• Mark (9/5): Die Stadt ist ein Traum- die passende Wohnung dazu, ohne viel Schnickschnack, gibt es hier. - Die Lage war ein Traum- zentral und doch ruhig. Eine ausgefallen Wohnung mit Dachterrasse. Es ist alles vorhanden- selbst Kaffee für den Morgen. Wir sind erst spät in der Nacht angereist- die Schüsselübergabe hat super geklappt- treffen vor dem Haus- Fr. N.B. war sehr nett- hat uns alles erklärt (auch noch um 1 Uhr Nachts) Ein wirklich netter Kontakt. Falls wir nochmal nach Barcelona kommen- kommen wir sehr gerne wieder. Warmes Wasser zum Duschen wäre schon fein gewesen-aber so konnten wir immerhin aktiv Wasser sparen, das fühlte sich auch gut an- und man war wach. Das Bad insgesamt ist gewöhnungsbedürftig- passt aber perfekt zum Haus. Vom Stadtlärm bekommt man nichts mit- wenn sich allerdings Menschen durch das Treppenhaus bewegen, hört man diese sehr gut- allerdings hören die auch uns, wenn wir ein und aus gehen....

• Maria (5/5): - La gentillesse du personnel L'appartement est situé au 4ème étage sans ascenseur. Les escaliers étroits et inconfortables. À l'intérieur de l'appartement il y a des niveaux avec des marches très hautes pour aller dans chaque pièce. Salle d'eau plus que minimaliste et pas d'eau chaude la plupart de notre séjour.

Si vede dalle scale strette e ripide fini al 4º piano e dalle scale a chiocciola per salire ai 2 piani superiori (primo piano due camere e secondo piano terrazzo) La porta del bagno ti toglie la tua privacy, la doccia era stretta e il tappetino al suo interno non fa defluire bene l’acqua

• DAMIEN (10/5): Un havre de paix au cœur de la ville - Un appartement authentique très bien situé dans le quartier gothique et qui permet de tt faire a pieds. De multiples restaurants, bar à tapas... La propriétaire est très agréable et a penser a tout : café soluble, gel douche, papier toilette... L'appartement au 4eme étage et composé de 2 niveaux, est très agréable avec son toit terrasse au 3eme niveau (20°en dec le top !) La literie était également très bien et une fois la porte fermée, vous vous retrouverez en sécurité dans ce petit paradis a proximité malgré tout de la vie nocturne. Merci pour ce beau we de 4 jours en decembre

• Paweł (10/5): - Apartament z "duszą". W starym stylu ale czuło się w nim Barcelone i klimat lokalny. Dla 4-5 osób bardzo wygodny oczywiście nie jest to w stylu luksusu tylko taki klimatyczny. Nam sie bardzo podobał, a do tego świetna lokalizacja. Nie trzeba nic poprawiac.
• Jiayin (10/5): Great location and feels like live in the history. - The balcony is the best feature of the place. We had breakfast there. The stairs were really difficult for the elderly but perfect for kids. My son had a great time wondering up and down.

• Michaela (9/5): Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen - Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin, die jederzeit ansprechbar war! Zentrale Lage der Wohnung mit besonderem Ambiente, alles Notwendige vorhanden! Ja, man muss vier Etagen hoch ohne Aufzug, aber selbst das Treppenhaus und die Treppe haben ein besonders Flair! 😉

• Lou (9/5): So perfect - It was such a beautiful place, the rooftop terrace was such a bonus point! We loved this place, I'll never forget it! The airconditioning in one of the rooms was broken, we couldn't turn it off so we kind of froze... and the toilet was clogged but we fixed it so it was fine.

• Isabel Carolina (9/5): - Fui en familia y el lugar es bien centrico y por eso el precio, es un piso que tiene 3 pisos, bien cuídado limpio y comodo. En mi caso fue una mala decisión, porque vengo llegando de un largo viaje por otros paises y andamos todos con maletas grandes y hubo que subir 4 pisos de escaleras sinuosas y estrechas y cuando llegamos al depa era de 3 pisos, yo en familia con mi mamá de 70 años, me equivoqué para nosotros no era conveniente.y afuera todo muy bohemio.

