• Carolynne (10/5): A quiet flat, a fantastic host, lovely view, unbeatable location for seeing Rome on foot. - From our first interaction to the day we departed, Melisa, our host made everything easy. She checked in daily (via text) to see if we needed anything, she quickly responded to every request, and was just tremendously kind & thoughtful. With 5 people simultaneously online the WiFi slowed a bit in the bedrooms. A booster in the hallway might help.

• Tomasz (9/5): Udany wyjazd ! - Przed wyborem/rezerwacją przeczytałem wiele opinii. Kilka miesięcy temu większość było bardzo dobrych. Ostatnie miesiące pojawiło się kilka zarzutów. Opowiem więc jak było pod koniec września. Wszystko co było pisane jako pozytyw, jest prawdą. To co było pisane jako wada obiektu, albo zostało już wyeliminowane albo mam inną wrażliwość. Lokal bardzo czysty, prześcieradła czyste (oczywiście jak to w regionie bez pełnej poszewki tylko coś na wzór dwóch prześcieradeł, dolnego i górnego ale to standard), wody ciepłej nie zabrakło. Pokręciłem się trochę by z aplikacji otworzyć drzwi ale wina lezy po mojej stronie, drzwi do budynku nie są jak się wydawało od strony kolumn, a z drugiej. Przy właściwych drzwiach wszystko poszło już prosto. Najważniejsze że cały był kontakt na Whatsup z opiekunem mieszkania, więc nie było poczucia bezradności, wiedziałem że nie jestem tu sam. Miejscówka fenomenalna, okolica bezpieczna (także w nocy). Jeden pokoik miał swoją odrębną dodatkową łazienkę więc nawet dla 6 osób poranki i logitstyka toalet poszła sprawnie. Polecam. Chyba tylko to że przez moment stojąc nie pod tymi drzwiami stresowałem się że aplikacja nie działa. Gdy przeszedłem pod właściwe wszystko było ok., ale przyjmuję że to była moja wina :). Fotka w komentarzu przedstawia właściwe drzwi, może komuś pomoże.
• Barbara (8/5): Perfect to see Rome in 3 days - The property was well situated and easy to get to . It is comfortable and has most things you will need . The washing machine was useful and the kitchen perfect for travellers needing to make a light snack. It has a lift for luggage. Close to lovely restaurants. Getting in was a mission. The board outside didn’t have the property name and once we established we were in the right place we were directed to a lock box, given the wrong code, unlocked it : no key. The cleaner opened but was fast ushering us out once we used the bathroom. I think if you advise you arriving early as I did catering for an early check in shouldn’t be hard to accommodate but they are very strict with the entry time.

Staff molto disponibile e possibilità di lasciare bagagli sia prima del check in che dopo il check out. Appartamento si trova all’interno di un palazzo e dall’androne provengono odori sgradevoli. La pulizia, seppur sufficiente, andrebbe approfondita per quel che riguarda testate e trapunte dei letti. Letti matrimoniali piccoli
• Leila (8/5): Pratique pour une nuit pas plus - La proximité avec les centres d’intérêt, le calme de la rue Appartement pratique pour une nuit. Par contre, literie déplorable, nous avons tous mal dormis, le lit avait carrément un creux au centre du matelas ( honteux de proposer cela), tapis dans les chambres sales et pas lavés depuis longtemps vu la couleur … Pas même de serviette pour essuyer la vaisselle. Les murs des chambres vétustes, chaise d’une des chambre cassée ( mieux vaut ne pas s’assoir dessus au risque de tomber et de se faire mal). J’ai été déçue car je pensais que cet appartement était bien mieux que cela.
• Mario (5/5): Keine 9.1 maximal eine 6 oder 7. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit waren leider . - Die Lage. Wir haben diese Wohnung gewählt, weil sie eine Reinigungsbewertung von 9,1 hatte. Als wir jedoch ankamen, waren wir sehr überrascht, wie schmutzig es war. Die Bettlaken und Kissen in zwei der Zimmer hatten eine Menge Haare auf ihnen, und wir fanden sogar mehrere Kakerlaken im Küchenschrank. Auf dem Boden in der Küche gab es viele Ameisen. Die Wohnung ist nicht so neu wie auf den Bildern - es scheint, dass sie seit vielen Jahren nicht mehr renoviert wurde, was den schlechten Zustand erklärt. Dieses Apartment ist weit von der 9,1 Bewertung entfernt. Eine 6 oder 7 würde besser beschreiben.

