Recommend breakfast paninis from nearby cafe! Bed was uncomfortable and it gets very cold at night. No wine glasses (in Italy?!?!) Bottle opener/corkscrew slightly broken

• Francesca (10/5): Great location. - The apartment had everything we needed and was a 10 minute walk from the main square. It was easy to get in with a lock box and the email instructions were clear. .
• Ana (4/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación La limpieza no era buena. Las camas no eran cómodas. El apartamento olía mucho a una mezcla de humedad y repelente de mosquitos. La terraza estaba sucia y no estaba preparada para usar la mesa y las sillas de la foto del anuncio. En la mesa de la cocina solo había 3 sillas cuando el apartamento acoge a más personas. En la cocina había muchas hormigas. Abrimos una bolsa de frutos secos y la dejamos en la encimera y en cuestión de segundos se llenó de hormigas y tuvimos que tirarlo. No abrimos más comida desde entonces. En general, limpieza y confort a mejorar bastante.
• Gabriel (7/5): Quiet, central apartment for a few nights stay in Venice - Quiet, central location, only 10 mins walk to San Marco square and lots of restaurants and mini markets all around. Air conditioned and nice table area outside to relax and to dry your clothes. The kitchen looked well stocked, even though we did not use it. There was also plenty of sleeping space for bigger groups of people. The bed sheets and towels all looked very worn out and didn’t smell so fresh and this took away from the comfort. There was also an old, humid smell throughout the apartment and this was especially noticeable when you first come inside. The shampoo bottle in the shower was almost empty during our stay and we had to buy our own.

• Haisen Hawer (6/5): Olor a humedad y toallas del año de Adam y Eva - La ubicación estaba muy bien, lo unico El olor a humedad, es demasiado lo que huele a humedad, las toallas aparte de que son viejas, para bañarse todo huele a humedad, ya podrian comprar unas toallas decentes con todo lo que se ganan alli, tampoco estaba muy limpio, todo es como antiguo, pero lo que molesta es bañarse con esas toallas... por la ubicación bien, pero por el olor y lo viejo que es todo no volveria a quedarme alli...

• Viola (8/5): Ok for the price, good for trips with family or friends. - Optimal location (especially if you’re in Venice for the Biennale), nice patio area, spacious flat, amenities (dish washer and A/C). The bathroom was quite dirty, especially the shower floor and the radiator. We would have used the washing machine but there was no laundry soap.

• Jamdade (5/5): Good - The property is good but in the washroom and bathroom there was no proper water supply. The heater was not working. Bed mattresses were not that comfortable.
• Ionut (8/5): Ok - An apartment with every needed facility. Good location. Late check-in. Ground floor. 3 liters of mineral water in the fridge. Very good heating. Clean. Decent WiFi internet (at least for regular smartphone use). Working TV. Strong damp/mold smell (it's ok if you stay for 3 nights, but not more) caused by bad inside wall coating (plasterboard over brick wall) and north orientation. Furthermore, they don't seem to aerate the apartment sufficiently. The double bed is made of 2 mattress. They don't pay enough attention when washing the lingerie. If a good detergent and fabric softener would be used, this might compensate somewhat the damp smell. Unfortunately, they leave it for days outside (even if it rains) after washing and in the end you ask yourself if it was washed after the guest before you or not.

Okay for one night. The property was not clean, we got dirty bedding. Since it is located near the garden, there were insects inside as well. The sofa is old and it is impossible to sit there when it is opened. The description of a property doesn’t fully represented on site. For example, the hair dryer was broken and there was no mention about that before stay. We figured that out when asked directly the owner.

• Andrea (8/5): Very good, recommended - Very good location, easy self check in, confortable and clean apartment. I found it hard to manage the garbage because I could not find the bin on the street as instructed. This in my opinion could be managed by the property.

The apartment was larger than we expected and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was just off the main areas which meant it was nice and quiet, but an easy walk to the main attractions. The apartment was a little cold, but this may have been my fault because I may not have worked the heaters correctly. The main beds were not super comfortable but this really was a minor issue that did not affect the quality of our stay in any way.

The green area is tiny, but good - Location! 5 min walk from San Marco, easy to get to the airport by waterbus. Clean bathroom and towels. Clear check-in/out instructions given by the host. The green area is tiny, but good for the morning coffee. Too humid. The smell is terrible. I couldn’t sleep the whole night due to it. The linen on the beds was nice and clean, but the ones we found in the wardrobe for the sofa bed were all piled up and not ironed, just like the table cloth in the kitchen. Looked a bit messy and felt uncozy.

• Astrid (9/5): A highly recommendable place to stay in Venice, near all the main attractions of this magical city. - The location is excellent, near Piazza San Marco. The apartment is spacious and it has a small patio that looks to a quiet garden. The host was very responsive via WhatsApp. It was very difficult to find the apartment with the given instructions. They should be clearer. Maybe the decoration could be improved. The city charges a tourist tax.
