• Sandrine (8/5): - L'emplacement était idéal à 500 m de la mer et à de nombreux commerces autour. La literie était confortable. Logement spacieux pour 6 adultes. Deux salles de bain et trois toilettes. Eau chaude pour tout le monde, très appréciable. Alors ce que nous n'avons pas trop apprécié. C'est que personne ne nous attendait sur place, nous avons dû téléphoner pour avoir les clés qui se trouvaient dans une boîte. Avec un code. Les chaises de la salle à manger sont totalement à remplacer ainsi que le salon. Un petit rafraîchissant de tout l'ensemble serait le bienvenu. La piscine n'était pas ouverte lors de notre séjour, elle était en travaux. Apparemment, ce n'était pas encore la saison ce que nous aurions aimé, que ce soit précisé sur l'annonce. La date d'ouverture et la date de fermeture.

• Toñi (8/5): La limpieza dejo un poco que desear - La casa estaba bien... Tenía de todo. Era cómoda y su hubicacion era estupenda Lo que no me gustó... Esque una de las camas estaba llena de pelo de perro. Soy alérgica y me llene de urticaria. Tuve que ir al médico. Lo dije a la dirección le mandamos fotos y ni si quiera trajeron unas sábanas nuevas. Menos mal que el chino estaba cerca.
• Elena (8/5): Buena casa para grupo, en buena ubicación. - El tamaño de la casa en sí, perfecto para nosotros, tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. La terraza (tiene 2) también estaba muy bien y la ubicación eran perfectas. Lo peor fue el ruido que hace la cisterna del baño de arriba, que empiezan de repente a temblar hasta las paredes, y eso por la noche es muy desagradable. Por otro lado, escaseaban los artículos de limpieza (no había apenas balletas, ni detergente para fregar, ni bolsas de basura...). La terraza estaba algo sucia.

• James (1/5): - Nothing The couches were shabby, the kitchen cabinet door was hanging off and the base was rotten. The walls were dirty and BALCK MOULD in the bedroom. There was 1 lounger for 3 people. It was dirty and mouldy, the outside furniture was dirty. TOP2STAY were not interested once you arrived in the resort and didn't bother to answer the phone when we had a problem with the property. The architrave on the inside of the front door was propt up against the wall. When we finally managed to speak to someone at TOP2STAY we were told that we could only access at 4pm so we waited and someone did arrived to let us in at 4-20 (what is the point of letting them know if you have an early arrival time if the won't, let you into the house). BOOKING.COM should not be letting sub standard properties advertise on their sight..

• Jenn (1/5): - Nothing We arrived at the property at 4 pm as instructed, and no one was there to meet us. after numerous phone calls to try and contact their office, someone finally arrived 45 minutes later. We were not shown around the property, just given the keys. The smell of musty old mould hit us as soon as we opened the front door. The house was a cute little Spanish property. It hadn't been cleaned in what seemed months or longer. The floor and walls were filthy, There was mould on nearly every wall. The air conditioning was leaking. The toilet wasn't bolted down, and the pipework was so noisy and lasted around 10 minutes every time you flushed the loo. The bathrooms were mouldy. The beds weren't made up, and the blankets in the cupboards were dirty. The rail on the staircase was broken. There was faulty wiring in every room, and the most dangerous one was on the top terrace with exposed wires. The furniture on the terrace was broken and covered in mould. The light on the terrace didn't work and nor did the kitchen light. There was dodgy wiring in the kitchen from the boiler. The curtains were held on by pegs. This property was not fit for purpose. All our phone calls were ignored, and after the 2nd day, our calls went straight to voicemail. We had to borrow money to book into a hotel with our children as this property was not safe. It was a health hazard.
• Rasa (10/5): - Labai gera lokacija, tyli, rami vieta. 3 miegamieji, du WC, svetainė, dvi terasos - vienoje iš jų pusryčiaudavome, o kitoje įrengta skalbimo mašina. Gerai įrengta virtuvė, yraindaplovė. Netoli pliažas, didelė maisto parduotuvė, barai ir restoranai. Yra parkingas komplekso viduje, tačiau mes mašiną parkavome gatvėje, kur spalio mėn. visada buvo vietos. Viename iš dvigulių miegamųjų labai nepatogi ir keista pagalvė - ilga ir siaura. Įjungus tosterį, išmušė elektros saugikliai, todėl juo naudotis neįmanoma - reiktų jį pakeisti nauju arba išvis pašalinti iš virtuvės.

• John (8/5): Very good - House perfect,all facilities for group, large terrace for sun bathing, well equipped kitchen, down side, told to contact company when we arrived at accommodation,done that but was told we couldn't get in yet as cleaners were in,we are two pensioners and were left on the footpath in sun with suitcases and fresh groceries for almost three hours in an area we didn't know, when I rang back again was given instructions where to get keys,when I opened box , no keys in it, called again, they then panicked and sent someone round,at end of all that the property had already been cleaned either that morning or previous day , nightmare all round, and put us off renting private accommodation again, by the way we were there for my 70th birthday , what a start that was .😡

• Ahmet (8/5): Very good - Location is perfect, 2 bathrooms are good for family, kitchen is well equiped, swimming pool is good for the kids. Kitchen tap should be changed , it does not work properly. Soap and toilet papers were not enough for 5 guests for one week.
• Katarzyna (10/5): This was our 6th time on the Costa del Sol, 2nd in Torremolinos and we will definitely go back - Great property, equipped with everything you need to live on vacation, quiet neighborhood, very close to the sea, shops and restaurants just few minutes walk, excellent base for exploring the entire coast from Malaga to Fuengirola, close to everything by public transport - train every 20 minutes almost 24 hours a day!
• Dawson (8/5): Lovely and homely - Called them when we arrived and they turned upmstreight away to hand over keys and let us know about the property and local places we may enjoy to visit. Lots of everything, meant there was everything you could need, but was almost a bit to much like 5 of everything.

• Arafeh (5/5): This place could be 5 stars if it got taken care of properly. - Location and size Dirty and cluttered kitchen. The place can benefits with some cleaning. Insects all over the kitchen top, the tap in sink doesn’t work and water gets everywhere when turned on.
