• Miriam (5/5): Great location and big room - Washing machine inside the room. Central location that is easily walkable to food, transit, shopping malls. The room was big and the bed was clean. The bathroom has a bidet. Water bottles are replaced daily. The showers were quite dirty and small. The windows are quite thin so outside noise will be heard easily at night. The electricity for the whole room shuts off when you leave the room because it is connected to your keycard which makes it hard to keep things in the fridge.

A limpeza deveria melhorar um pouco, em especial, o ar condicionado e o banheiro. O apartamento é pequeno, mas funcional. O que tem que ser melhorado, urgente, é a cama e os travesseiros.

• Tomislav (5/5): Ako vam je poslije cijelog dana bitan odmor u relativno udobnom krevetu i bitno vam ie da necujete o cemu susjed a soba - Čistačica je svaki dan oprala i pospremila sobu. Svaki dan smo dobili dvije nove vode. Ima perilicu rublja, veliki frizider, uredan wc i kupaonu i dobijete i tablete za oprat veš. Samo 5 minuta hoda do metroa koji ide kruzno kroz cijeli grad. Pre pre tvrdi i neudobni kreveti. Pre prevelika buka, pretanki zidovi. Cujete svaku rijec koju je netko pored vas rekao i svaki pustanje vode u wc iz soba oko vase. Pored kreveta nema uticnica, pa je neprakticno stavit preko noci punit mobitel.

Une bouteille d'eau nous était offerte tous les jours même si nous occupions la chambre au moment de son passage elle les laissait devant notre pour ne pas nous déranger. Qu'il n'y ait pas d'équipement dans la cuisine. Il n'y avait ni verre ni assiette ni services ni casseroles. En gros vous avez une cuisine mais qui n'est pas fonctionnelles a moins que vous y emmeniez vos équipement de cuisine.

• Genie Louise (7/5): Modern room - The room was modern and bright with a decent kitchen. The bathroom facilities were high-tech. The beds were comfortable enough. The hotel was in a convenient location. Walls are thin and you can hear people's voices very clearly.

Stock hat man einen sehr schönen Ausblick und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig mit einigen Frühstücksoptionen sehr nah am Hotel. Man ist auch sehr schnell in der Innenstadt und an Sehenswürdigkeiten dran. Die Küche ist nicht wirklich ausgestattet, es könnte gerne noch Besteck und eine Kochplatte oder wenigstens Mikrowelle geben. So kann man nicht wirklich etwas zubereiten oder bestelltes Essen wieder aufwärmen.
• Annette (9/5): - Die Lage ist super, um überall hinzubekommen und das Personal ist rund um die Uhr da und sehr hilfreich. Es ist ein Kühlschrank vorhanden, für das Frühstück kann man sich einfach etwas ins Hotel liefern lassen oder in der Umgebung in ein paar Shops etwas holen gehen, alles ist sehr nah dran. Super Preis für ein sauberes Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Es steht, dass eine Küche vorhanden ist. Es gibt zwar einen Kühlschrank, aber kein Besteck oder sonstiges Küchengeschirr. Eine Mikrowelle wäre praktisch, um bestelltes Essen wieder aufwärmen zu können.

Номер комфортен, Есть даже стиральная машина с сушкой, гель для стирки. выдают на ресепшен. Есть небольшая кухонька, но нет посуды. Питьевая вода в бутылочках, чай, кофе пополняются ежедневно, как и уборка номера. Сразу и не найдёшь. С главной улицы в переулок, и то китаец в будке, как увидел европейца сразу указал куда направлятся! Убирать номера надо качественней, женские волосы. Район шумноват, ночью много весёлых копаний, но безопасно. Есть 4-й этаж! Нет телевизора.

