• Ingrid (7/5): tolle Lage, check in catastrophe - "When we arrived in Milan and went to the apartment, it was 8:00 p.m., dark, and raining. I had received a message saying I had to pay €95, but I didn't know why. Booking.com had told us that everything was already paid, including taxes. We called the host, and the man insisted we had to pay, but he couldn't explain what for! We were standing outside in the rain and the dark. I tried to pay with my phone, but it didn't work. I only had three minutes to confirm the transaction, but the PIN arrived six minutes late. Eventually, my friend managed to pay. We called again; the money had arrived. Then came the next problem: he needed a selfie of me. I sent three different ones before it was accepted. After that, he claimed he couldn't read the details on my passport. He also warned us that after 9:00 p.m., no one would be available by phone anymore. I was losing my mind! Finally, it worked, and we got the instructions to enter. When we found the apartment, the door was already unlocked. The key box didn't work at all, meaning our apartment had been unlocked the entire time. We had to carry our money and jewelry with us whenever we went out. I don't think I will ever book with 'Easy Life' again. For me, it was anything but easy—it was terrible."
• Meg (8/5): Great stylish flat in an amazing location! Perfect for our trip and would definitely recommend. - Great modern & stylish flat in a great location. Perfect for our stay, as very close to metro station and also good walking distance of shops, cafes & tourist attractions. Due to the location, we was woken up in the mornings quite early as it was noisy and had some construction going on outside. This is not the fault of the property though and we expect noise in such a central location.
• Vittoria (7/5): Posizione centralissima. Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è buono. Troppo costosa - La posizione centrale Non c’erano coperte. Le giornate erano particolarmente fredde anche se solo agli inizi di ottobre e la notte la casa era fredda. Non c’era possibilità di avere il riscaldamento e pensavo che almeno la coperta fosse presente. Invece così non era.
• Tereza (8/5): - Apartmán je velmi stylový v perfektní lokalitě. Nic nám nechybělo. Úklid by mohl být lepší, v koupelně byla plíseň a ložnice je opravdu miniaturní. Spaní ve 2 osobách v takto malé místnosti bylo velmi nepohodlné.

• Charlotte (8/5): Great location and overall good flat - The flat was clean and comfortable. The bathroom amenities were great and the location is unbeatable for Milan. Overall we have a very good stay especially as we were staying 6 nights and we were working there for a couple of days. Would definitely recommend. Just a couple of feedback points for the team: ○ There was only enough hot water for one shower at a time (we don't take long showers at all), the hot water would replenish throughout the day though ○ The electricity tripped when using the iron so you may want to consider getting a new one (no other device was being used at the time)

• Neal (9/5): An enjoyable stay. - Location is great and close to main shopping area in Milan. The place was smallish but perfect for a few days stay. Close to Trains as well. All good except he electrical board needs to be looked at as it tripped 3 times. One has to then go downstairs to lift the main switch as it does not trip on the electrical board in the flat.

• Mary (8/5): Cute apartment in a great neighborhood. - The host was responsive and accommodating. The apartment was clean and the decor was really nice. Fabulous neighborhood and close to everything. Perfect for a night or two in Milan The bed, especially the pillows, were very uncomfortable. The coffee maker didn’t function properly and the shower leaked all over the floor. Bedroom was quite noisy at night and early morning ( it’s street level ) but we packed ear plugs so it wasn’t a problem. A soap dish by the sink would be nice to have to prevent a mess

• Carola (5/5): definitely, not worth the money unless you want to pay just for where the flat is. - this flat is all about where it is. Just a few steps away from MONTENAPOLEONE Metro station and super close to bars and restaurants a) when we arrived at 5 Pm the apartment was not ready. It had not been cleaned yet, the check in was supposed to be at 3 pm and we got delayed. even still, it was not ready b) it was full of dust everywhere, particularly on the shelves c) the power got cut several times, especially if you turned on the washing machine and hair dryer at the same time d) the hot water ran out after one bath, which means that we had to wait until it was hot again in between baths, a real loss of time e) 5 complimentary coffee capsules were offered, but no sugar nor sweetener f) a kitchen towel would have been nice and necessary, there was none

• Katie (10/5): Fantastic location in Milan - Location was perfect. The metro stop is very close. Lovely apartment, no complaints, it had everything we needed! There was a little bit of street noise at night, but the apartment has electric shutters for the windows which help with noise, so it didn’t bother us.
