• Gaviria (7/5): Limpio y cómodo pero puede mejorar - Personal amable, habitación limpia y cómoda Se escucha todo lo que sucede en las habitaciones aledañas. Adicionalmente, se necesita mínimo un ventilador para darle aire y refrescar el espacio.

• Jessica (8/5): - It was super clean, centrally located and staff was really nice. The apartment had a cute little kitchen. The only downside was that the walls are thin and you can hear everything al the neighbors are saying as if they are in your apartment with you. I could also smell one of the meals they were cooking. I think this is pretty normal though for apartment buildings. It was fine for a short stay. I would have definitely stayed longer if the neighbors weren't so loud. The neighbors is out of the control of the hotel though. They did a great job on the things they could control The kitchen could use a coffee maker. Theres a sky light so the room stays decently lite at night time

• Gulati (10/5): Great Guatape hotel - It is very quiet and easy to get to. The place is very comfortable and if you need a good kitchen and good internet this place is comfortable with a comfy bed. It was very reasonable and clean with Netflix included. It is odd as others say having no real windows to the outside but if you are out a lot it makes no difference and it is very well lit. We really had no issues.

• Debra (7/5): Without the noise it was a comfortable place in a good location. - Good location. Nice hot shower. No windows and very noisy. You could hear everything from the other apartments. Crying kids, phone conversations, tv, talking. Luckily it got quiet by 11:00pm and no noise from the street.
• Timothy (8/5): Very nice apartment with one strange design flaw. - The apartment was comfortable, the price was reasonable, the location was good, and the shower was warm. The only windows opened onto the interior of another apartment, so the noise could be unbearable and you could smell their food. Though the wifi was good for general use, it went on and off enough to disrupt my zoom meetings, which makes the apartment unsuitable for remote work.

• Marcel (9/5): Prima, rustig gelegen, appartement voor 1 of meerdere nachten. - Schoon, voldoende warm water. Lekker bed. Goed werkend gasfornuis. Rustig gelegen. Een koffiezetapparaat zou het compleet maken. En een beetje zout en peper zou het perfect maken. Verder is het appartement niet zo heel groot, maar wel functioneel en compleet ingericht.

La chica de recepción muy atenta y agradable, nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos y además, nos espero para hacer el check in más tarde de la hora, ya que el autobús se retrasó por las retenciones. La ubicación es muy buena, al lado del centro, pero es una zona tranquila. No estaba muy limpio. Había pelos en la ducha y en las sábanas. El wifi no funcionaba bien. Se oye mucho el ruido de las habitaciones de al lado.

• Pablo Roberto Juan (8/5): Buon rapporto. - La posizione vicino il centro si Guatapé, fuori della zona di locali e musica. Staff gentile, con voglia di collaborare con gli ospiti. Siamo stati in un appartamento minimo, ma completo di cucina e poltrona. Porta con chiusura elettronica verso la strada. Anche se c'è una finestra, questa si apre a un cortile interno molto stretto. Essendo il monolocale in primo piano, la luce che arriva dall'alto è scarsa. Per avere acqua calda, abbiamo dovuto smanettare lo scaldabagno e aspettare che si scaldassi.

• Georgeta (1/5): Don’t recommend this “casa Garcia - The property itself in a good location I pay one price and they try to charge another 150000 Colombian money or l can stay in a little room without windows. When l get inside that room l felt like l got inside jail. In the bedroom l stay was very noisy. I could hear the neighbors everything they talk and did… I payd $70 for 2 nights and l regret I didn’t pay more for a better place. No AC. In the first night we got water coming from the ceiling. Over all l don’t recommend this property but l do recommend co come to this beautiful little city.

• Edmi (5/5): Ok, but not great! - The place is nearby to downtown, the apartment have the basic things to stay for a couple nights. I had to ask to change the sheets...the apartment dont have windows with access to the exterior, is very dark inside. Also we were to force to wake up earlier because someone was hammering since 7am...

• David (9/5): Superb - the facilities are quite new and everything works as it should. Diana the staff was really nice. he hired the laundry and it good as well. I totally recommend this place. it was an oasis in our Colombian journey. you have kitchen, fridge, TV, WiFi.... As it a short term rent place, people can come just one night or weekend so it can get a little noisy because of the interior courtyard (we booked the small estudio) and we heard music until 0:00 at night and some "whinings" in the early morning. luckily, it was a quicky. nevertheless is an amazing place, I totally recommend it.