• Teeranant (5/5): The location is excellent, but the noise and cigarette smell made the stay very disappointing. - What I really like about this hotel is how close it is to the train station. As a solo traveler who relies mostly on the metro, that’s a huge plus for me. On top of that, there are plenty of food options right in front of the hotel and the station,, lots to choose from, and the prices are pretty reasonable. 1. Room Mismatch The room I received was not the one I booked. I didn’t measure the size, I’m not that obsessive! but the difference between the photos and the actual room was noticeable. Honestly, it might partially be my fault for having higher expectations, but I’m mentioning this so future guests know what to expect. 2. Construction Noise + Dust There was heavy construction around the hotel, and the noise was incredibly loud. At 8 AM sharp, the drilling started, and it was impossible for me to keep sleeping. I stayed in mid-November 2025, and aside from the noise pollution, the dust was also quite severe. You can easily see it building up on the windowsills and the exterior glass. 3. Cigarette Smell (This is the biggest issue) Even though I booked a non-smoking room.. and the room itself was fine at first! the real problem started in the middle of the night. It seems like the building’s ventilation system pulls air from other floors, and the smell of cigarette smoke flooded into my room. Within minutes, my room smelled like someone was actively smoking inside. I ended up with a severe migraine because of it. I turned on the bathroom exhaust fan, but it made absolutely no difference. It was honestly awful, and I was miserable the entire night. I want to emphasize this for anyone who is pregnant, traveling with babies or children, or has any type of sensitivity: the ventilation system does not protect you from secondhand smoke. If cigarette smell triggers migraines for me, I can’t imagine how harmful or uncomfortable it would be for expectant mothers or young kids. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience, it was a serious issue!!.
• Ellie (8/5): Throughly enjoyed! - I throughly enjoyed my stay here. Perfect size room for me as a solo traveller, loved the comfort level of the room. At first I thought the bed was too hard, but it was actually perfect for me and you get used to it. Lovely staff who were always willing to help and to give me a smile as I passed by. Would 100% book again!! I wish there was cups in the room for tea and coffee. Even though their is a tea and coffee station set up in the room I was a little disappointed to see there was no cups to use with it, even if it is paper cups I would’ve been happy with that.

• Anastasiia (1/5): Beware of this hotel - This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I kept some US dollars in the closet with my things, and the day before checkout, I realized the money was gone — along with a small keychain I had bought. The keychain had been in the bedside drawer. I nearly panicked — it was a big amount, and I had a flight the next morning. I started checking everything again, and something told me to reach under the drawer. My hand barely fit, but there they were — the money and the keychain, obviously hidden. How did they end up there? Who moved them? Why would anyone even touch my things? The strangest part is that on the same day, the cleaning lady came into the room, saw me packing, and said nothing about “putting my things away.” I guess she didn’t expect me to find them :) The hotel itself is awful. There wasn’t a single quiet night — locals were screaming, fighting, and throwing bottles right under the windows until late at night. Sleeping without earplugs was impossible. There’s no microwave anywhere in the hotel, the window wouldn’t close properly, and the room cleaning was careless at best. If you want to burn through all your nerves — this is the place :)

El hotel era justo debajo de varios restaurantes que abren hasta pasada la madrugada y hay muchísimo ruido de la calle. Hace mucho calor en las habitaciones que no se puede controlar a distancia, y al abrir las ventanas entra el ruido y olor de los restaurantes de la calle

Excellent location (close to the metro station and just one stop from the railway station), nice, clean, and spacious hotel room and helpful staff. Having a washing machine/dryer in the room was also very useful. Poor Wi-Fi in the room. Also, the bed could have been more comfortable, but that might be a personal preference.

• Robert (8/5): Very good stay in Shanghai in quiet area. - The location is great, 2 min walk to metro and tons of restaurants in the area. Room is spacious enough for two people. Mattress is firm but comfy. Washing machine/dryer were super handy. We had room on 6th foor it had a good view. Found it nice to walk the streets as it was a quiet local area. It isnt the most sound proof between rooms. Our First night we had someone next room yelling and shouting through the night, but luckily the staff sorted them out and kept the rooms next to us vacant for the next two nights. the kitchen needs a microwave and some utensils at least.

Le personnel est agréable et aidant.

I also had a room with a view, which I absolutely love, and I was able to see the view of the train every morning. I honestly recommend it’s also very close to like a lot of local restaurants a lot of hair salons and etc..
