• Graça (1/5): Não recomendo! - De absolutamente nada!!!!! Falta uma comunicação honesta e clara. Aluguei com meses de antecedência. Quando eu já estava em SP, a caminho da casa, ele me envia mensagem dizendo que deveria pagar 1.930,00 de calção, para o proteger de possíveis danos à propriedade, que eu teria que assinar um documento e se ele não visse nada fora do padrão me devolveria. Não me senti segura, vulnerável e acuada. Consegui um ótimo hotel e NUNCA MAIS, alugo casa pelo Booking. Ele alegou que a plataforma não o protege de danos. NÃO HÁ NENHUMA INFORMAÇÃO NO SITE DA BOOKING. Fiquei no prejuízo por culpa da plataforma e da má fé do dono do imóvel. Muito decepcionada.
