• Jane (7/5): Perfect location for Hunger Games and brilliant price for what we got- I’d stay here again! - The photos on the website do not make it clear that there are two separate bedrooms so it was a pleasant surprise to see two!! Everything clean and tidy; the apartment had everything we needed and more- and additions like hand soap, washing up liquid and scouring pads were a bonus. The code had changed on the entrance so we couldn’t get in! We were given the new code by another apartment tenant! That said, the owner was exceptionally quick to reply in an emergency and gave me a different code (didn’t need it in the end). Elements of the apartment were a little tired but this did not detract from our stay.

• Mario (1/5): Uzas Katastrofa - Nista Urednost cistoca kvaliteta Nista mi se nije svidjelo dosao sam u stan bio je jako prljav odmah sam zvao da ne zelim ostati chevk in je u 16:00H cak sam i platio pre check in 40 eura samo da dodem jel sam bio umoran s puta...Rekao sam da ne zelim ostati i dobio sam novce nakon 4 dana od Bookinga a od mjih su cak trazili 400 eura depozit

Apartment Apartment is a 15mins walk to the Elizabeth line which is so convenient to get around London as well as the airport. Room can do with some touching up especially in the bathroom and the walls. Room was not well cleaned in readiness for new guests. However the apartment is spacious and ideal for longer stay

• Daniela (6/5): London war toll, auch die Unterkunft ist gut, unakzeptabele Gebühr für spätes Ankommen obwohl nur Tür-Codes, - Haus und Zimmer macht insgesamt sauberen Eindruck. Zimmer ist groß und geräumig, Couch u Bett bequem , Esstisch u 2 Stühle prima,Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Herd gut, Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Cornflakes vorrätig, Handtücher u Bettwäsche sauber, Handseife, Bodydusche, Haarshampoo u Conditioner gute Qualität . Viele Steckdosen nur in Küche. Waschmaschine u Backofen haben wir nicht benutzt. Kommunikation mit Vermietung gut. Bus nur wenige Schritte entfernt, Tube 5-10 min zu Fuß. Angenehme Gegend, sehr modern. Um in das Haus und ins Zimmer zu gelangen gab es einen Sicherheitscode für den gesamten Aufenthalthalt. Check-In war bis 0:00 , da wir um 22:00 landen sollten und unsicher waren, ob alles reibungslos abläuft, fragten wir nach einem Spät-Check-In. Erst auf nachdrückliches Bitten, räumte man uns die Möglichkeit ein gegen 60,-€ Aufpreis. Wir kannten die Unterkunft vorher nicht. Als wir dennoch pünktlich 10 Minuten vor 0:00 ankamen, und niemand-also keine Person auf uns gewartet hat, stellt sich die Frage, warum eine derartige Gebühr von 60,-€ dennoch berechnet wurde, zumal die Türcodes für alle Tage zu allen Uhrzeiten gleich blieben. Wir empfinden das als Frechheit u Geldabzocke. Es ist einfach ärgerlich. Unter unserem Bett war das Lager für die Handtücher und Bettwäsche für sämtliche andere Zimmer, man musste mehrmals uns kontaktieren, ob man in unser Zimmer dürfe, um an das Wäsche Depot zu gelangen, das fanden wir untypisch-eigenartig, warum wird das Wäschelager in einem vermieteten Zimmer deponiert anstatt irgendwo in einer Besenkammer. Der Balkon war sehr klein, der Stuhl passte nur quer, aber immerhin konnte man raustreten; die Baustelle vorm Balkon war vorher bekannt durch die Ausschreibung. Der Kleiderschrank auf dem Foto war durch eine kleinere Kommode mit Schuhladen und 1 Hängestange ersetzt, 3 Bügel. Es gab auch kein Küchenhandtuch. In den Ecken und auf dem Badteppich lagen viele lange Haare und zuviele Krümel, als wir kamen. Es gab im Bad leider keine Handtuchhalter/Stangen außer der total heißen Heizung.

• Adina Maria (8/5): Great location, poor facility management - Amazing location, close to a Supermarket, and the vibrant restaurants of the area. Large room, good sized balcony, pretty quiet. All the necessary items were available. No AC. The ventilator was not working. The freezer was filled with melted ice cream. The walls in the bathroom require a new paint. The headshower was not working well. The company behind is very aggressive - called me a few times asking for deposit (more then the accomodation price), emailed me many times, called me on Sunday. Despite paying for early checkin they did not remember it. The bed was very uncomfortable (sinking in)

• Lindsey (8/5): Very good - Value for money for sure! Bed super comfy and incredibly quiet. Had everything I needed. Good location and a nice walk to Canary Wharf. A little run down in places including the flooring. Could do with a plug socket near a mirror. TV didn’t seem to work (might have been user error) but nothing that would stop me booking again.

• Richard (8/5): Great apartment, spacious and great position for the Excel - Location is brilliant for the Excel, easy to get to and some good local stores nearby for general groceries etc. The heating had been off for a while when we arrived so the property was very cold (it was the end of November though). That's literally the only thing.

• Jennifer (7/5): Good, convenient stay with all basics you need. - Near cAnaray wharf. No iron in room so I messaged property and within hours they had delivered a new one. Washing machine etc which was great bonus. A lot of light came in through the edge of the curtain blinds.

• Rima (5/5): Not nice - Easy access The toilet seat was broken blinds broke on us. When calling the help desk they said that the cleaners take pictures of the room. So whatever damage was done was us!! when the toilet seat was cracked in half tapped with celitape. The blinds broke and was attached on the top with tape!!
