Para quem curte caminhar dá para fazer praticamente todos os pontos turísticos a pé, mas se quiser pegar um metrô fica a uns 10min de caminhada somente. O apartamento é bem equipado, tem uma cozinha bem aparelhada e a entrada no apartamento por código foi bem fácil e rápida. Nos arreadores tem vários restaurante e cafés. A equipe que administra a reserva também foi muito ágil e atenciosa. A equipe me indicou um local que tem arm´parios para deixar as malas e foi muito bom. O lugar chama Good Locker e tem um excelente preço para deixar a bagagem o dia inteiro se quiser. O apartamento está com o box quebrado e fica uma abertura na porta que deixa a água do banho escorrer e molha muito o piso do banheiro. Isso foi relatado para a equipe que administra o apartamento. Não há lençol para se cobrir, apenas o Edredon, então se gosta de um lençol para se cobrir acho que teria que solicitar. Há muito barulho à noite, principalmente a partir da sexta feira, pois tem um bar bem embaixo do apartamento na rua, mas isso não é culpa do proprietário. Relato isso somente para informar outros usuários, mas no geral a estadia foi muito boa.

• Nicolas (6/5): En plein centre mais bruyant et besoin de rénovation - Appartement en plein centre-ville, juste derrière les arènes et à côté des quartiers animés Personnel à l’écoute et réactif (la barre de rideau ne tenait plus et le personnel a fait en sorte de réparer dés le lendemain) L’isolation phonique est trop faible car on entend fortement les voitures et forcement les passants (tard la nuit ou tôt le matin du fait des quartiers animés) Les pneus des voitures crissent énormément dans le virage juste à côté Différents morceaux de scotch sur le sol et système carte à l’entrée faisant office de réparation (temporaire ?)
• Natachapm (8/5): Perfecto para visitar el centro de Sevilla - La ubicación es genial, está en pleno centro y llegas andando rápido a cualquier punto del centro de la ciudad, el apartamento estaba muy limpio y el trato con el anfitrión genial tambien. El ruido de los coches se escucha mucho de noche porque pilla en plena curva, y la cisterna de arriba suena muy fuerte tambien cuando la usan.

• Daniela (8/5): - Location is great. In the very vibrant area, a lot of cafees and restaurants. Apartment has everything you need,a lot of glasses, kitchen utensils and dishes. It could be a little noisy at night due to the close bar, but it didn't bored us. One thing is the smell of the mousture or soil when enter in the building with double door. When the outside door was left open it dissapears. That is because the space between two old building was nicely connected with glass and stairs but airflow and ventilation was the problem, as well as the ventilation in the bathroom so we needed to leave the door open at night since it was cold at the time when we were there or to leave a towels in a living room to dry. And then with the open bathroom door you hear a water dripping in toilet flush, not too noisy but enough if you have a slipping problem. Also, entrance in the shower tube, it seems that glass door was a little bit lower and hard to open. We were at the 1st floor and the rest was all good. Location and equipement in the apartment are really good, but minir repairs of nicelly and modern apartment are welcome.

• Csilla (9/5): It is a very good apartment on a fantastic location, close to Giralda, CathedralTriana, restaurants - I loved everything, location, cleanness, comfort... The only problem we had waas enetring the propetty: it was VERY hard to open the door, - and even the host wasn't too friendly - he thought, that we make something wrong and couldn't tell when he would arrive to help us. At the end we have managed: and realised, that the lock was a bit too difficult to enter. But this was a very small problem - and otherwice the property was fantastic!

De asemenea, nu foarte departe de cazare, erau baruri si restaurante si magazine de unde te puteai aproviziona. Bucataria era dotata cu tot ce era necesar ca sa poti pregati masa linistit: aparat de cafea Nesspreso, prajitor de paine, cuptor cu microunde, frigider, vesela, etc Baia ar putea fi renovata/modernizata: usa de la cabina de dus nu se inchidea si scurgerea de la cada era cam infundata, astfel ca apa se scurgea foarte greu. Si pernele ar putea fi schimbate... Ca o mica observatie: apartamentul se afla intr-o cladire cu apartamente, noi am avut apartamentul nr. 3, de la etajul 1, care nu a avut terasa.

Het is ruim en comfortabel. De inrichting is een beetje gedateerd maar wel comfortabel en schoon.