• Pauline (8/5): Great apartment, great location, - Great location, very spacious and very modern apartment and comfortable beds. Lovely area. Toilet flush button was broken and shower head wasn’t dispersing water properly.
• Sandra (9/5): Spacious Apartment in a Great Location!! - Fantastic apartment with high ceilings. There are 3 comfortable and spacious bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and another bathroom is off the hallway and this one includes a washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and a dining table. All rooms have air-conditioning, much appreciated in July. Bear in mind there are no cupboards in the bedrooms.. some hooks which came in handy otherwise not a big problem for us as we lived out of our suitcases. The 2 portable clothes lines were put to use for drying. The location is central and literally overlooking some ruins. Walking distance to Piazza Navona, Trastevere, Campo de' Fiori, Fontana de Trevi and close to bus stops to easily get around. The check in process well communicated and seamless with digital key allowing all members of our family access. Host was very responsive especially when the washing machine needed attention. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend!

• Stephanie (9/5): Comfortable,centrally located apartment perfect for families or couples - The apartment is beautiful and two of three spacious bedrooms overlook the Jewish Ghetto. The bathrooms were recently renovated with modern features and were of good size, shampoo and shower gel were provided too. We loved that we could walk to most sights within 20 minutes or so, and the gelato shop near the apartment is very good. The digital key used to access the property worked great, and there was also a physical set of keys to use too - as we were a group of 2 families, this allowed our group flexibility in leaving and entering the apartment. This apartment is in a great location, and we also appreciated the air conditioning throughout the apartment. We alerted our host to a few maintenance issues and they were out the next day to address them, so overall a very positive experience and enjoyable stay.

What I appreciated most was the coffee available in the apartment. I had forgotten to buy coffee for the next morning, but I was pleasantly surprised to find enough coffee and a moka pot provided. There was no metro station near the apartment, which was a bit inconvenient, but I knew this before booking.

The lift is like something from a classic film. Just a great spot in the heart of Rome. Wonderfully helpful host. Comfy beds and awesome shower! This made a family trip to Rome special and relaxing.
• Mulan (10/5): Perfect location beautiful home and great value for the money! - The property is in the perfect location close to almost everything you want to see in Rome. The bus stops are just few minutes away. The apartment is super clean and comfortable. The rooms are big with high ceilings. Beddings are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you can think of at home. The owner is extremely kind and willing to help in anyway. We especially thank the owner for allowing us to put the luggages in before and after checking in and out time. That’s really helpful for our travelers we really appreciate it! Thank the owner for everything, and we strongly recommend the property to everyone and we will definitely come back next time we go to Rome! None
• Melanie (7/5): Disappointing - Beautiful old building close to a number of amazing icons, easy walk to travastere for evening meal… big comfortable beds with unbelievable views from bedrooms. Made you feel like you were in Rome!!!! TV in every bedroom and marble tile bathrooms. Bit shabby in places- scuffs on wall, kitchen cabinet showing wear and tear… uncomfortable couch, and awkward sitting area, took a bit of the shine of “lux” expectation. Wouldn’t call any of it luxury…except chandeliers and bathroom tiles. No where to relax as in lounge area. Shower roses blocked, need a clean. Had half a toilet roll, no sugar, no tea towel or frying pan (we found a frying pan to be a good substitute for a toaster in Europe). We also had anxiety about checking in due to the need for wifi (we had none) to check in- ended up paying huge amount for taxi not to miss the cleaner and opportunity to gain access. Bear this n mind if you’re in the same boat. Host said if we couldn’t use vikey to message her… didn’t seem to grasp the problem.

Just across the Central synagogue of Rome, in the heart of the old ghetto, with single minutes walk to main attractions and the Tiber. We enjoyed the restaurants in the area and the apartment could even accommodate modest home cooked meals. 3 comfortable and spacious bedrooms, one had an on suit bathroom! another full bathroom in the hallway. Nothing. But keep in mind you cannot drive into this pedestrian only area. You'll be dropped of a 1 minute walk from the entrance to the building. This might be a hardship for travelers with lots of luggage or strollers. We found parking on the street! Guests wishing to empty suitcases into closets will find none. Still, enough room for our carry-ons and jackets. Not a problem for short stays.

It was not provided the correct key from the entrance of the building/ during day is opened, but when we came back in the middle of the night we had to wait for a neighbour to open the door. We tried to contact the administrator, but late answer. Next day we received the correct key.
