• Stanislav (3/5): - I was not satisfied with my stay. Paolo was pleasant and friendly, but everything was ruined by his decision to throw a party on the first night of my stay. He has a dog living at his house, which is very calm and didn't bother me at all. However, guests come over with their own pets. One of them wouldn't let me leave the house for several minutes. The owner was busy with something at the time and paid no attention to the barking. Then Paolo politely informed me that friends would be coming over in the evening and they would hang out downstairs in the kitchen for a bit without disturbing me. Naturally, I had no objections. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be the case. A group of about 6–8 people, including some younger ones, were very loud, playing music and talking at high volume. At half past eleven at night, I politely messaged Paolo on WhatsApp that it was already quite late, but the party continued. I tried unsuccessfully to fall asleep after my journey until around half past one in the morning, then finally decided to go downstairs and insist on being allowed to get some sleep, since the price of the accommodation was far from budget-friendly. A hostel would have cost me several times less. Paolo assured me they would finish soon. But they continued for about another hour. I only fell asleep toward morning and had to spend the next day catching up on sleep, which disrupted my schedule and plans for my day off. I wrote to customer support asking for compensation for at least half of the night that I essentially lost. But I received no response from them. Therefore, I remained dissatisfied with the hosts' behaviour and felt compelled to write this review. Despite the fact that the next morning Paolo tried to appease me with biscuits, milk, and some fruit. In their rules, they stated that guests must observe quiet hours from 11 PM to 6 AM. It's sad that they don't apply these same rules to themselves.

• Claire (10/5): Clean and comfortable accommodation with a very thoughtful host - Paolo’s property was perfect for our stay and a great location for the concert we attended at San Siro. Paolo was a helpful, friendly and very thoughtful host! The weather was incredibly hot during our stay and the house was cool, comfortable and very clean allowing us to relax in between trips out. Paolo also kind enough to leave us breakfast, coffee and juice each morning. We couldn’t have asked for more! Benny was otherwise engaged while we were there. We will have to book again to see him :-)

• Michael (10/5): Overall, a memorable experience - Friendly and supportive host. Very close to QT8 station and hence transiting using train is easy. Quiet and peaceful area All basic amenities are provided by the host including coffee, tea, water. There us access to refrigerator, stove, a sit out. Supermarkets and Restaurants are not very close by. Hence, if you are a business traveller, and need easy access to groceries or meals, you have to walk a little. However, if purchases are made in advance, then meal and other preparations can be done in the self contained kitchen.

• Matthew (10/5): I will definitely stay here again - I loved my stay in this room. The location where this residence is located is a great spot for my requirement to visit some trade shows and business meetings taking place around Milan. Its vicinity to Lotto Fieramilanocity stop made it so much easy to take transport to and from Malpensa. The stop QT8 is even closer, just 4 minutes on foot, so one could easily take the Metro from Lotto to QT8, one stop away, to avoid a longer walk. Not too far off, there is also Piazza Portello, a lovely shopping complex with an upmarket supermarket called Iper La Grande. This came highly recommended by the owner, and it really was amazing to visit. The walk takes you through a lovely walk through Parco Industria Alfa Romeo (Portello). The owner, Paolo, is a very exquisite person, very friendly and very supportive, while giving all the space and privacy one would expect. Each morning, he left tea and coffee available for me and some good quality biscuits. We had short but great interactions, together with his lovely and friendly dog, Benny. I must add that the place is exceptionally clean. It was spotless, and the bed was very fresh. Thanks to the shutter, it is possible to have a pitch black room even during daytime, while as soon as you walk to the landing, there was a lot of natural light, including in the bathroom. This floor looks like it was recently decorated. It has heating in both the bedroom and the bathroom, kept at a lovely 21 Degrees, and also an air conditioning unit for the hot days of summer.

Everything was perfectly clean. The interior is decorated in an individual style. The dog Benny is adorable. Everything was perfect! I will come back with pleasure. Distance to metro 3-4 minutes walk. The metro line is straight to the Duomo.
