Прекрасен и автентичен интериор, който създава атмосфера. - Разположението беше изключително удобно, предвид плановете ни за посещение в Рим - което не беше първото за част от нас. Базиликата Св. Петър и площадът пред нея бяха на кратко пешеходно разстояни,, в спокоен и красив квартал. Интериорните решения ни впечатлиха - особено начинът, по който една доста стара, но добре запазена сграда, със съвсем различно предназначение - манастир в миналото, е превърната в удобно и красиво място за живеене. Поради спецификата на сградата и начина, по който помещението е превърнато в жилищно, осветлението и ел. инсталацията ни създадоха леки затруднения - може би е добре да има известни обяснения за това. Помещението беше като цяло чисто, но, поради големината и някои интериорни решения, в част от него хигиената не беше добра. Има и малък проблем с отичането на водата в банята на първия етаж.

• Kseniia (6/5): Не самый приятный опыт проживания. Сыро, грязно. - Очень хорошее расположение. Отзывчивый хозяин. Есть возможность припарковать машину, но парковка платная 25€ сутки Апартаменты очень сложные для проживания с точки зрения эргономики: огромное количество разных ступеней, углублений в полу. На уровне, где кровать ночью очень сложно идти до туалета, очень сложные конструкции, без света идти опасно. Душевая с туалетом возле кухни-оставляет желать лучшего, раковина протекает, руки помыть невозможно, постоянно натекает лужа, сантехника вся старая, покрыта налетом, в душевой одна стена каменная, она вообще не просыхает, постоянно влажно, запах сырости и плесени. На кухне нет ни губки, ни моющего средства. Очень неудобные шкафы, ручек нет, доводчиков нет, открывать сложно. Из всех шкафов запах сырости. По углам была паутина, летает моль и есть муравьи. Стол в гостиной грязный, в крошках. Лестница сделанная из металлической сетки на второй уровень к кровати вся пыльная, в волосах. В квартире стойкий запах сырости, он никак не проходит ни с осушителем, ни с открытым окном. Одежда вся сырая становится. Ванная на втором этаже очень неудобная, старая, в нее неприятно даже вставать. На стене рядом с ванной растет мох. Когда-то это была, наверное, красивая дизайнерская квартира, но сейчас она требует глобальной уборки и ремонта , тем более что стоимость достаточно высокая, абсолютное несоответствие соотношения цена/качество.
• Manuel (5/5): Sympa - L'appartement est très atypique, lits confortables et l'hôte est sympathique et se tenait disponible en cas de besoin. La propreté est à revoir, les casseroles sont inutilisables (rouillées), pas de support pour le pommeau de douche, pas de quoi suspendre les linges de bains, appartement pas très bien isolé... des petits détails à améliorer pour un séjour plus confortable :).

• Lucie (9/5): - Skvělá lokalita, blízko městské dopravy i Vatikánu. Apartmán je velmi prostorný a první pohled vám vyrazí dech, je krásný, zvláštně členitý. Cena, za kterou se ubytování nabízí, je adekvátní až nízká. Do apartmánu byl slyšet hluk ze silnice a blízkého vlaku, takže to trochu rušilo spánek. Také byla cítit vlhkost (ale byl k dispozici odvlhčovač).
• Nathalie (8/5): Atypisme intéressant - L'appartement est très bien situé, à quelques pas du Vatican. Facile d'accès, bus et supermarchés pas très loin. Le logement est beau et atypique. Roberto était là pour nous accueillir et il a été aux petits soins pour nous avant et après notre arrivée. L'appartement est magnifique, mais il n'est pas toujours facile de se déplacer, surtout la nuit : beaucoup de niveaux, de paliers, etc. Je déconseillerais aux familles avec de jeunes enfants. Petite odeur d'humidité rapidement résolue en entrouvant la fenêtre et en allumant le déshumidificateur.

• Sergej (10/5): Hierher würden wir jederzeit wieder kommen. - Die Ausstattung und die Lage der Wohnung ist super und die Kommunikation mit Roberto war immer prompt und zuvorkommend. Von hier ist man in wenigen Minuten am Petersdom und Vatikanischen Museum. Die Buslinie 46 führt einen auch bequem zu einigen anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt. • Carlo (8/5): Very good - size and uniqueness of the property noise levels were very high, we were located at street level of a busy street. So many light switches, we could not find the switch for one of the lights.

• Aisulu (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation is outstanding, definitely higher than we expected. The owner was super friendly and supportive, he gave us even the place recommendations. The location is central, 5 minutes away from Vatican, 20 minutes to the old city center, we walked always and it was pretty convinient.

• Robert (7/5): It was fine, it worked out ok. - Too many steps inside. We expected a 2 bedroom apt., it was a 1 BR loft.
• Sandra (6/5): The main issue was that we were mislead to believe that this was a two bedroom accommodation - It was spacious and convenient to Vatican This should not be advertised as a 2 bedroom. It is actually a one bedroom with a pull out couch in the living room. There is no privacy other than a curtain on the upstairs bed. We tried to avoid these type of accommodations with a pull out sofa. This is very misleading. Also the shower on the main level leaked water onto the bathroom floor mo matter what we did to prevent this. Not enough coffee for 3 days, 4 people. Refrigerator was defrosting and didn’t stay cold. Not enough instructions on usage of the apartment (ie where everything was located).

• Howard (7/5): Intriguing apartment - Very unique styling and spacious. Wasn’t 2 bedroom as advertised, more one large open plan space. Too many light switches made it difficult to switch on and off the correct ones.

• Anne (9/5): Amazing apartment. - Close to the Vatican City. Amazing interior and very cool when it is so hot outside. A bottle of wine was left for us and the owner was excellent at helping us. There were many light/electrical switches that were not labelled which made it difficult. The main bed needed a new mattress. The jacuzzi did not work.

The host (Roberto) is very welcoming and hospitality Unfortunately there were problem with the tube system, and we didn't use the upper bathroom.
