• João Eduardo (7/5): Não volto nunca. - Localização. Apto sem ventilação. Como é no andar térreo, a única janela dá para o passeio. Horrível. Porta do box mínima. Pouco mais que um palmo. Televisão não conectava. É um prédio residencial com vários aptos, e os porteiros atenciosos, não tinha instruções de como a TV funcionava.

• Gramignia (9/5): Ótima opção! - A localização é perfeita, três quadras do centro. O apartamento tem tudo: talheres, xícaras, pratos, copos, fogão, panelas, geladeira, microondas e sanduicheira. Sobre o atendimento do proprietário: sensacional! Enfim, atendeu todas minhas necessidades! Não teve nenhum ponto negativo!

• Stefanie (1/5): Very disappointing experience - In no othere accommodation that I ever booked were towels or soap not given to guests - I ended up buying a towel and soap for a 2 nights stay because they don't provide them to guests. The apartment is below the street level and very dark. When I checked in, there was the smell of rotten eggs inside and it turned out that the fridge had mould. They came to clean it. They make you sign a form with many rules I.e. for silence during night. But the people next door made a lot of noise during both nights until 4 AM and even though I spoke to the reception, they continued with the noise. The internet is very slow with 5mbps and often breaks. I do not recommend this at all.
