• Nikita (6/5): Lovely home, some things let it down. - Loved the house, loved 3 bathrooms! Aircon and heating worked well, had everything u could need for cooking and cleaning. Bins were empty. Close to Leppington shops! The grass wasn’t maintained and was so long. I contacted them and they said someone would be out but no one came at all while we stayed for the 6 nights. My children couldn’t play outside because of that. the washing line is broken and held up by two planks of wood, held towels fine, however two small lines provided under patio. Tv channels didnt work due to signal problems, when used washing machine for the first time the pipe came out and water everywhere, they said they would fix after our stay as I clipped pipe to heavy washing basket to keep it in place. Very bad pressure in main shower in the family bathroom upstairs, plug for bath is crazy weird, held water however slowly drained the water and kids had 10 min bath. Drain in toilet next to upstairs family bathroom was stinky, black finger prints on walls in same toilet, there are holes in walls and stains on carpets, very well used home. Couch and beds have wooden blocks to keep sturdy. Main bedroom has squeaky bed every time u move. Hope these points/dislikes get fixed and resolved as the house is lovely and needs some maintenance done. Guttered we couldn’t enjoy the back yard the most! Paid $2500 NZD and the full use of the house was not available.
• Jasmin (7/5): - Close to shops, comfy beds, and heating worked really well. The lounge room area was a little small, but We had 8 guests. No dryer as we were away for a sporting event and needed to wash9 uniforms each night
• Julie (5/5): Passable - The area was very noisy, There was no out door table only chairs. The lawns were not mowed front or back, the rubbish bins were all ready full when we got there... no welcome packs off tea coffee or any thing like that very disappointed to be honest, alot of construction going on around the house / street

• Tara (3/5): Wouldn’t book again - - the bed downstairs was already broken when you sit on it, it goes down so we checked it out and the legs looked they they been bent. - all 3 toilets up stairs and downstairs toilet seat also damaged, when you sit on the toilet seat it slides off… - the bathrooms upstairs has no towels for the floor - the ensuite bathroom upstairs door is also damaged it doesn’t close..

• Anna (9/5): Superb - Great location as it was within 10mins driving distance to family. The house was spacious and very comfortable. The neighbourhood is a fairly new one so it was safe and also well lit so had no dramas with parking and accessing the home. Also woolworths and the local shopping centre was within 5 mins driving distance - super handy 👌 Totally recommend for big families if in the area. Had an issue accessing the key initally but Vivian was very prompt in responding and getting it sorted out. Only recommendation is to have extra towels available for stays longer than 5 days. Work around was possible by washing them in the washing machine. Grass was a bit long but might be because of the weather. Street parking is also available if visiting with more than 2 cars - only minor issue with that was that the neighbours tended to park there 🤦🏽‍♀️🫣 Overall a great stay.
