• Josette (7/5): - The size of the apartment was great as was its location. Also the host Jack was very responsive and accomodating. The apartment could use some TLC as it is in original Yr 2000 condition and the location is a little noisy.

• Barbara (7/5): Very comfortable apart from the above issues - Location of the apartment was excellent, tram stop almost at the door Instructions for collecting the key from a lock box at a different location and also finding the underground parking space were not clear enough. They need to get somone who hasn't been there before to try following them and then rewrite them. We didn't find the parking space which meant we had to lug our large golf bags and suitcases around the streets. Some of the bedside lights were not working.

• Murray (2/5): - Location. It was dirty, not well maintained, no engagement or interaction with any person. The coffee table was pressed against the balcony door blocking entry. Rust, stains on the couch. Frankly it didn’t feel safe.

• Matthew (8/5): It’s in a perfect location in the heart of CBD which we enjoyed very much. Overall happy with the stay at this apartment - Perfect location everything is walking distance. Spacious enough for 5-6 people. A slight maintenance and freshen up would top this apartment off. Some walls in the bedroom were a bit dirty.

Property is in need of a little maintenance, light in en-suite flashing unable to use, en-suite toilet seat is worn and needs replacement, cleaning is not great dirt on walls and again some maintenance issues

The Wifi was not working on TV Bathroom Light in master bedroom Ensuite needs the light bulb changed The lift pass would not work after Saturday. The reception desk at 2am said it had expired. We had to have reception use their pass to give us access to our floor. They had to reset again on Sunday morning so we could access. The garage clicker was not working also so the reception allowed us access
• Kylie (9/5): Great location. Easy access. All amenities you could need. Comfortable beds. - Location was perfect. Easy to get to anywhere in the city from here. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Grocery shopping straight across the street. Balcony area could have been cleaned. All the ornaments & fake flowers are unnecessary. Mould in the shower grout. Otherwise very comfortable & tidy!
• Robyn (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and location was good but unit need a lot of TLC and for what we paid - Unit right on George street so location was good Only had one access card and one door key for 7 people Also dishwasher didn’t work and no tea towels and no sharp knives or teaspoons and just few things in cupboards had to be washed before used
