• andreina (4/5): For a night is fine, hoster attentitive - The room is small and clean, good for sleep if you go for one night There are in halfway, kitchen, bathroom humidity issues, In the shower enclosure, the silicone sealant is peeling and leaking water through the kitchen walls and ceiling. The shower tray is sunken and doesn't feel very secure.

Ho notato che lo pulivano ogni giorno, al contrario della camera. Abbiamo alloggiato nella struttura per 3 notti. La camera aveva un letto alla francese, uno sgabello, un asciugacapelli, uno specchio , due piccole mensole e uno sgabuzzino con 3 appendini per appendere le giacche. La luce é solo una sul soffitto, non ci sono abat-jour né comodini. Ciò che ha rovinato maggiormente l’esperienza é stato l’aver trovato cacca spalmata sul muro della nostra camera e l’odore di escrementi é rimasto per tutti i 4 giorni in cui siamo rimasti. Abbiamo richiesto la sera stessa del check in che ci sanificassero la camera e un signore é arrivato dopo mezz’ora , ha pulito molto alla buona il muro e si é limitato a spruzzare un prodotto profumato per tutta la camera. Inizialmente l’odore era inferiore, ma dopo poche ore era tornato come prima. Abbiamo richiesto la pulizia della camera il giorno dopo ed era leggermente meglio, seppur ancora si sentisse odore. Con ciò accaduto, questo implica che le camere non vengono pulite e igienizzate correttamente prima dell’arrivo di nuovi clienti. La cucina é basilare, ci sono piatti bicchieri posate tazze, microonde, boiler, forno, fornelli funzionanti, frigo e freezer (sporchi), un paio di pentole.

The first time the communication was a bit worse, it significantly got better during one year. The place is really close to Excel, where our conference was, this was the main selling point. The whole place would be very great if the owners would take better care of it. The place was significantly dirtier than last year and it also got worn off a bit during a year period, without reparations, which is a shame, because this would have been our main to-go places for the coming up conferences we attend in London. However, looking at the current state of the apartman, we might change our mind.

Hubo mucho ruido durante la noche debido al mal comportamiento de otros huéspedes, y las paredes son muy finas, por lo que se oye absolutamente todo y resulta muy difícil dormir. Además, el colchón era de muelles y resultaba incómodo, hasta el punto de provocarnos dolor de espalda.

• Chiara (2/5): Sporchissimo, piccolo e umido - Unici aspetti positivi sono stati la posizione, da chi si poteva raggiungere facilmente la metro, e il clima, perché quando tornavi la casa era molto calda a dispetto dell freddo esterno. Altro aspetto positivo era la possibilità di usare lavatrice e asciugatrice, e il phon in camera Appena entrati ti assale un forte odore di umidità. La lavatrice e asciugatrice erano infatti sí disponibili, ma sempre piene di lenzuola e asciugamani lasciati lì tutto il giorno dalla donna del pulizie. C'erano inoltre grandi macchie e segni di infiltrazione di acqua e muffa nei muri. Arrivati in camere subito ci accorgiamo di un fastidiosissimo gocciolino che si sentiva provenire dalla parete dietro al letto. Ho immediatamente chiesto di cambiare camera visto che sarebbe stato difficile dormire con quel rumore costante nella testa ma non c'è stata la possibilità. Ma la cosa più grave di tutti é stato la pulizia . La camera era stata pulita sommariamente (solo le superfici in alto, il resto era pieno di polvere), ma la cosa più disgustosa é stata sul bagno. Appena entrati abbiamo trovato il tappeto (che dovrebbe essere usato per uscire dalla doccia) tutto sporco, macchiato e impolverato, lavabo, wc e doccia piene di macchie di calcare, sporchi e con capelli e peli lasciati in giro, ma soprattutto una grossa macchia di merda nel mobile accanto il gabinetto. Visto lo stato del bagno ho immediatamente contattato la proprietaria con delle foto, chiedendo che fosse pulito al meglio, riempito lo shampoo e date delle asciugamani in più (c'e n'era solo una a testa). Nonostante mi abbia assicurato che sarebbe stato fatto, il giorno dopo hanno sostituito le asciugamani ma non ne hanno aggiunte altre, e non hanno pulito o fanno nessuna delle cose che ho richiesto, nemmeno la macchia! É stato oltremodo disgustoso e fastidioso, cercavano di non toccare nulla ma era impossibile anche per via degli spazi piccoli (di cui però non mi lamento perché erano descritti così nell'annuncio) Non so come fanno delle persone a dare punteggi così alti, per quanto sia economico un'esperienza del genere é inimmaginabile, non ci torneremo mai più

Les photos de la chambre n’était pas vraiment conforme à la réalité, la chambre était vraiment très petite par rapport à ce que j’avais imaginé en voyant les photos. Il y a également une légère odeur d’humidité dans la maison.

The walls are paper thin so you can hear anything outside of your room, and in general, it's a very run down place. The cleanliness, care of the place, and the thinness of the walls. It is definitely not the place to take your partner.

• Elsa (7/5): Très pratique pour un séjour rapide mais les communs ne sont pas très propres, - Le rapport qualité prix (moins cher qu’ailleurs) La chambre confortable C’est indépendant de l’établissement mais les gens avec qui vous partagez les communs sont sales, donc les salles de bains sont dégoûtantes, cheveux, tapis de bain roulé en boule, pleins de choses qui traînent. Bref ne pas s’attendre à vivre en communauté avec des gens respectueux.

