• El Bouiech (10/5): Parfait ! - Tout était parfait ! Le personnel toujours là pour vous chouchouter. La nourriture, excellente ! Beaucoup de choix niveaux restaurants. Piscines au top + la mer avec un personnel toujours au petit soin (boissons etc..) Chambre, identique aux photos. Jacuzzi fonctionne parfaitement, on vous met même du sel de bain à disposition. Je reviendrai ! Tout était parfait.

• Matthias (10/5): Chiller Urlaub in modernem Ambiente und mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre - Absolutes Highlight dke Schaumparty mit Tänzerinne in 3 verschiedenen Outfits und passend zum Mitto Pink wurde jedem Gast ein Cocktail serviert. Viele der Shows finden am Pool statt. Das Restaurant bietet hervorragende Gourmet Küche im 4. Stock mit Meerblick. Zuvor wird man von einer hübschen Empfangsdame zum Platz geführt. Das freundliche Personal ist sehr serviceorientiert und respektvoll Es gibt kaum "Verkäufer" wie in anderen Hotels die einen den ganzen Tag über Touren oder Massagen anbieten wollen, einzig eine hübsche und sehr freundliche Dame kommt zum Brillen putzen, darauf freut man sich. Das Interieur ist sehr funktional und modern eingerichtet. Zudem wunderbares helles Ambiente. Die Schlafqualität war sehr gut bei mir trotz laufender Klimaanlage. Es gab einen Whirlpool und eine Regendusche. Zuden eine gut ausgestattete Minibar. Es läuft meist dezente Chillhouse Musik am Pool Selbst der Checkin läuft entspannt ab, man gibt den Reispass ab und das Personal kümmert sich um alles, während man in der hervorragend klimatisierten Lobby auf der Couch bei einer Auswahl von Mocktaii / Schaumwein entspannt. Man muss nur noch digital signieren auch dazu kommt das Personal auf einen zu. einzig was ich vermisse sind Getränkespender für Selbstbedienung ähnlich im Aqua Magic. Alles ist restaurantartig aufgebaut. Dafür aber immer frisch versiegelt.

• Wolf Eolf (10/5): Traumhaftes Hotel. Jederzeit wieder! - Wäre mit einem Wort erklärt: ALLES!!! Top Hotel, ist jeden Euro wert. Supertolle Anlage, mit so viel Liebe und auch Personal angelegt. Die Mitarbeiter superfreundlich. An Alle von hier aus Vielen Dank. Das Essen sehr lecker und jede Menge Auswahl. Die verschiedenen Restaurants runden das Ganze ab. Es wird soviel geboten, hier alles aufzuzählen würde den Rahmen sprengen. Wir empfehlen das Hotel voll und ganz!!! Wir orderten aufgrund eines Tagesausfluges eine Lunchbox zum mitnehmen, die schon sehr spatanisch/einfach ausfiel. Da wäre noch Luft nach oben.

Als wir vor etwa 10 Jahren das letzte Mal in Ägypten waren, waren wir schockiert über die miese Qualität der 5-Sterne-Hotels. Umso mehr waren wir angenehm überrascht, dass unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel so positiv verlaufen ist. Das Hotel übertraf unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht. Das Essen war von hoher Qualität und vielfältig – wir fanden viele leckere Gerichte, die unseren Aufenthalt kulinarisch bereicherten. Auch die Auswahl an Getränken war bemerkenswert und von guter Qualität. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das unschlagbare Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis dieses Hotels. Wir haben für das, was wir geboten bekamen, mehr als angemessen bezahlt. Insgesamt danken wir dem gesamten Team für den tollen Urlaub. • Rebecca (10/5): Perfekter Ort um zu Entspannen. - Die Unterkunft ist rundum perfekt. Ruhig und perfekt um auszuspannen. Auch für nen Kurztrip empfehlbar, da nur 10 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, man hört aber keinen Fluglärm. Wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit sehr gut betreut gefühlt, es wurden Angebote gemacht (zB Spa), aber nie aufdringlich. Das Essen war super lecker und ich hätte niemals gedacht, dass ich Sushi in Ägypthen essen würde. Wir haben das Buffetrestautant, das Alex und das Tanga (gehört zum Aldau) getestet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Le personnel est au petit soin (le restaurant principal, la réception, le bar), on s’y sent comme à la maison. Le yoga aérien qui est proposé, la salle de gym, le golf (super instructeur), tout est bien organisé. La piscine chauffée est un grand plus! La sécurité est garantie. Mobilier vieillissant et literie trop dure pour moi (mais ça peut être personnel).

Die Küche bietet Stationen wo das Essen frisch gekocht wird, sehr lecker! Die Anlage ist wunderschön und der Strand ist mit den Liegen sehr angenehm. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Etwas kleines, im Beach Restaurants Alex war das Essen über Mittag meist nur lauwarm bis kalt (Burger/Club Sandwich/Pommes frites). Am Abend ist das gleiche Restaurant top!

• Nicole (7/5): - Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit lässt sich sehr verbessern. Die Nachtruhe wurde häufig gestört da die Zimmer extrem Hellhörig sind und die Lautstärke der Musik auch störte.Wir hatten ein Zimmer neben der Bühne.

• Voloshchuk (10/5): - ​Wir sind absolut begeistert! Das Adults-Only-Konzept ist herrlich modern und sorgt für eine tolle Atmosphäre. Besonders die Swim-Up-Suite war ein Highlight – purer Luxus! Ein riesiges Lob geht an das Team am Pool: Der Service ist erstklassig, aufmerksam und super freundlich. ​Das Essen ist fantastisch und qualitativ viel besser als in anderen Hotels. Zudem gibt die professionelle Security ein sehr sicheres Gefühl. Man fühlt sich einfach rundum wohl. Gerne wieder!

