• Joana (9/5): Conforto, cheiroso e limpo e com as comodidades necessarias - Isolamento do apartamento não era muito bom, pelo que tivemos o vizinho no primeiro dia a bater a porta para fazer pouco barulho. Compreensível por que tinha um bebé, porém estavamos dentro do horário e apenas a falar e rir.

• Thu Trang (9/5): Très bien - Nous avons passé un bon voyage à Alicante grâce au logement de Sebastien. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter à pied sans trop de bruit. Hôte est très actif, la communication est top. Malgré l’intervention de Sébastien, nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pendant notre voyage. C’est le seul bémol pour nous.

• Zofia (8/5): It was really nice stay. I would recommend it and come back. - The whole property was spacious, with excellent terrace and view, wonderful location, very comfortable beds. It is all you need if u want to sightsee the city. Everything you need is within a walking distance. It’s just a one minute walk to the Mercat, about 10-15min walk from beach. Very kind owner. It wasn’t very clean, the kitchen equipment needs to be filled.

• Ivan (9/5): Great location with nice apartment with plenty of room - There were seven of us friends staying in this spacious apartment, which had everything we needed. Although we didn’t use the kitchen since we ate out, we appreciated the excellent location; everything in the city center was just a 5-15 minute walk away. The view from the balcony toward the castle was fantastic. The only improvement we’d suggest is adding a larger table with at least six chairs on the balcony (like the neighboring apartment has), but even without this, it was perfectly fine. Sebastian was an outstanding host, always available and quick to respond to any questions. Since he didn’t have guests the day before, he kindly let us check in much earlier, which we really appreciated. He also allowed us to stay a bit past the standard check-out time of 10:00 a.m. until the cleaning staff arrived. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it!
• Dimitrina (9/5): Terrace with a view of the Caste - We were a group of six ladies and the apartment was comfortable enough for all of us. Alicante is a small town, so basically all is at walking distance but even so - the location of the apartment is really good. Some very nice restaurants and cafes close by, supermarkets, bakeries. We had a lovely terrace with amazing view to the Santa Barbara Castle, especially at night when the fortress is illuminated it is beautiful.
• Cathy (6/5): Great location - The location was perfect. Ten minute walk to esplanade and Old Town and city centre. Some lovely bars and restaurants in immediate area. Apartment spotless Unfortunately our 4 full day stay was somewhat impacted by fact remedial works to building being carried out, so we had drilling etc starting at 8.00am with workmen hanging from roof in harnesses outside our kitchen window and one of the bathroom windows. This meant second bathroom redundant in mornings when the four of us were trying to get showered and out. The roof terrace was a deciding factor when we booked, and thankfully we had enjoyed a lovely first evening on same, but the following morning we had hailstones and torrential rain until lunchtime and next day also torrential rain for a few hours. The artificial grass surface on the patio was swamped and did not dry for the remainder of our stay. Whilst we appreciate our host cannot control the weather we would suggest that if the terrace was tiled we would have been able to use the terrace each day. Overall, it's a lovely spacious apartment in great location, but needs quite a few upgrades and repairs to bring it up to its full potential.
• Tomasz (9/5): Worth staying 👍 - Very good localisation, close enough to public transport, shops (Mercadona is a very good one). Beach about 20 mins walk. Plenty of restaurants. The apartment itself is very good too but requires refurbishment (one of the bathrooms and a kitchen) For stays longer than a week all towels should be changed and the apartment should be cleaned up. Also, there should be enough toilet rolls, bin bags, washing machine capsules and tablets for a dishwasher.
• Katrin (10/5): Kid-friendly apartment with plenty of room - Very good location - train station, tram stop, grocery store and food market, everything within 10 minutes to walk. Beach was also quite near. The apartment was lovely, plenty of room and everything worked. Host was very friendly and helpful.
• William (9/5): Wonderful property in a prime location. Would highly recommend. - Excellent property in a central location making it easy to explore the town. Sebastian was an exceptional host. Very responsive. Outside rooftop terrace is excellent with jaw dropping views of the castle Beds in both double bedrooms are very low to the grounf making it difficult to navigate in and out.
