpful. Those were the reason I booked more five nights before leaving Vietnam. The bathroom of my first two night booking was leaking, some water of the next room ran into mine 😀 but not so bad. Need to be fixed

Thi Xuan Mai (7/5): Ok, đáng giá tiền. - Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, cách âm khá ổn, nhân viên thân thiện Phòng 302 bị rỉ nước ở phòng tắm, các cô dọn vệ sinh đều biết nhưng sửa xong lại hỏng, các cô cũng rất ngại vấn đề này. Tức là cần xem kỹ hơn, vì rất dễ trượt.

Leo Borg (5/5): - The price was really affordable and there is 24h reception. There was a leak under the sink in the bathroom. There was no hot water in the night and the ac was not well maintained (made noise). The quality of the toiletries (towels, paper) was really poor.

Verified traveler (2/5): - The room was not same like pictures. No closet. The staffs are super unfriendly and not helpful. They didn’t even look at customer’s face to talk. Water is leaking from the toilet. Shower didn’t work but took them long time to fix it. You have to take water bottles yourselves to the room. All extra services like transfer to airport are super expensive. The room is not soundproof at all. Can hear all things they talk in the lobby. The only good point about this hotel is near the airport but cannot save all the weak points.

Alexandra (5/5): The airport pick up might not go smoothly! - The cost was ok and some free water in the room. It is a lower budget airport hotel and you get what you pay for with most accomodations. The room was ok, the bathroom was very small and a bit tired looking, regular noise throughout the night, as you might expect at a hotel with people coming and going late into the night and early in the morning. The real issue was the airport shuttle. As a solo female traveller, I am meticulous in organising my airport pick ups, especially when I arrive when its dark. I relayed my arrival time and made contact concerning the pick up several times and asked how I would find the pick up, got no reply or information, so found myself at the arrivals concourse without any idea of how to find the shuttle that I had asked for. It took some time and several messages and phone calls, after a very tiring day of travel, it really was not what I was hoping for.