• Nicky (7/5): Good - The location was great, as well as the set-up of the room itself. Hot shower, good size kitchen with loads of appliances (although missing a coffee maker), very comfortable bed. Smart tv so can play Spotify, netflix etc. Only downside is the lack of a window opening up to the outside instead of an airway. Fine for a few days but can feel quite claustrophobic and makes it always feel like it's already/still dark outside.

Also super clean and a good location, no noise whatsoever. I just would’ve liked to be in the room with a window/view if we had stayed longer as it may feel a bit too enclosed after a while! And shampoo/body wash in the bathroom:)

• Markus (10/5): Highly recommended! - Fantastic staff (Elisabet is great!), beautiful and spotless apartment with fully equipped kitchen. The building is on a quiet street at the edge of town, perfectly safe for walking at night (a few minutes into town).
• Nikkessen (7/5): Good - Very new apartment, nice bed and good to have Netflix There was an option to cook in the house but everything to cook was missing. On the reserved room it said we would have a terrace but we ended up with nothing and not even windows to outside.
• Epi (8/5): Modern, clean and well situated - The studio was very modern and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. We liked the location, which was just on the edge of town. Away from noise but still walking distance from everything. We'd stay here again. The studio we had did not have a view or any outwRde windows really. In the daytime it got a bit stuffy inside. Air-conditioning would've been great, but we managed fine without it.
• Chris (5/5): Okay location but probably will not stay again - Breakfast was in a great location but it was an 8-minute walk from the apartment (Tuk Tuks are also easy to find but we chose to walk). You can choose from 2 menu options and 1 cup of coffee is provided. The balcony in the apartment was nice to have and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen is fairly well stocked. Coffee is provided. The walls in the apartment are very thin so you can hear all the street noise as well as other people. The balcony did not lock properly. I assume we would have had the advertised lake view but the water levels were low so all we got was a street view (not the owner's fault). The walls were dirty and could benefit from some paint. The floors appeared to have been swept but not mopped. The shower door does not close completely so water leaks out. Coffee is provided but the handle on the coffee pot is broken off so it is very easy to burn yourself.

• Claudia (5/5): Need of kindness! - The room was clean. It had everything I needed to stay for a night. I checked in earlier that I expected it, and it was great. The communication wasn't clear. I needed to leave before 9:00 a.m so I left the key in the room, and I forgot that I needed to open the main door with it of the building. A lady was coming and opened the door. So I said "thank you" and she said I am in charge and I need the key. I apologized and told her that I had left them in the room and that I needed to leave because I had a flight soon. She was upset and told me, "You can't leave, you supposed to bring the keys back." I told her I tried to call, but the wi-fi isn't working, and I didn't have minutes or data on my phone. I know it was my mistake to leave the keys in the room, but her attitude wasn't appropriate or kind to a client. I would never book a room there or recommend Casa Garcia again.

• Sonia (10/5): I would recommend a stay at this place especially if more than two people - The room was spacious more than we needed and the facilities were great. It was outside the hustle and bustle of the town centre but not too far to walk. The staff were great and showed us around the room we were staying. There was a laundry on site which was great as we had washing that needed to be done and it was done and given back to us within hours. The breakfast was not on site and you had to get a ride to the restaurant that served the free breakfast, that was a little inconvenient but nonetheless still worth the money paid for the room.

• Maisie (10/5): Excellent, will return if I’m ever in Colombia again! - Great location, staff and overall stay! Super modern apartments with loads of amenities. We had an issue with our door so they upgraded us to a fantastic room, with a beautiful view - excellent service. The beds were comfy, fluffy towels and also a hammock for the balcony (in our upgraded room). The location was fab, short walk into town but far enough away not to hear any noise/music ☺️ N/A
• Martin (6/5): Well located but limited comfort - Location and amenities were great! There is no window in the apartment and barely any air passing. It can get hot very fast (we had to leave the door open) and in case of emergency there would be no alternative to exit.

• Francine (8/5): Very good - Great location in Guatape and very close to la Piedra. Quiet but central. Everything is new and very clean and comfortable. Would recommend. The bed is amazing and there is a smart tv where you can cast to as well as a Netflix account already connected. There were some stains on a towel and there were some problems checking out about this. But luckily the owner and staff fixed this.
