• Sharon (9/5): Would happily stay here again. Great apartment and location. - The apartment was in a great location. Very well kitted out, has everything you need. A minor point, but for a well presented apartment the bed linen and pillows, although very clean and satisfactory could be a bit better quality.
• Paul (4/5): It was a pity about the noisey neighbours and the small bed. - The apartment was clean and suited our requirements as to location. The landlord was very obliging in terms of leaving our luggage for the day after we checked out. Being woken up at 03.00 am on Sunday morning by the upstairs neighbours arriving home with a gang of friends and having a loud party, complete with banging of doors, shouting, music and general noise until 05.00 am! Our night's sleep was destroyed. In addition, any movement in the upstairs apartment is transmitted through the ceiling into the apartment to the extent that we "could almost hear them think"! The bed is too small for two adults, a 5ft bed would be more appropriate for a "luxury" apartment, and the pillows are of a very poor quality.

• Sirkku (9/5): The apartment was comfortable and in a good location. - The furniture and decor of the apartment was stylish and in excellent condition. The host was easily contactable by text message when we discovered that some towels were missing. The fans helped keep the room cool in hot weather. 1. The bathroom sink was blocked so we reported it. The host said they were going to deal with it before the next guests arrive. 2. We weren’t able to watch TV because no free channels (BBC etc.) were available.

The apartment was wonderfully styled and had all the features, amenities and facilities you could ask for. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, very good communication. I’d like to use this provider as a hub for any future stays in London! Couldn’t recommend anymore 👍

Check in instructions were sent and easy to follow, owner was in hand for any questions. Showed is lovely! Thank you really enjoyed the stay Was quite when I first came in but turned the thermostat right down and opened the windows and it was fine
• G (8/5): Great location for getting into London city and great value for money - Great access to the Victoria line making it a perfect location to drive and then park up and leave the car until its time to go home. The apartment had everything needed to be solid base camp. The car parking worked out to be a good reliable option too once we understood that there were 4 off road shared spaces available right outside the door. The host was most helpful and very responsive when contacted. Very clean property and the decor and equipment was of a good standard The bed was ok. We tend to struggle with bed comfort and always find it hard to score this section but have had worse for more money so not a deal breaker. We also go the bed fairly early and could hear music from the flat upstairs one of the evenings. Many would be out late on a Saturday and might never notice but we tend to be early to rise sort of people so were disturbed for a couple of hours or so that night. Wouldn't get hung up about it

• Susie (9/5): Lovely apartment. Would recommend. - The place was clean and decor to a high standard. Flat felt cosy and like a home from home. Felt safe, which as a solo traveller means a lot to me. All facilities worked. Staff responsive and helped immediately when TV remote needed new batteries. Would stay again.
• Dorottya (9/5): Lovely stay in London - The flat has a great location and neighbourhood, easily accessable by underground or by bus. The stations is very close alongside with some stores as well. The interior looks very pretty, perfect for solo travelers or couples. The only thing I found a little disturbing was the noise from the neighbours. I could hear almost everything in the other flats. Of course this is no one's fault so there is not a lot to do about it, but better to be prepared.
• Ann (10/5): Great little studio in excellent location - Well equipped and comfortably furnished first floor studio in superb location in Walthamstow Village. We would happily stay again when we next come down to the area. Highly recommended.
• Francesco (10/5): Lovely place…spacious, full of light and perfectly positioned from the tube (6 minutes walk)! - Just as presented. Spacious room with big windows facing a traditional English road with a fully kitchenette and a private bathroom. Perfect position 6 minutes walk from Walthamstow tube and 3 minutes walk from bus stop. With Victoria line in the centre of London in less than 25 minutes. 6 minutes walk Tesco express and 10 minutes walk a huge Salisbury and a shopping centre. The owner was very kind always ensuring that our stay proceed good.

• Patrick (4/5): Besides the great location, this place was disappointing - The bed was terribly uncomfortable. The pillows lumpy. The walls need soundproofing-constant noise at night from the neighbors. Dirty floors. It was difficult to get a good sleep.

• Maria (6/5): Pleasant - Spacious and easy to access. A lot of pans,plates and cutlery. Enough storage spaces. Shower and floors not cleaned properly. Lack of bathmats and washing products (sponge for dishes and tablets for washing machine). Very hard and uncomfortable pillows.

Was not clean when I got there. Nice little flat in great location but just be aware what you are paying for

• Anderson (9/5): Little gem of an apartment in the heart of Walthamstow Village. - Great location and lovely clean, airy, bright space. The kitchen was well equiped and there was a nice shower. Very quiet area considering how close to the Village centre the flat is. Also, there is a parking space outside the flat which is very handy. The bed was a bit creaky and the heating was on too high. The flat was very hot.