• Denisse (9/5): Recomendado y per friendly - Me alojé en el apartamento de una habitación. Me gustó mucho que tuviese ascensor para la comodidad de subir y bajar maletas. Que acepten mascotas, se aprecia muchísimo. El trato de Rafael es muy cerca y estuvo pendiente siempre ¡encantados! La ubicación inmejorable. Tiene todo tipo de utensilios, la calefacción va genial. Tiene luz natural. Sobre los comentarios de los bares cercanos: yo me he alojado en Diciembre, de lunes a viernes no ha habido ningún ruido fuerte, una ve cierras las ventanas, escuchas los coches pasar pero no es ninguna molestía que no te deje dormir. Así que eso no nos afectó. ¡Es un lugar muy recomendable y no dudaría en volver! Me gustó todo y si pusiera una pega es el olor de la ropa de cama que es muy fuerte para mi gusto, pero eso personal.

• Azrin (9/5): Wonderful apartment with great location !! - The property really good. Very well equipped but most of all the location is superb. Has a lift and just a few units in the entire complex. Check in/out was a breeze. Ever so helpful and responsive host. Take note, you will get noise from people at the nearby estaurant, passer by cars and pratically everything.This is to be expected with this type of property.

Soggiorno e cucina spaziosi e completi Troppo rumore la sera, si sentono sia dall’esterno che dagli altri appartamenti, si sente pure lo sciacquone del bagno dell’appartamento al piano di sopra, proprio sopra il letto… Bagno da sistemare, poca pressione acqua della doccia, porta doccia che non si chiude bene, bidet rotto… Vetri molto sporchi verso il corridoio, soprattutto cacca di uccelli.

Straßen- und Bar-Lärm, keine Außen-Jalousien gegen Lärm und Hitze ... unmöglich bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Bäder brauchen dringend Renovierung.

Appartamento molto pulito ed arredato con gusto, con ogni elettrodomestico a disposizione e la terrazza veramente un gioiellino dalla quale vedere fantastici tramonti. Staff molto cordiale (grazie di cuore a Micaela) e pronto ad aiutarti in ogni modo, ero in vacanza in famiglia e ci hanno fatto la cortesia di effettuare un check-in anticipato poiché i nonni erano stanchi dal viaggio e la casa era già libera.

• Mary (4/5): - Location was good Nobody and no paperwork to explain anything. Somethings were worn and tired, eg faulty button on washing machine, one of chairs had a cracked seat. Electricity stopped working when we ran the dryer while the air conditioning was on. Luckily we had a phone number to contact and he advised what to do to fix.

• Joost (8/5): Super locatie, geweldige host maar wel erg gehorig dus de nachten zijn kort in Sevilla - Geweldige locatie en communicatie met de host helemaal top! De bedden waren extreem hard en het appartement is super gehorig. Van de bar op de hoek van de straat hebben we tot diep in de nacht kunnen meegenieten.

• Carlotta (8/5): Appartamento confortevole e spazioso a Siviglia - L'appartamento è in ottima posizione, strategica, a pochi passi dal centro. È vicino a molti locali dove poter gustare le tapas o altro. Gli ambienti sono molto spaziosi e nel bagno è effettivamente presente un bidet che è stato un plus da noi molto apprezzato. Molto utile anche in questi giorni di settembre la climatizzazione centralizzata che consente temperature ottimali senza dare fastidio. Attente le attenzioni di Rafael che ci ha supportato costantemente con grande disponibilità e gentilezza. Gli arredi sono un pochino meno recenti rispetto a quanto si vede in foto, soprattutto nel bagno dove anche l'illuminazione è un po' scarsa. La pulizia è buona, ma forse si può fare meglio. Nella cucina sono presenti stoviglie e pentole ma non altro: abbiamo trovato del sale ma ad esempio non ci sono tovagliette, carta da cucina ecc. quindi è importante sapere che bisogna portarsi il necessario. Piccolo consiglio: sarebbe importante mettere uno specchio dal momento che c'è solo in bagno e solo per il volto.

El apartamento está totalmente equipado y no hemos echado en falta nada, el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente y en la cocina hay de todo. Muy recomendable. Nada. Todo bien.

• Isabel (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment is spacious with light coming through many windows. The furnishings are comfortable. It is close to many restaurants, shops, transport routes and major sights. Rafael, the friendly host, checked on us via text during our 10-night stay and was quick to respond to our requests/questions via Whatsapp. The windows are not double-glazed and so, for those who are noise-sensitive, there is a real problem with sound rising from the streets and loud tapas bars nearby until the early hours. Apparently the police will come and sort it out if you call them. The apartment is in need of maintenance, especially the main bathroom. Some ceilings need to be repainted and the coffee table needs attention. The kitchen is short of certain items necessary for preparing a meal, including additional crockery.
