• Mateja (9/5): - Zelo lepa koča na dobri lokaciji. Škoda, ker zid preprečuje pogled na jezero. Gostitelj je prijazen.
• Vera (3/5): Не советую не только эту базу отдыха, но и полуостров в целом. Выбирайте жильё в городе. - Большая просторная комната. Много разного освещения, удобно регулировать под потребности. Отопление. Выглядит красиво, опрятно, чисто! Но на деле полы грязные, в урне чужой мусор, в санузле всегда болото, всё сделано из самых дешёвых материалов. Душ пластиковый, вода течёт одновременно из двух душей и крана. В итоге весь санузел залит водой (душ ничем не огорожен), а помыться сложно, только треть напора льётся в душевую лейку). Матрас твёрдый, пружины впиваются в тело. Посуды очень мало (например, одна чайная ложка). Со улицы на обуви заносится много песка, которым засыпан двор. Окно не открывается, форточка для проветривания одна и высоко под потолком, даже со стула не достать. Сам полуостров замусоренный, пыльный, весь в заборах частных территорий. Гулять негде, магазинов нет. Вишенка на торте: в домике живёт мышь. В первую ночь разворошила мусорку, во вторую полакомилась арбузом.

• Rebecca (7/5): Amazing host but needs cleaning - The host was super friendly and welcoming to us. The kitchen was well equipped, and the linen was clean. The space was huge which was great and the Smart TV came in handy as it wasn't really a 'go out at night' location Unfortunately, it wasn't clean enough. The floors, kitchen and bathrooms needed more cleaning. Thankfully, the linen was clean, but other areas weren't. If the host can just increase attention to that, it will be an amazing stay

• Ryan (10/5): Secluded, peaceful, well built cabins, close to the beach and overall amazing stay! - This stay ended up being just perfect! Well built, modern cabins in a peaceful location on lake Servan. The beach is a 2 minute walk! The larger cabin we rented as perfect in size and space. The kitchen is well equipped and we had an amazing time here. We did not want to leave! Highly recommend this location for anyone! We slept 3 in the large cabin, but could have easily fit 5. It was a bit hard to find, but it’s manageable. The seclusion is worth it! TV didn’t seem to work well. It was a Google TV account and we didn’t have one. Honestly, not a big deal. We were there for the nature!

• Radomir (1/5): If you like the misery, this bungalow is for you - In interior design was nice. It was very dirty in the bungalow. Even after I asked ti be cleaned the person who came did not clean it well. The bathroom was the worst. The shower curtain was with black mold and corrosive spots on all showers and taps. The doors were not closing there were a lot of spider webs everywhere. The table in the living room was burnt. The towels and the bed sheets were smelling like they haven’t been washed in a century…. Not to mention there are pictures showing bungalows on the beach and they are nowhere near the beach. You can’t pay with card in 21st century!!! We had to spend almost all of our cash at the beginning of our trip because if this property.

• Hermine (9/5): Cosy and nice place in the pine forest. - Nice place to stay for those who prefer quiet and comfy locations. It’s not first line which in our case was a plus because otherwise it would be noisy. If you have a car it’s 10 minutes to get to whatever you need. And it’s not difficult to find the place as the hosts are ready to explain the road by the phone. We visited at the beginning of the season so the price was with a discount and I did not actually expect such a comfy and clean place for that price. We were welcomed with friendly hosts who were always eager to help. Special thanks to Mrs. Rhipsik ❤️ We will definitely visit again. To visit the beach you need to walk through another property. It was not a problem at first but when we returned from an evening walk the gates were closed and we had to bypass a few other beaches to get to our place. It’s not the this property’s fault actually. So it’s okay.
• Yury (5/5): Not bad - Quiet location, friendly staff, close to the lake, spacious enough house, heating can be turned on, nature Dirty floors - had to wash themselves, uncomfortable grid for mangal, dull knives, inconvenient that from the veranda there is no exit to the yard. The path to the lake goes, it seems, through private territory and a woman living there grumbled at us. And also in the living room there was some unpleasant smell, we never found the source.
• Unnati (8/5): Good stay for a night - Good property to spend a night with a group. It’s secluded so you need to have a car to go around even if it’s for a meal.

• Pavel (10/5): Comfortable bungalow near Sevanank monastery. - Comfortable, quiet place on Sevan peninsula. We chose this place as a “base” for trekking around Sevan and Dilijan. The accommodation fitted our purpose perfectly. Staff is very nice and helpful. All good. There is no market in walking distance. But we were there out of the season, during season it can be different.

• Xato (8/5): Great place for summer. Good location. - Locations is perfect, the wood is around the cottage, its very worm inside (its really important in winter). If tou are by own car, many food courts are about 5 minute from cottage. Kitchen is perfect in the Cottage, very comfortable with many dishes and etc. Nobody come to clean the cottage in 5 days, and in bathroom we found many black hair, also, nobody change towels and water in bath tub wount go out for a long time.

• Gabriel (6/5): Nice location and villa, just not entirely as described. - The location is good and in walking distance to the lake, restaurants and Sevanavank monastery. The villa is secluded between trees. There is a tiny supermarket nearby. The villa was clean, is spacious and has a nice terrace. The TV is quite large and can connect to netflix. Staff on location doesn't speak any English, and messages on Booking.com or whatsapp where not answered anymore after we checked in. On check-in, they requested nearly 2000 AMD more than the booking.com price. Many things promised in the description were not there. Some examples: there was no toilet paper and they told us to buy some; there is only view of the garden (no lake, monastery etc); there was no washing machine, no coffee or tee, and the internet was slow and did not cover the whole villa. There was a very bad smell coming from the shower sink.

• Ekaterina (10/5): Great wooden house in Sevan - Very comfortable house in cedar wood near the Sevan beach. Great nature and cosy stay. We’re pleasantly surprised by wooden interior of the house. It is so nice and well furnished. Good place to stay with friends or family.

Not the property but we came without a car and not in season so our eating options and supermarket options were quite a walk away. Just something to bear in kind. Also the shower needs a curtain around it

• The_hedonist (9/5): Superb - Great location on the Sevan island, close to Sevanivank Monastery. Nice house with great equipment, all you need for vacation. Maybe bathroom needs a bit of improvement, shower curtainor or doors would be useful. It had heater, which is important if you come in March as we did. I believe in the summer it is a magical place, since it has a great terrace and closed territory, so you can have nice BBQ party there with no one disturbing you.
• Francesca (9/5): Superb - Beautiful stay! We spent two magical days at lake Sevan, sorrounded by nature and ancient monasteries, and were lucky enough to discover this hidden gem for the night! The accomodation is walking distance from Sevanavank monastery, strategically located on the peninsula which allows for beautiful sunset walks and close proximity to many bars and restaurants. The host was lovely and ensured our stay was comfortable and smooth. Highly suggested!
