• Charlotte (9/5): Excellent, clean, well located apartment with a fabulous host. - Exceptionally clean and secure, toiletries and bottled water provided. Matthieu our host was so welcoming and the ladies who cleaned the apartment were lovely too…they wished us onwards happy holidays. The apartment is very well located, close to the centre. We walked everywhere, no public transport required apart from the 10 minutes tram journey to the apartment and back to the main train station which stopped just 2 minutes from the apartment. Just to note, the apartment is city centre on a busy road. All good

Sábanas y toallas impecables . Todo lo que puedas necesitar en la cocina .Muy bien comunicado , cerca del centro con un paseo muy agradable ,Metro abajo de la casa , cafeterías y supermercados. • Natalia (10/5): Amazing apartment and amazing host! - The property was beyond amazing! The apartment is very spacious, completely renovated, beautifully decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all necessary appliances and bathrooms were impecable. Communication with Mathieu was excellent, he provided all necessary indications and waited for us at the property. He was very nice and helpful at all times. Very good location with easy access to the center and the trams. Highly recommended! Loved everything about it.

• Maria (10/5): Bellissima Firenze, see you again! - Great location, easily accessible via tram from SM Novella stazione, very spacious family of 5, modern facilities, 10-15 min walk to Duomo and mercato centrale and Ponte Vecchio. Staff excellent and helpful, greeted us on arrival, shared great tips on local eatery and things to do! Highly recommend! Grazie Mille!!
• Maria (9/5): Superb - Host was waiting for us upon our arrival and he come to say good bye when we depart. He help us with luggages and he explain everything in details. He was ready with all information we required , such as where is the supermarket, how to reach places of interest. And the restaurant he recommended was really good. Good food and prices are most reasonable. Our host makes our stay memorable.. I can only say big " THANK YOU " ..he is indeed a super host and the property is wonderful... NOTHING
• Paul (9/5): Lovely place away from main tourist areas. - Very clean and well decorated apartment with 2 big bedrooms and bathrooms and great wifi. On a busy road so can get quite noisy in the morning rush hour. Also doing a lot of construction works at moment.
• Denise (10/5): Perfect appartment in the middle of Florence. Highly reccommend. - We loved everything about this apartment. The host, Mathieu, met us at the property. He was such a friendly and helpful man and made sure we were made to feel very welcome. The apartment is situated in a building on a busy main road but once inside you would be none the wiser. There is a lift to the apartment and another door before going down a passage to the apartment entrance. All 3 doors have an excellent secure locking system. The apartment was wonderful! It is spacious and very well equipped. Mathieu had thought of everything. There is a comfy couch, dining table & chairs. The bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are beautiful. The beds and pillows are comfortable. There is also a smaller storage room for luggage etc. Thank you Mathieu for your attention to detail and for making our stay a very pleasant one. Oh and thanks for the sweeties which we loved 😉 Nothing to not like.

• Mini (9/5): Nice, spacious, and comfortable stay there. The host is very responsive and welcoming. - The unit is newly renovated and tastefully done. It actually is nicer than expected. It is a unit within a complex of 3-4 other units but it was quiet during the time we were there. No washer. And the kitchen sink leaked the first day we were there.