• Toralf (10/5): Wohlfühlen auf höchstem Niveau - Das gesamte Hotel besticht durch Sauberkeit, einem hohen Standard und sehr liebevollen Mitarbeitern. Alle sind von morgens bis abends um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht und das Ganze immer mit einem Lächeln verbunden. Egal ob am Pool, am Strand, den Bars & Restaurants, wir hatten einfach eine sehr schöne Zeit im Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. -
• Günther Bernhard (9/5): Erholung PURE, Verwöhnung von A bis Z, wir kommen wieder - Fazit: Das Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle (Adults only) ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen, um die Zeit zu verlieren, um erstklassige Küche zu genießen, um Kraft zu tanken, um ohne Stress in den wunderschönen Tag hinein zu leben, um zu genießen………um zu Chillen Die Sauberkeit und die Gemütlichkeit der Zimmer, sowie die Qualität der angebotenen Speisen ist bemerkenswert. Im „PURE“ kann man praktisch vom frühen Morgen an, bis weit nach Mitternacht jederzeit irgendwo trinken oder essen auf hohem Niveau. Nicht vergessen möchten wir die Freundlichkeit und die Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals. Hier möchten wir trotzdem, stellvertretend für alle Angestellten unseren Room Boy Ahmed und Mahmoud Atta von der Rezeption erwähnen…….Dank an Euch alle, für ein unvergessenes Erlebnis, für einen wunderschönen erholsamen Aufenthalt. Ja, das „Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle“ ist zu empfehlen und wir werden mit ziemlicher Sicherheit wieder zurückkehren, wenn das Angebot stimmt. Und bitte nie vergessen: man darf auch ab und zu mal Trinkgeld geben. Nein, es ist keine Pflicht und man wird auch ohne Trinkgeld den ganzen Tag herzlich verwöhnt, aber irgendwie gehört das doch auch dazu…….oder ?? Da die Golf Häuser wie ein Atrium gestaltet sind und sich im Erdgeschoß ein sehr großer Aufenthaltsraum mit großer Ledercouch und einem Billardtisch befindet, besteht die Gefahr, dass plötzlich mitten in der Nacht Billiard gespielt wird. Diese Geräusche haben wir als störend empfunden 7 Sterne von 10. Der Strand ist für die Gäste der drei Steigenberger Hotels aufgeteilt. Da das „PURE“ das kleinste der drei Hotels ist, ist auch dessen Strandabschnitt nicht gerade riesig. Der Sandstrand ist aber extrem sauber und die Liegen mit den Sonnenschirmen sind unglaublich gemütlich und hochwertig. Leider werden auch auch hier die Liegen schon früh am Vormittag reserviert. Der Service am Strand ist absolut perfekt und sehr aufmerksam. Hier im „PURE“, ist das Schwimmen, Schnorcheln, Tauchen, oder Surfen nur bedingt, oder nur eingeschränkt möglich. Die Preissteigerung für das kommende Jahr 2026 finden wir nicht unerheblich, zumal andere Hotels in dieser Sternekategorie preislich auch sehr verlockende Angebote haben.

• Jane (10/5): Christmas 2025 - Hotel staff were amazing. Food was outstanding. Loved spending Christmas week here. Just two negatives for us in this lovely hotel: If you wanted a sun bed in a sunny spot, you had to go down early to claim one. Spa sales staff were very very pushy. Treatments were expensive.

• HASAN ÇETİN (7/5): - Otelin hemen her yerindeki personel biz daha oturmadan yeme / içme veya diğer olanaklarla ilgili bizi bilgilendirip ne istediğimizi nasıl destek olabileceklerini soruyorlar, çok iyi niyetliler. Deniz suyu oldukça bulanık ve dibi yosunluydu. Görsellerdeki masmavi deniz suyunu hiç göremedik.
• Mickael (10/5): Magnifique séjour ! - J’ai passé quelques jours inoubliables au Steigenberger Pure Lifestyle à Hurghada et je ne peux que recommander cet hôtel exceptionnel. Tout était parfait : l’ambiance, la qualité du service, la propreté et le confort des chambres. Je tiens à adresser un immense merci à toute l’équipe de la réception, et plus particulièrement à Bishoy, Mary, Morcos et Mahmoud pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur professionnalisme et leur disponibilité. Ils ont largement contribué à rendre mon séjour encore plus agréable. Un hôtel où l’on se sent vraiment privilégié. J’ai déjà hâte d’y revenir !
• Michael (10/5): excellent customer service & all inclusive with virtually no upcharges anywhere - I had booked a night as a way to relax after our scuba diving holidays, but also to celebrate the engagement to my now fiancee just a day earlier. I made a request to have champagne ordered to the room upon our arrival and this was done beautifully with a flower arrangement on the bed as well to welcome us. The food was excellent (something we really were looking forward to) and the pool was a very nice place to be to soak in some sun and relax. The Check-in staff Bishoy and Mary were extremely kind and helpful for any requests we had, always finding a solution that far exceeded anything I could hope for. It made our stay truly wonderful and we look forward to returning because of this. The only very small trouble we had was closing the curtain for privacy when in the bath tub, while still having access to the room, as it was fixed to the left start of the rail. this was resolved by me unhooking one side so it could slide all the way to the right. Otherwise absolutely excellent resort.
