• Petra (9/5): - Das Zimmer, Küche und Bad waren sehr sauber. Alles da, was man braucht. Sehr netter Gastgeber! Bei gekipptem Fenster ist die Straße relativ laut. Evtl. einen kleinen Mülleimer im Schlafzimmer nachrüsten.

• Michael (6/5): It was an okay stay except for the bathroom experience and the noisy street. - I liked the personal welcoming by the owner, the way of access and the property inside. It was very noisy. It was not possible to keep the Windows open during the night. And, sharing the bathroom could be challenging with 3 people spending the night in the other room that was rented out. I would have expected to share the bathroom with maximium one other person, not three.
• Kerstin (2/5): Aufgrund der ungenügenden Sauberkeit nicht zu empfehlen - Gefallen hat uns: Getränke gegen Gebühr, das Angebot kostenloser Tee und Kaffee die Zuverlässigkeit bei der Schlüsselübergabe persönlich Sauberkeit: absolut mangelhaft bis ungenügend - die Wohnung benötigt eine Grundreinigung, insbesondere in der Küche. Schwarze und blonde lange Haare im Bad (im Schrank und Schublade) und auch auf dem Bettlaken Fensterbrett im Bad wurde lange nicht gereinigt, denn das habe ich übernommen um persönliche Sachen abzustellen, Jalousie im Bad sehr dreckig und in den Ecken an der Decke Spinnen mit verstaubten Spinnweben Im Zimmer dicker Staub auf der Bettkante und den Glühmitteln der Lampe neben dem Bett - für Allergiker wie mich eine Herausforderung, hinter der Zimmertür dicke verstaubte Spinnweben, im Schrank Schmutz, Staub und Haare Küche - die Küchenfronten verdreckt (teils Lebensmittel runtergelaufen), mit Fingertappen verschmiert und Staub auf den Küchentürgriffen, Spüle unter Spülmittel und Spülbürste wurde lange nicht gewischt in den Schränken Staub und Abdrücke des Geschirrs, Steckdosen mit dickem Staub und Spinnweben, Kühlschrank innen und außen nicht sauber, in der Besteckschublade Schmutz und getrocknetes gekleckertes Essen, unter dem Hängeschrank mit Radio dicke verstaubte Spinnweben und der Toaster aufgrund der dicken Staubschicht nicht benutzbar. Es wurde zwar einmal der Müll auf Sonntag entfernt - die leeren Kaffeebohnen im Vollautomaten wurden jedoch nicht aufgefüllt. Die Lage an der Tag und Nacht sehr stark befahrenen Straße war für uns eine Herausforderung - hier kamen wir nicht zur Ruhe und mein Mann schlief nur mit Ohropax. Offenes Fenster zum Lüften oder auf Kipp geht da nicht. Insgesamt war die Heizung auch sehr niedrig eingestellt, aufgrund der Zeitumstellung war es am Abreisetag im Bad morgens sehr kalt

• Beate (5/5): - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Wir hatten Glück dass zwei Bekannte das Zimmer neben uns hatten Wohnung war leider sehr dreckig. Es war ausserdem sehr laut und das Licht in der Küche sehr grell. Es wäre sehr unangenehm wenn wir die Wohnung mit zwei Fremden geteilt hätten

• Philip (8/5): A comfortable apartment within reach of the old town on foot - Easy enough to find with Sat-Nav and a quick phone call brought our host on his bike to give us the keys and show us around (including showing us how to operate the coffee machine, a type we hadn't seen before). The apartment has two bedrooms, each with its own key, while kitchen and bathroom are shared spaces. No-one had booked the second bedroom the night we stayed so we had the place to ourselves! Our room was big, with a table to eat at as well as bed and wardrobe. Parking was on the road which ran past the blocks of flats and we found a space in the long line of parked cars, only about 30m from the flats. The same road went into the old town , about a 20 minute walk away, but worth it for the bars/cafes there.

Andere gekühlte Getränke waren kostengünstig zu erwerben. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Er hat alles gut erklärt und noch eine Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben.

• Christine (9/5): Ok fir one night - Comfortable.clean , big room. No one there to meet you & let you in . Had to finally phone the host who had to come in his bike to let us in . Parking was on the main busy road . So had to cross the main road to get to the apartment & back to the car . On a busy traffic light crossing. No zebra crossing or lights to cross. The room was on the main road so couldn’t have the windows open all night lots of traffic noise. From midnight till 6am was a bit quieter . Shared kitchen & bathroom was a inconvenient but for the one night was ok. Didn’t like the kitchen & bathroom light coming on automatically in the night when going to the bathroom. Everything was worked by remote control or automatic. Lights. Blinds. Doors. Ect .

• Norbert (3/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Lage: viel zu laut, direkt an einer vielbefahrenden Straße, mit offenen Fenster kein Schlafen möglich. Das Bett war sehr weich , über der Dusche war die Zimmerdecke teilweise verschimmelt bzw schwarz .Insgesamt ist die Wohnung renovierungsbedürftig. Auch irreführend ist am Anfang der Annonce die Bezeichnung das die Wohnung einem alleine zu Verfügung steht, und im unteren Text erst mitgeteilt wird, das es sich um eine gemeinsame Küche sowie ein gemeinsames Badezimmer handelt. Nicht unbedingt empfehlenswert.

The only drawback is that the room overlooks the street with a lot of traffic, which could be a problem for the people who are light sleepers.

You had to look at the details, and it was written down under the bathroom facilities. In fact there are 2 rooms that share the same kitchen and bathroom. We were lucky there was nobody for that night in the second room. The price was very good and the pictures showed a really nice apartment. I didn't see the fact that had shared the bathroom cause it was not evidently put in the description. So be cautious if you don't want to share the bathroom.

• Robert (8/5): Very good - Being close to work, friendly owner and a decent kitchen, it was very clean and comfortable bed. A fridge with drinks and a proper coffee machine. Nice bathroom. A bit noisy at the main road and the patchy renovation here and there. Shared bathroom.
