• Başak (6/5): Konum ve fiyat uygunluğu arıyorum derseniz kesinlikle burayı tavsiye ederim ama kesinlikle giriş katını değil. - Tesisin en beğendiğim özelliği konumu harikaydı. Şehrin heryerini bu sayede yürüyerek gezdik. Alcazar sarayı ve katedrale sadece bir kaç dakika uzaklıkta. Birde iletişimleri çok iyi. Ütü istediğimizde hemen yeni ütü bulup tedarik ettiler. Tesisin giriş katında konakladık. Sürekli rahatsız edici bir koku vardı. Evde kaldıgımız sürede bu koku bizi rahatsız etti. Yatak vs rahat ama koltuk vs cok yeni ve temiz değil. Cocuğumuzla seyahat ettik mutfak malzemeleri var ama cok geniş ölçüde değil. Ama genel olarak yeterli denebilir. Koku olayı keyfimizi kaçırdı.

• Marzia (5/5): Da migliorare - Posizione centrale, in una strada tranquilla e non rumorosa, vicinissima ad un deposito bagagli e ad una lavanderia self-service. Staff gentile e disponibile. Comodo il self check-in e check-out. Ambiente troppo piccolo per ospitare 4 persone, le stanze sono più piccole di quanto non sembrino in foto. L'appartamento non è attrezzato di ripiani o attaccapanni succifienti. Divano letto cigolante e instabile. Pulizia e manutenzione da migliorare.

El apartamento esta bastante bien, camas comodas y ropa de cama limpia. la limpieza era muy justa por no decir casi cero, baño tiene telarañas en techo, la ducha esta sucia pero no de un dia que se haya podido tener un fallo de limpiar deprisa. cortinas sucias y puestas del reves. Frigorifico no paraba de hacer ruido. el baño es muy pequeño. Relacion calidad precio es caro. si lo tuvieran cuidado es un apartamento perfecto de ubicacion.

Personale molto efficente e disponibile che ci è venuto incontro con alcune problematiche che abbiamo avuto durante il soggiorno. Bajos con poca luz, apartamento muy pequeño y con mal olor. Pedímos dos camas individuales (el anuncio lo permitía) y en cambio sólo había una cama doble.
• Pilar (1/5): HORRIBLE APARTAMENTO - La ubicación Un apartamento que esta en un bajo y las ventanas están al ras de la calle, hay un olor a tuberías en mal estado horrible, no se pude ventilar el apartamento pues si abres las ventanas que dan patio el olor es inaguantable y las ventanas que dan a la calle como dije antes, dan a una calle muy transitada y están al ras de calle, después deponerme en contacto con el gestor del apartamento varias veces dando largas y mintiéndome, pues les pedí cambio o reembolso de los días que me faltaban por disfrutar, pues fueron varios días de llamadas al ellos y a booking, me decían un día que si y otro que imposible....creo que este apartamento no es salubre y se debería cerrar------

• James (9/5): I would return without any hesitation - In a fantastic location just a short stroll from the Giralda and the centre of the old town. A couple of minor issues with cleaning staff that were very quickly corrected.

• Mirco (8/5): Ubicación perfecta a falta de algunos detalles - Ubicación perfecta Se llega a todos los monumentos y las cosas que ver en poco tiempo y andando Alguna cosas del piso, había zonas con mucho polvo acumulado, arriba de la puerta del baño. La lámpara del comedor, el ventilador de techo. Nos hai do bien porque hemos decidido no cocinar pero los mandos de la campana extractora están metidos por dentro y no se puede utilizar, pero como dicho no ha sido un problema porque hemos comido y cenado fuera. Además el patio olía a basura todo el rato.

• Diana5290 (9/5): Great apartment, excellent location - A lovely apartment in an excellent location, very close to major attractions. It was clean, and comfortable. We particularly liked that each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom. It was also very useful having the entry code for both the building and apartment, which meant the 4 of us could come and go, without worrying who had the key. The shower in the front bedroom was not very hot. We had the temperature as high as it would go, and it still was not as hot as we would like.

• Alicia (7/5): - La ubicación es perfecta, piso cómodo a nivel de calle. El olor general, como se desagüe. Ya al entrar el edificio huele y dentro del piso más. Los artículos de cocina sucios, tuve que limpiar todos los vasos antes de usarlos, el grifo del baño suelto, mampara no cerraba bien. Son pequeñas cosas que en su conjunto para una estancia de unos cuantos días es incómodo.

