- Am (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and quiet apartment. Had a kettle and coffee machine with teas and coffee pods. Shower rooms had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The queen beds was super comfy. Highly recommend. No washing machine in the apartment I stayed.
- Sherif (2/5): Disappointing Stay - We stayed at this property for 5 nights, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The water heater was not working leaving us without hot water in the shower, and the apartment’s heating system was also malfunctioning. Management informed us that the water heater required spare parts which would take time to order. They claimed there were no similar apartments available for relocation, as we had booked one with a phosphorus view. On the third day, they offered us access to an apartment in a different building just to shower which was very inconvenient. We ended up using it only on the last day, as it was better than continuing to shower in cold water. Despite the issues, management refused to provide a partial refund or any form of compensation. Additionally, be aware that the location is on a steep hill. You’ll need to climb uphill to reach the main road or walk downhill to get to the tram station. Overall, staying here was quite disappointing and definitely not worth the price.
