• Yoliam (10/5): I had a wonderful time here and would suggest this location to others. - The property is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The host was courteous and responsive to any inquiries or assistance we required. I strongly recommend this accommodation.
• Jeffrey (7/5): Overall, we had a very nice stay, were quite comfortable and loved the location. - The location was excellent. It was a decently-equipped apartment with most essentials. It was very comfortable and homey. I didn't like the arrangements for entering the apartment. I was to click on a link provided for the front door to be opened. This didn't work, even when I called the owner to try to open the door. It was a neighbor in the building who buzzed us into the building. However, the link did work for entering the apartment. The bathroom was musty, the shower curtain had a lot of mold, and there was a bottle of hand soap by the sink, but no soap in the shower.
• Sofia (7/5): Everything you need in great location - The flat is great and has everything you need. Location is also great. Bed comfortable. Host is helpful. If you stay outside of the heating season it seems to be perfect… Unfortunately I needed to bother the host a lot due to extreme loud sound of malfunctioning radiators which are obviously to be replaced (both in sleeping and dining room), there was one quite night because it was warm in NYC and central heating was turned off. Otherwise it was terrible and the noise prevented me from sleeping (and I am not a light sleeper). Every hour when heating turned off the sound was as of someone is hitting the radiators and I needed to wake up. Unfortunately not much to be done here except exchange old broken radiators or stop hosting during the cold season to not disturb people’s sleeping. Hopefully it will be fixed for future guests.

• Virginie (8/5): Super emplacement - Cet appartement typiquement New yorkais est idéalement placé ! Super quartier, proche du métro, des supermarchés, des restos etc … il est très bien équipé (ustensiles de cuisine, draps, serviettes etc..) pour information, le couchage dans le salon est un lit d’appoint à installer en arrivant, mais il est confortable. L’hôte est accueillante et très disponible, super contact. Le gros point noir est le bruit du chauffage ! Il est très difficile de dormir dans le salon. Le chauffage « claque » et les bruits de tuyaux sont vraiment très forts, nous recommandons donc de prévoir les boules quies.

We loved - This property is the perfect location and super convenient towards the subway station. Everything is easy to get to. We love staying in New York City. • Mary (7/5): Great location - Location, tea bags and shampoo available in apartment which was a nice touch I had requested a second set of keys which was promised and when I got there they were wre no where to be found, I contacted the owner and it took until my third day for them to reply which kinda ruined my holiday as I couldn't do my planned itinerary as the group couldnt split up due to no phones. The noise of pipes in the apartment livng room were incredible loud during the night.
• Garrett (10/5): Clean, comfortable, and convenient. - Great location right next to the subway. The place itself was perfect. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. The owners are great communicators. The lobby area is a little rough and the neighbors are racist.
• Tricia (9/5): The apartment was perfect and in a great neighborhood. Easy access to the subway and the area seemed super safe. The apa - Conveniently located and the owner was super friendly and helpful! The radiator turned on and clanked during the night in the living room (not so bad if you are in the bedroom and can’t hear it as much) and the one in the bedroom leaked.

Gentilezza di chi gestisce l'appartamento. connessione wifi ok. primo piano di facile accesso. Lavanderia sotto casa comoda le tubature a vista come in molte situazioni newyorchesi sono da tenere attenzionati con bambini piccoli. Ma dipende dalla città e dagli appartamenti e non dai proprietari che hanno protetto come possibile alcuni.

L’appartement est très bien équipé et très joliment décoré. La literie est très confortable et les hôtes sont charmants et répondent très rapidement. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour Il faisait un peu chaud dans l’appartement. Heureusement, il y avait la climatisation

The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and even allowed us a later checkout, which was amazing. The location is excellent — very close to Union Square with all amenities nearby and within easy walking distance to the villages Access can be difficult when arriving with a lot of luggage, and the flat itself lacks natural light, as it looks into a courtyard where nearby buildings block much of the sunlight.

• Arleen (10/5): Very nice apartment that is conveniently located. - Safe neighborhood with conveniences nearby such as subway stations, Trader Joes, Target and Joe's Pizza. The apartment was clean. The host was very responsive. The bedroom doesn't have an a/c unit so on hot summer nights, it's not as comfortable. We set up the 2nd bed in the living room, so it was more comfortable there.

• Cruz (10/5): Exceptional - the size of the apartment made the stay feel cozy for us. also! the location of the apt made it easy to travel all around manhattan. the appliances were great as well, cooked some dinner with my wifey. bonus for the fire escape view! no instruction for the radiator. I’m from miami i had never seen one LOL
