Ricardo (6/5): - Casa bien situada, con un clima excepcional. Tiene tiendas y playas a pocos minutos caminando. En definitiva, un lugar ideal para pasar tiempo en familia. Como puntos negativos, la casa presenta falta de mantenimiento y algunos muebles están rotos, como los tendederos y ciertas estructuras de la terraza. El aire acondicionado no está disponible en todas las habitaciones, lo que hace que las noches sean menos confortables. El último día, el encargado de la piscina entró con su llave casi sin nuestro consentimiento, lo que invadió en cierta medida nuestra intimidad. Además, al tratar la piscina con productos químicos, no pudimos utilizarla durante nuestro último día. Unido a que la entrada a la casa es a las 17:00 (y acceder antes tiene un coste extra), se podría decir que perdimos prácticamente un día completo. También es importante mencionar que hace falta fumigar, ya que encontramos cucarachas y otros insectos tanto dentro como fuera de la casa. Por último, al marcharse, nadie recibe las llaves en persona. Aun así, existe una fianza, pero la casa no se revisa hasta el siguiente día laboral. Esto genera incertidumbre, pues uno queda a la espera de que no ocurra nada en la vivienda en esos días o de que otro inquilino entre antes de la revisión. En mi caso, dejé la casa un jueves y no la revisaron hasta el lunes, lo que deja la posibilidad de que ocurra algo y luego lo reclamen de la fianza.

Lorenzo (1/5): I do not recommend this stay to anyone. - I do not recommend this stay to anyone the owner of the house is unpleasant and presumptuous, the house is full of mold and cockroaches, many things in the house are wrong such as the locks on the French windows, the position of the house is inconvenient for the centre, the heated swimming pool (paid €80 not has never been heated) and the owner will do nothing to help you