• Fateha (4/5): Good value for money - Ease of access, everything was nearby, nice kitchen / dining area to eat in, toilets are on every floor so no issue with wait times. Heating was on constantly so wasn’t cold at all despite being cold outside. Beds were beyond repair- always creaking and feels like it’s going to break any moment, no bedside table, room is okay for single persons but a very small person; definitely not suited for a couple or family as they were too small of an area to get around. Room walls very thin you can hear the most silent conversations next door- can hear all the door slamming and people going, not sound proof.

We found the bed comfortable, and it was really nice to have a little fridge inside the room. There are also a few supermarkets nearby, which we found convenient The main problem with our stay (and the reason I can't give it a higher score) was the bathroom situation. One of the bathrooms upstairs was always locked, and when we tried to use the other one, we realised the toilet was clogged, which obviously wasn’t very nice. The next day, the shower downstairs wasn’t working either. On top of that, the light-switch cord in the upstairs bathroom was too high for my friend to reach, the bathroom lock was stuck, and the door creaked loudly... We knew this was a budget option and tried to have realistic expectations, but it was too many issues in a row to overlook, and it all ended up being a bit frustrating

In cucina c erano poche posate e la gente se le portava in camera gli altri inquilini rimanevano senza. Pentole sporche. Pochi attrezzi per pulire le stoviglie…. Una pezzetta del avanti cristo. Lenzuola poco adatte al letto Inquilini rumorosi, maleducati e ladri .

• Sonia (3/5): - Comoda la posizione vicino ai mezzi pubblici Camera spoglia, senza un comodino con una luce per mancanza di spazio da nessuna delle 2 parti del letto, le prese non funzionavano, umido sia di sensazione addosso che per odore (capisco il clima ma in camera mi aspetto del calore che tolga quell'effetto). In bagno c'era un tappeto luridi, specchio del bagno sporco. Rispetto alla presentazione vista sul sito non ho trovato nulla di ciò che mi aspettavo.

• Alexia (8/5): Good - The property was close to the supermarket and to the metro station,also, aprox 15 minutes to the city centre by metro.The rooms has a private refrigerator which was great. The walls are a too thin and you can hear everything especially when someone use the stairs.

• Ewa (1/5): Bad and disgusting - I was glad there was no bed bugs. The pictures don't reflect the actual place. There are damp issues and mould in the room. Bathrooms were dirty, and the bath mats were disgusting, and I didn't want to touch it. One of the shower heads was holding on with a string, which is a hazard. The walls are paper thin, so you hear everything. I will not be back here, and I don't recommend anyone staying here.

Our heater didn’t work and a person came to bring us an electric heater a few hours later in the night, so we wouldn’t freeze The property definitely needs some improvement. The lock in the bathroom on the first floor didn’t work, the heater wasn’t working but as i mentioned above the staff responded quickly and the room felt dirty because of the old dye and stains on the wall and it just felt quite empty maybe some more decoration will feel better. The desk in the room was dirty and quite used as well

• Di (7/5): Worth the price, the location and comfort. - I thought it was a great location, right next to a Lidl/Tesco Express, the DLR, and not far from Canary Wharf. I loved having our own fridge, and the bed was so comfortable. I had to change the guest number spontaneously, and the staff were very accommodating. The pictures and description matched the real-life room, and the self-check-in worked easily. Not very quiet, you can hear other travellers talking, showering, and the neighbours are up late into the night. The bathrooms, main common area, and kitchen are not clean.
• Judith (6/5): Okay for the value of money compared to other places - Easy check in via door code. Beds fairly comfortable. Price compared to anything else in London is very good. Public transport here is good, take around 30-40 mins to the city, depending where you go and which line you take. Bed linen wasn't fitting, old used blanket, yellow stains on the pillow. Shared bathroom not cleaned properly. Not sure if it has been cleaned at all while we were there. Corners and toilet dirty. No toilet brush to clean stains. Pictures show the room but it doesn't show how small the room is (room 1). No hangers, no space to put anything anywhere. When entering the house there is a moist smell. Also there was a dirty towel on the floor in the entrance room the whole entire time. We were there Friday-Tuesday.

• Ilaria (3/5): Non corrispondente alle foto - La possibilità del check in senza contatto La posizione, la maggior parte delle "attrazioni" erano distanti circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Il bagno sempre SPORCO, capisco sia relativo alla maleducazione degli altri ospiti, però... Letti scomodissimi, materassi bassissimi, molti ti sentivi sprofondare. Muri di carta velina, si sentiva qualunque cosa provenisse da fuori o dalle altre stanze.

• Paolo (1/5): pessimo, di sicuro non ci ritorno! - la predisposizione del letto non dava spazio al mio partner di potersi muovere liberamente, la mancanza di un lenzuolo visto le temperature varianti che ci sono, la luce di cortesia bassa per la notte non era comoda da spegnere, cibo estraneo nel freezer, appendiabiti insufficienti nel armadio tre per due persone e inesistenti nella stanza, abbiamo messo i vestiti dove capitava per tutta la stanza, scala non insonorizzata si sentiva chi saliva e scendeva, le porte con fessure che si sentiva tutto quello che succedeva, ho chiesto di venirci in contro nella quota di soggiorno non ci e stato nemmeno accennato un riscontro..

• Pasik (8/5): Cheap accommodation, perfect for O2 concerts - Very low price for London, fairly close to O2 arena. If travelling for a concert, just to have a bed to sleep in after, it's perfect Room didn't have any small table, but I wasn't expecting much for such a low price