Dans les 2 appartements l'état des canapés est déplorable. Dans l'appartement pour 4 personnes (RDC) le dessous du canapé très sale : des chaussettes de la crasse. Alèse salle visiblement pleine de poils. La porte de douche est pleine de calcaire et sortie de son rail. Dans l'appartement pour 6 (1er étage) , le canapé défoncé état du matelas plein de poils et sopalin visiblement utilisé, des mégots sous le canapé. Il y a 2 douches mais quand une fonctionne la seconde n'a que de l'eau froide

• Borislava (4/5): Не го препоръчваме докато не го изчистят и подновят. - Само местоположението. Мръсни и скъсани чаршафи, пълни с косми, миризма на канал и мухъл, счупен бутон на тоалетното казанче, много тясно пространство. Само локацията е перфектна. Но мръсно, доста мръсно.
• Souad (9/5): - The apartment is very well located. Rooms were spacious and very clean. All needed facilities were available. In one of the room we could hear heavy noises at night coming from the floor above.
• Paul (6/5): Perfect if you forget the smell - Location is right in the City Center and quiet considering it is ground floor. Small apartment that has everything you need. Very good value for money. We had 1 large towel and 1 small for the whole 4 night duration. This is ok and maybe improve. The thing that really let us off was the drainage stench that you immediately notice upon entering the common area and is also strong inside. We contacted the hosts who answered shortly. They told us that it is a rare occurrence that happens in winter due to old City pipes and they offered us an air freshener! It was unbearable and smelled strongest when someone used the shower. We had to sleep in one room to avoid the smell.
• Gareth (8/5): Great location and a comfortable stay - The apartment location could not have been better — it is just a few steps away from Seville Cathedral, which was absolutely perfect. The apartment itself is quite small, especially once the sofa was turned into a bed. However, it has a big table and was very well equipped, with all the facilities needed to prepare breakfast, including a large fridge freezer, stove, and all the necessary appliances. There was also a kettle and a coffee machine. Both the bed and the sofa bed were very comfortable. The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a shower and toilet, and another en-suite with a sink and toilet, which was very convenient. One small drawback was a sewage smell that was noticeable at times in both the hallway and inside the apartment, and on occasion it could be quite strong. The smell sometimes returned in the evening, particularly when the windows were opened. That said, despite being located directly on the street, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. Another minor inconvenience was that luggage cannot be stored in the apartment prior to check-in; however, the hosts did kindly suggest a reliable luggage storage option just a few minutes away. We also felt that having only one large towel and one small towel per person for the entire stay was a bit limited.

• Sebastiana (8/5): - La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro, junto a la Giralda. En general está bien, hay algunas cositas para mejorar, y así podría estar mucho mejor. El olor al entrar en el recibidor y en la escalera es insoportable, o por lo menos los días que estuvimos nosotros. Es una pena, porque el apartamento está muy bien. Una recomendación es actualizar el apartamento, se ha quedado un poco desactualizado, anticuado. Poner un poco más de luz en las habitaciones y unificar tonos de luz. La ducha es mini.

La situation en rez de chaussée près de la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble qui était très bruyante. Pas de possibilité de ventilation naturelle car pas de fenêtre dans la chambre et les fenêtres du salon donnant sur la rue en rez de chaussée. Beaucoup de bruit.

Habían pelos, sábanas y toallas sucias, vasos con carmín.. Además deberían de renovar el sofá, muchas manchas visibles y roto. Tuvimos que poner una de las sábanas limpias que nos trajeron para que las niñas se pudieran sentar. La comunicación debo decir que muy buena, se le comentó el problema y nos trajeron toallas y sábanas limpias.

• Lanet (10/5): Great stay, great location. - The locationis was perfect, it's close to shopping and restaurants and the Cathedral is just a block away. Tram is a block away. It's a nice place, great bed, everything you need. The check in was easy check and us two girls felt very safe. The price was really good for the location. I can't say I had a problem with anything really, the apartment is on the smaller side but I was only there to sleep and shower.

• Laurie (10/5): Spacious apartment, great location! - A wonderful, spacious apartment, in a great location. Our host was very responsive to any questions we had. Beds were very comfortable, good shower (tip: open both folding shower doors to give yourself a little more room to dry off). Clear instructions on how to use the stove top, and they have printed out recommended places to eat, emergency info etc, which is always helpful. All in all a great stay! There were a couple of very minor kitchen utensil items that would have been helpful, but our host said he could remedy that same day if we wanted! (not a big deal. but will be nice for future guests)

There was a lingering odour in the apartment, possibly from the drains, this smell was also evident in the hallway as you entered the building.

Host was very attentive to detail and answer all our questions. Quiet building and area during day and night. There's a sewer smell when you walk in the building but doesn't get into the apartment.
