Piscina is closed from Sun 15 Sept 2024 until Sun 15 Jun 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The entire unit is wheelchair accessible apart from the outdoor pool, where the access is via a set of stairs. If the reservation is for one night, the maximum check-in time is from 15:00 PM to 5:00AM . In the case of reservations of more than one night, the check-in time is 24 hours. The apartment has 1 double bed, 2 single beds and a double sofa bed, the maximum occupancy would be 6 people. In the case of a 7 people reservation, it would be necessary to communicate it 48 hours in advance to accommodate an extra bed.