Very good communication with the host, who arranged for us to get the keys very late as our flight was delayed. Pretty rustic apartment. Lots of uneven steps, so unsuitable if you have mobility issues

• Anthony (9/5): Fantastic location in such an historic building - Fantastic location on the edge of the Gothic Quarter in an historic building. Carrying our luggage up the 72 steps was a bit tough, but still worth it! Our (apologetic) host informed us that she had double-booked our last day, so we had to look for a reasonably-priced apartment somewhere in Barcelona on very short notice, which was difficult.

• Darshana (7/5): Old gothic style apartment. - The apartment was clean and spacey, had a washing machine too. The person Naima managing the property from remote, was very helpful over the phone and she is very responsive over WhatsApp. To get to the apartment it was 4 slightly steep steps, not for passengers with a few big bags, it's hard to take them up as there is no lift as it's in the gothic area so old authentic apartment. Inside too to get to the bedrooms the steps are a bit tricky and no railing, so you have to hold the walls. Not suitable for elderly people. Shower is extremely tiny! And is old. Kitchen draws are old and need upgrading.

• Anna (10/5): Exceptional - An unique apartement in old town with lots of interesting details! Peace location. Bedrooms on two floors gave privacy when chilling between citywalks. Big roof terrace is also a place to be 💛 In kitchen there was all needed to cook. Friendly an helpful host ❤️ We had absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation ! Only missing thing was a black pepper when cooking spaghetti
• Ann (7/5): Fine - apart from all the stairs - The apartment was as described, clean and comfortable, but did not mention quite how precarious is the staircase INSIDE the flat leading both to the other bedroom and the roof terrace on the floor above that! Not really suitable for two ladies in their 70's. If I had known that the apartment was on the fourth floor up some rickety, winding stairs which, if we hadn't had a young man with us to make several trips carrying our luggage up and down which we would not have been able to handle by ourselves, I would not have made this booking.

• Nadia (8/5): Great potential flat - The flat is quirky, big and has a lot of potentiel to be an amazing flat with a nice roof terrace. The bed sheet and towels were the only thing clean. The location is excellent. The flat need a lot up dating as bathroom where the cupboard sink broken, the shower is in poor condition. The kitchen ustensiles were dirty and we had to clean everything before using. Under the bed and sofa were very dusty. The sofa cushions need a good wash. Naima ask your cleaner to clean top to bottom.

• Senthil (5/5): Authentic duplex - mindful of stairs - Very spacious. Authentic old housing quarters. 3 levels including the terrace. Flexibility in checking in. There could have some warning about this in the 4th floor with no lifts. We had to carry our suitcases along narrow stairs. Definitely not for elderly and faint hearts. Shower room had a plastic curtain. Unfortunately I booked before and after my cruise. Thought of cancelling the 2nd, however there was hefty cancellation fee,hence didn't.

• Joe-max (6/5): Not recommended for suitcases! - I liked the experience of the Gothic Quarter, where families used to live in crammed spaces. The very narrow and steep steps! With some large suitcases, it isnt a convenient place to get up and down. The shower is also tight and doesnt have a door, so it can get messy in the bathroom. And with 1 toilet this can be challenging when you have 5 people in the place!
• John (7/5): Great for location but a older traveler know there are stairs in old - Location is fabulous, easy check in check out neat older building The tight 4 1/2 story climb in a narrow one person stairwell, if you are a older client or have a lot of luggage beware, bathroom is ok small shower

• Amy (8/5): Authentic, rustic apartment in great location - The apartment was very clean, light and spacious. It had everything we needed for a three night stay and some nice personal touches. Our meet and greet was fabulous and comms in advance were excellent. The beds were comfy and the rooftop terrace a real gem The aircon wasn't really working so if it had been hotter we would have struggled with temperature. The apartment is very rustic.... could do with a bit of TLC in shower and kitchen It is on the fourth floor with very tight stairs and more internal stairs, not suitable for people with mobility issues or a pram!
