• alain44500 (9/5): B&B splendide - Le B&B est très bien situé, à 10' à pied de la stazione, à 5' del duomo et à 15' du quartier espagnol. Le check-in est facilité par un échange de WhatsApp le matin de l'arrivée. Le check-in est effectué de façon plus qu'ultra rapide par le fils des propriétaires qui étaient présents mais à qui je n'ai à peine eu le temps de dire bonjour vu le flot de paroles du fils concernant l'enregistrement, la présentation de la chambre et le détail des clefs, le tout réalisé en 5' chrono. Dans la chambre, un réfrigérateur avec deux petites bouteilles d'eau, une bouilloire avec un pot de café soluble et des sachets de thé. Or cela, l'immeuble est splendide, le B&B d'une propreté exemplaire, la chambre et la salle de bain spacieuses; bref le B&B mériterait 12/10, mais, je n'ai mis que 9/10 à cause de l'heure d'enregistrement de 15h qui est beaucoup trop tardive, d'autant que le check-out est à 10h, ce qui laisse largement le temps de faire un check-in à minima dès 14h. J'ai voyagé beaucoup en Italie et la grande majorité des check-in se fait à 13h ou 14h; certains le font dès 12h, très très peu à 15h ou 16h.

• Joanne (7/5): Nice property - Property was clean and in a good location for getting around Naples. Unfortunately because of the old buildings the bathroom had an unpleasant smell of sewage.
• Robert (9/5): - Lokalizacja w sercu starego miasta. Tłumy na ulicach do późnej nocy, ale można się wyspać. Łóżka wygodne. Pokój duży, odnowiony, łazienka dobrze wyposażona. Potrzebne dobre wskazówki jak się dostać do pokoju z głównej ulicy.

• karine (3/5): Déçus par cette prestation - Emplacement dans le quartier historique Nous sommes arrivés très tôt et nous n’avons eu aucun accès avant 15h et nous avons dû stocker nos bagages dans un espace de stockage pour 20€. Le personnel ne nous a pas aidé et n’a fait preuve d’aucune souplesse, nous aurions dû les prévenir la veille, nous avons oublié donc en gros c’était notre problème. Le lit n’était pas confortable et le matelas était déformé en creux sur un côté , la salle de bains n’était pas nette et sentait les égouts. La cour d’entrée est assez lugubre et pas très nette

Era unas puertas de garage que a su vez tenía una puerta pequeñita donde había que agacharse para entrar. Al entrar había como un estacionamiento muy deteriorado y feo olor. Luego están las escaleras y ya al entrar es distinto pq la habitación si bien muy pequeña ara 4 estaba muy prolijo y bastante nueva nos pareció

• Julia (10/5): Tökéletes szállás egy pár napos Nápoly túrához - A szállásadó és a személyzet is nagyon kedvesek, segítőkészek! A szoba tökéletes helyen van, nagyon a központban, minden gyalog elérhető innen! A szoba szép, tiszta, az ágy és a matrac is kényelmes, a lépcsőház kicsit romos és nagyok a lépcsők, de ez gyakori ott. Összességében nagyon ajánlom, korrekt, kiváló szállás!

• The Minister (10/5): Napoli, city of contrasts! - Location of the property is right in the city center. Very easy to reach Stazione Centrale. Clean, comfortable and even if it was very hot and humid outside - during our stay, the silent air conditioning made our nights great. Too much noise due to the road located right below the windows, but if the windows are kept closed, everything is fine.

• ramon (8/5): Buena opción en el centro de Napoles - La ubicación es en pleno centro y no es ruidoso. Estaba limpio y el personal amable. Lo recomendamos! La entrada al apartamento es un edificio no muy limpio y escalera complicada para subir maletas. El apartamento es un poquito Justo para 4 personas pero teniendo en cuenta que está en pleno centro y por el precio, no se puede pedir más.

