• Silvio (8/5): - Locazione tranquilla, stanza accogliente e pulita. Personale disponibile. Metro A facilmente raggiungibile. Utilizzo della cucina in comune un po' complicato. Non tutto era pulito in cucina. Non abbiamo trovato il forno a microonde. Sarebbero utili 2 appendini in bagno.

Highly recommended! - We stayed here for two nights while visiting Rome and had a wonderful experience. Alessandra was an exceptional host — kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. When we faced an unfortunate situation in the city, she immediately came to our rescue, helped us get new keys, and guided us with practical tips on how to handle things and file a report faster. We’re very grateful for her support. The apartment itself is perfect — clean, comfortable, and located in a peaceful, quiet part of Rome. It’s a bit away from the busy center, but the nearby metro station makes it very easy to reach Termini or the main attractions.
• Marina AB (5/5): Stor forbedrings potensiale - Fikk ikke koden til nøkkelboksen i tiden. Eieren viser at det er Booking.com sin feil. Det kan være, siden vi fikk melding fra booking.com med koden tre dager etter vår ankomst. Men: eieren var ikke tilgjengelig på den oppgitte telefonen da vi ankom på tiden vi hadde opplyst og eieren hadde akseptert. Bære etter insistent ringing på døra fikk vi kontakt fra et annet telefonnummer. Det løste problemet, men det tok halvtime sent på kvelden. At eieren ikke er tilgjengelig per telefon er ikke akseptabel. Vi valgte et rom med dobbel seng - Rom var stort, men sengen bare 140 cm bred og laken knapp større - vi mener at det ikke kvalifiserer til dobbelseng. Også andre delere av innredningen kunne vært bedre: ordentlig lese lamper ved sengen, støtte for kofferten, to stoler (ikke bære en) eller noe annet for å legge fra seg klærne om kvelden. For dem som måtte trenge det, en safe som ikke er så lett at hvem som helst kan legge den ned i sin pose. Bra med og romslig kjøkken, men også her er det stort potensiale - for eksempel to små kasserolle, ikke bare én. Dessverre skittenkt gulv, både på kjøkkenet og i rommet. Selv om lokalene er bra i utgangspunkt, man får innstrykk at eieren er opptatt av å tjene penger, men ikke av å yte en tjeneste. Beliggenheten er bra, men med veldig mye bråk fra veien. Vinduene er gamle og lydisolering dårlig.

• Johannes (10/5): Nice location, comfortable and really good price! - The accommodation is in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station. From the metro station you can reach the center and all the tourist attractions in Rome in just a few minutes. The Vatican City is within walking distance. Our room and the shared kitchen were very clean and well equipped, there is also air conditioning for warm nights, which is also particularly comfortable. The owner was very nice and accommodating. Overall one of the best accommodations we had in our time in Italy. And the price is really good for what you get. We would come back here anytime.

Це велика квартира на 3 спальні, зі спільною кухньою. Єдиний мінус був у нашій ванні - двері у ванні (та туалеті) не закриваються. Їх можна трошки прикрити, але все рівно усі в спальні будуть вас бачити😅

Check-in was super smooth with clear and detailed instructions. The location is safe, and free street parking was never an issue – we always found a spot. The apartment has everything you need. • JUSTYNA (7/5): Poprawnie - Dobra lokalizacja, blisko metro, autobus, galeria. Rejestracja online, kontakt poprawny. Sprawna klimatyzacja, rolety zewnętrzne, cicha okolica, spokój. Prywatna łazienka, ręczniki, suszarka do włosów. Wygodne łóżko. Winda. Wejście do pokoju z drzwiami jak do szafy z przesuwanymi drzwiami i koszmarnym, zacinającym się zamkiem. Brak ekspresu do kawy=porażka 👎 Prysznic duży, ale z popsutą słuchawką 😑 W oknach zerwane moskitiery- brak możliwości wietrzenia pomieszczenia.
• Mayra (10/5): Comfortable stay! - I had the absolute best stay at this apartment in Rome! The location couldn’t be more perfect right in the heart of the city and just a short walk (about 20 minutes) to the Vatican. Public transportation is super accessible with nearby bus stops and a metro station, plus there’s a shopping center and tons of great shops just around the corner. What made my stay truly exceptional, though, was the host. Alessandra is the sweetest, most helpful, and welcoming host you could ever hope for. She’s always available for anything you might need whether it’s recommendations or help with logistics and she genuinely goes above and beyond. The apartment is ideal for both short and long-term stays. I honestly don’t have a single negative thing to say. I’m already looking forward to coming back and when I do, I’ll definitely be staying here again!

The kitchen was well-equipped and large enough so it was not at all crowded when meeting with the people from other rooms. We only had one set of towels each for our whole six-nights stay (we also did not specifically ask for a change), and they were not of good quality.

It was creaking with every single move. I woke up multiple times during the night just because of the noise that moving my arms or legs created.
