• feon (4/5): - Good location Walls are very thin. Can hear people walking past, loud banging outside early in the morning. Did not know what happened outside. The room is generally clean but it’s very run down. The walls have mould. The lift is very tiny and have to wait very long. The location is good and the stuff are pretty friendly. I won’t come back again. But if you want somewhere convenient and close to the Sentral mrt and won’t mind the run down facilities then can consider.
• makoto (6/5): 値段の割には普通 - 空港から列車でKL Sentral 駅まで乗車して到着後歩いてホテルまで移動したが近距離の為楽だった。深夜の為、ショッピングモールは閉店していたが、駅の係員に聞くと親切に教えてもらうことが出来てスムースにホテルへ到着できた。深夜のチェックインだったがスタッフは親切だった。 浴室の固定式シャワーには閉口した。

• DIAN (8/5): Easy hotel KL Sentral - I thought the hotel was owned by an Indian Muslim, so there were prayer mats and Qibla directions provided. The hotel's location is very strategic, just a few steps from KL Sentral, the mall, easy to get to the airport by KLIA Express train, close to a self-service coin laundry, lots of halal food places around and much more. The hotel room I booked was a bit narrow, it was a bit difficult to put down the prayer mat

• Ronnie (7/5): I was seeking a well-priced, well-situated hotel to meet my budget for 3 nights. Objectives were met - The location is excellent. Across the street from KL Sentral station with buses and trains on your doorstep. All this contained in building with 6 floors of excellent shopping. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. I do think they could provide a better selection of TV programs and hot water tap in basins.

The room was clean and looked like new. All the fixtures were in excellent condition. No strange odors or stale air. The staff is very attentive to guests.

Lots of eateries and shopping centre. There are lots of budget hotels neat by as well as International rated high end hotels. It was a bit hard to find only because of the name. It really is Easy hotel and not Eassy hotel.

Water fill-up available on every floor, hot showers, comfy beds. Breakfast had a very limited selection and was quite poor, we ended up going elsewhere

• Jake (8/5): A nice couple days stay - Central location, right next to the KL Sentral station (ideal for the train to get everywhere in the city and to the airport). The staff were really helpful, allowing us to check in slightly earlier as the room was already ready. Staff stay on 24hours a day too, which was good for us as we had an early morning flight so checked out at around 4am. A good place to stay for a few nights, get what you pay for.

• Thomas (8/5): Great value for money and highly convenient location - The location is excellent, directly across the street from the Nu Sentral mall that is attached to the Sentral Railway Station, so it's very convenient if you are coming from the airport into the city. Go across the footbridge over the street and use the lift to take you right to the door. There are many restaurants nearby, or you can go into the shopping mall for many more. The staff members are very friendly and the cleaners are particularly good. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had a mini fridge and kettle, as well as a large TV that had 'smart' functionality, so you can watch YouTube videos. The wi-fi worked well, as did the air conditioning. There is also a rooftop lounge area with views of the city. The price is reasonable and I would stay again. Nothing.

TV, aircon and mini bar (fridge) water heater all are functioning well, water pressure (bathroom) is good too, value for money and highly recommended.

Ibrahim was very accommodating and helpful with the luggage and making me feel comfortable. The property got noisy. You could hear the guests in the room next door and when there were guests in the hallway.

I asked for a room with window and they were transparent that it’s going to be noisy as it’s facing the monorail station. I have a hard time sleeping in a super quiet room so I still chose the one with the window and it was fine for me. Appreciate the quick chat responses too. A voucher is given for breakfast, which is served at the adjoining restaurant. WIFI is sometimes fluctuating.

Breakfast: There are very limited items in breakfast. WiFi system was not operating properly. Signal was weak in the room (Room 410).
