• Karolina (1/5): Avoid at all cost - They refunded a major part of the second night. This place is a scam that ruined our stay in beautiful Venice. Made me stress and cry and look for an emergency option. Only two people can realistically stay there, because after arriving we discovered that the “bed” is completely broken — it’s not even a real bed, but a sofa with a collapsed middle where even a small person sinks in and cannot sleep. Because of this, I had to spend the first night elsewhere, and from the second night my parents and I had to leave completely because it was impossible to stay there as three people. Actually, the other place was way nicer and cheaper! On top of that, the walls were disgusting, damp, damaged, and smelled strongly of moisture and mold. The buildings are separated by a patio, and one part cannot be locked from the inside at all, which also made me feel unsafe in case someone entered through the patio. For this reason, I could not spend another night there. Also its like a janitorial room at the entry of the building, under the stairs. The pictures strongly misrepresent what it is. Overall, it is misleading and dishonest to advertise this place for three guests — at most it is suitable for two. I invite the owner to spend the night at that „bed” that they offer! Out of several hundred bookings here, I had to evacuate for the first time.

• Ntavranoglou (6/5): Ικανοποιητική. Η τοποθεσία ήταν το πιο σημαντικό. Αλλά όχι value for money κατάλυμα. - Η τοποθεσία είναι το πιο βασικό πλεονέκτημα, μόλις 10 λεπτά από το σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό! Το κατάλυμα ήταν overpriced σε σχέση με τις παροχές του καταλύματος.. Υπήρχε υγρασία στους τοίχους και μούχλα. Τα μπάνια όμως ήταν πεντακάθαρα, πολύ σημαντικό.

• Teresa (9/5): - Estaba en una zona muy tranquila ,aunque en los alrededores había gente,era zona segura,éramos 4 personas ,2 amigas y nuestras hijas y está distribuido de manera que parecen 2 apartamentos separados por un pequeño patio así que sentimos independencia unas de las otra y con un baño para cada zona ,genial. Nada,todo muy bien ,no tiene mucho mobiliario pero tampoco le hace falta,tiene un pequeño patio,donde puedes desayunar o tomar una copa. Las camas son cómodas ,son una cama grande y un sofá cama.

• Maria (6/5): - The place was specious, the beds were firm and comfortable. The host was helpful and very quick in communicating. The place had a significant mosquito issue. I counted at least 53 mosquitoes that attacked me during my stay. There were so many mosquitos that we turned into a game counting theme. The host suggested using devices to address the problem, but they did not appear to be effective.
• cindy (9/5): We enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. - Location was excellent- just steps away from the Jewish Ghetto. Very quiet little street. Clean, host was attentive. Would appreciate replacing the pillows with new ones.

• Wioleta (10/5): I absolutely loved it. Grazie mille ❤️😊 - Very easy self check in process. The apartment itself is very spacious and has everything you need (such as hob, fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, Wi-Fi and AC etc). The bed was very comfortable and the place was very quiet at night. The private courtyard is fantastic! It’s the perfect place to stay in Venice! N/A.
• Kaila (10/5): Great space - Plenty of space, very clean and neat. The beds were comfy and there was even a nice private courtyard between the rooms. We had everything we needed and checking in was easy even though it was last minute we were able to go immediately to our room. It was a of a walk to the train station and other places but overall good location and easy to find. I was pleased with the room, the location was far to travel with baggage from the train station but manageable.
• Marissa (4/5): Great location but not a good value for money - Great location with lots of restaurants/shops in the area, nice patio area. Only two towels were provided for two people staying three nights, no bottled water included, bed was not very comfortable and pillows were flat, no hand soap for the bathroom was provided, no conditioner/body wash provided in the bathroom.
• Khorunzha (7/5): Good - The apartment consists of two separate parts (separated by the cute courtyard), which we found unconventional, yet it allowed my friend and me for more privacy. There were bathrooms in each of the two parts of the apartment which was great, too. It was very quiet at night. The apartment wasn't too clean, there were some hairs on the bed and in the bathroom, some pieces of furniture were very dusty. A bit of mold in the bathroom, which is probably to be expected in Venice.
• Cindy (10/5): Cannaregio apartment with an outdoor courtyard. - Loved the courtyard and the shower was spacious. The fold out bed in the lounge suited us as my daughter joined us at the last minute and there was a separate bathroom for her off her room. The area was quiet and not packed with tourists. Many bars and restaurants on the door step. Close to the ferry for Murano and Burano Island visits. Short walk from the train station. Would deffinately rebook this apartment.

• Peter (10/5): March was a good time to visit. - Location was great and nice and quiet which meant we slept well. Nice having two showers. Great communication with the host. We didn't use the lounge but it was small and separated from the kitchen and main bedroom by a small courtyard. However if the sofa bed was being used, the quirky layout could be a positive.
