• Elzina (9/5): Excellent location, comfortable roomy apartment. - Excellent location, within a few hundred metres of the metro station (Ottaviano). Within walking distance of the Vatican. Shops and good restaurants nearby . A small supermarket nearby. Excellent bed. Roomy, clean apartment . Host had left coffee, cakes and a bottle of wine. Good communication with host. Quite a it of furniture in the apartment, but mostly already in use with books, linen etc and not really any wardrobe space for our clothes, but we used the hangers we found and hung our clothes behind the bedroom door, which was ok for a few days. Unfortunately the airport transfer was not as good as we hoped. We arrived late in the evening and weren’t confident about using public transport. The host booked a private transfer for us, but we didn’t see anyone on arrival. We were given a number of the driver which we called. He asked where and who we were. We were asked to make our way to the Uber pick up point which was not immediately visible and a few minutes walk. We waited 40 minutes. However, the driver who picked us up was excellent and we have no complaints about him. But I think going in the taxi queue outside the terminal might have been easier, or during the day we would have been fine to get the train to the main terminal where you can get a metro to Ottaviano from where the apartment is very easy to find.

• Harriet (10/5): Lovely apartment and great host - We had a lovely stay, Daniela went out of her way to make us feel welcome and her communication was great (always available) organising taxi to and from the airport, suggesting places to eat etc. The apartment itself was lovely and clean, had everything we needed, couldn't have asked for more. Air con was perfect just what you need when out in the July heat. The location is excellent (yes looks onto road, but wasn't too noisy) walkable distance to places, we literally walked everywhere. I would happily stay here again if visiting Rome or recommend to anyone. Nothing

Все было отлично, но немного расстроило отсутствие кондиционеров и приходилось держать открытыми окна которые выходят на шумную улицу.

• Leila (10/5): Lovely place in Rome near Vatican - Location: Metro station, supermarket are 5 min walk from the property; Vatican is also walking distance. Small stairs lead to the apartment on the 1st floor and you don’t need a lift. The street is not very busy and there were no issues with noise. You can find everything you need for comfortable stay in this beautiful apartment; you can cook, do your laundry, there’s an iron. Bed mattress, pillows are very comfortable, there are plenty of blankets, pillows and towels in the apartment. Sofa in the living room transforms into a bed. The place is very clean. Special thanks to Daniela, one of the best hosts I’ve ever met! She ordered us a taxi from/to airport. We landed in Rome after 22.00 and had a long wait for the luggage. Daniela waited for us with warm welcome and handed the keys. She supported us during the stay and answered the questions quickly. You can contact her on with your questions before arrival.

The property is a vintage style, high quality, especially clean and tidy. Every facility worked perfectly. WiFi worked great. TV worked great (many italian channels which were really exotic to watch late at nights). Heating worked perfectly. Lighting - awesome (many different lighting points in the flat). Kitchen equipment worked great. Keys, entrance, door code, windows - super. Extremely clean and tidy property. We really enjoyed vintage chess game and vintage vinyl player in the flat. We found everything we needed in the property (from soda and thermometer to blood pressure machine). Beds were absolutely comfortable. Bed linen - really high quality, we felt like in luxury hotel :) When Daniela met us in the property, she gave us two cakes as a gift (one sweet, another with cheese inside). Because it was an Easter time, she gave our kids a huge chocolate egg 😊 The location of the property is very convenient and beautiful. The environment is safe. Vatican city, various shops and restaurants, metro station, even live music (jazz) club was close. Daniela recommended us a few restaurants to try italian food. We tried one of them. It was just a few minutes away by foot from the property. I have to tell you - those were the best pizzas I have ever tried - honestly. We tried many others pizzerias during our stay in Rome as well, but none had such awesome pizzas as Daniela’s recommended restaurant.