La struttura è risultata essere molto accogliente , pulita, con un bellissimo bagno ; è in un’ottima posizione tanto da riuscire a muoversi a piedi senza dover prendere la macchina ed è a pochi minuti dalla stazione Centrale Niente

The room was clean and new, and the bed very comfortable. The owners were super nice to allow us to check in earlier. If I return to Naples, I’d certainly stay at Corte dei Decumani again.
• Matilde (8/5): Accoglienza e gentilezza, posizione super centrale e pulizia. Tutto molto buono! - Staff accogliente e gentilissimo, a disposizione per qualsiasi necessità. Posizione ottima e, nonostante fosse centralissima, i vetri insonorizzati rendono la stanza tranquilla. Spazio enorme, dotato di tutti i confort. L'areazione nel bagno che lascia un odore non gradevolissimo, ma per il resto è davvero tutto molto buono.

• MARI (10/5): - Siamo stati accolti da Pasquale come a casa. Stanza impeccabilmente pulita, da poco ristrutturata e dotata di ogni confort (aria condizionata, frigorifero, macchinetta per caffè), letti comodi e posizione silenziosa essendo all'interno di una corte. Posizione perfetta per girare il centro storico di Napoli e mezzi raggiungibili con una breve camminata. Assolutamente consigliato, quando torneremo a Napoli sicuramente alloggeremo ancora presso di loro.

The host was great and Giovaani who met and greeted us super helpful and friendly especially as we checked in very late close to midnight since our flight was delayed. The room was very big and clean and served the purpose. Very good value for what we paid There was a sewage kind of smell in the bathroom but didn't come into the room when the toilet door was closed. There were high steps leading up to the first floor

The location is right in the historic heart of Naples, surrounded by charm and culture. It truly felt like stepping back in time — an unforgettable experience! No iron available. But this is because of legal issues for the safety of the property.
• samantha (8/5): - Abbiamo penotato questa struttura all'ultimo, dopo una pessima esperienza con un'altra struttura da cui siamo letteralmente scappate. Niente da dire: camera pulita e spaziosa, letti comodi, bagno dotato di tutto il necessario. Un plauso va inoltre ai due host che ci hanno accolte: simpaticissimi e super disponibili. La struttura è aperta da poco e si vede: è davvero un gioiellino in pieno centro storico.

• Castellanos (10/5): Great Place near a lively location. - Property was beautiful on the inside! Everything was brand new and remodeled. The bed was large and comfortable, room was spacious and shower and bathroom were great! It’s near a busy street so food and shops are all close by. The staff was kind and provided me with great information when i had questions of where to go. They also provided me a ride from the airport to the hotel when I asked at a very good price. I would absolutely stay here again. They still use actual keys which is good for security purposes, but it would be better if that could change as an easy method.
• Messina (10/5): Consigliatissimo - In primis la cordialità dei proprietari che ci hanno permesso di fare il check in due ore prima, appena arrivate ci hanno offerta acqua fresca perché a Napoli c’erano 38 gradi, due bottigliette d acqua fredde in frigo. Inoltre si sono premurati di trovarci un passaggio per il rientro al B&B post concerto. In secondo luogo la posizione è ottima per fare tutto a piedi, vicino alla metro e al centro. Fattibile arrivare anche a lungomare se vi piace camminare. Vicino c’è tutto quello che vi può interessare per un soggiorno breve e non. Onestamente non c è niente che non ci sia piaciuto

• Nan-Kuang (5/5): - We stayed for a total of 5 nights. The room looks newly refurnished and the bed was comfortable. However, after the first night, we spotted some problems: shower water is draining very very slowly, also the bathroom has a very bad smell, a smell of sewer. We wrote to the owner and he did respond the next day and the draining became a bit better, yet still slow. As for the odor, the owner argues that it's an old building and the sewers are old, and claimed that "We think we have solved it." While we understand that the sewers are old, the owner should at least try their best to deal with the terrible odor in the bathroom, rather than claiming they have solved the problem. The owner might want to stay in the room for just for one night to see how his guests feel. Since the room was fully pre-paid, we can only endure the horrible sewers smell for 5 days and nights.

• Agnes (9/5): - Sehr gute Lage , sehr sauber, Bett ist sehr bequem.Kleine Kühlschrank ist da, Kaffee,Tee ,Föhn auch die eingepackte Zahnbürsten sind da. Kontakt per WhatsApp hat sehr gut funktioniert. Beim späteren Ankunft- nach 22:00 Uhr muss man eine Gebühr von 15€bezahlen- diese Info haben wir dann erst nach der Buchung bekommen.Und die Kurtaxe nicht vergessen- die ist übrigens überall zum bezahlen.
