- Neil (6/5): good enough for our needs but hardly luxurious - Higher quality furnishings and beds. No scissors in kitchen very few crockery items. Main bedroom was half repainted. They had left one full wall hall rolled the other half old paint work! Room sies ware overall very good. needs hifi quality revamp. Window blinds not working / tangled up.
- Mark (7/5): Good property, great location, accommodating hosts. - Well appointed property in a great location for Harley Street. Very good communication and instructions from the host. The windows are poorly sealed, meaning that the drafts coming through at this time of year make the living room and bedroom very cold. This also makes these rooms very noisy. However, the hosts did send out a maintenance person who managed to make it a bit better for our second night.
- Jenna (3/5): Spacious apartment in the basement but terrible mattress with holes that your body drops into. - The apartment was in the basement which was expected from the photos. It was spacious, well furnished in the living room and the bathroom was clean and well sized. The bed was TERRIBLE. The mattress had holes throughout when you laid on it your body was completely unsupported. When I complained to the host instead of replacing the mattress, they just flipped it over and said it works now haha. Obviously still unsupported. The place is nice otherwise but the awful mattress made this apartment completely not worth it. It's appalling for the host to even put forth such a bed. I truly don't understand how they can do so. Be warned and I hope they replace the mattresses soon. Shocking.

Everything was absolutely perfect — the size of the apartment was just right, the location couldn’t be better (central, quiet, and well-connected), and the cleanliness was impeccable. The space was comfortable, well-equipped, and made me feel right at home. I truly recommend this place without hesitation. It exceeded all my expectations and made my trip to London even more enjoyable. Definitely more than worth it — highly recommended!

- Amy (9/5): Superb - Charming stylish apartment fully kitted with all essentials. The place is very spacious with a modern kitchen and bathroom and with a huge TV in the living room. Hosts were great with communication. Both the living room and bedroom were fitted with aircon units making it bearable in the summer heat. Perfect location for Harley Street / Cavendish Street. Would easily stay again.

You show us the pictures of top floors and other flats. where we booked and paid. After paying the whole amount, when we were in the airport you mentioned that our flat is in Lower ground which is basement. Unfortunately we couldn't see anything, the flat was dark, the weather wasn't satisfactory and we couldn't even breathe. After complaining about the issues, the person who was responsible blocked us which is not a good behavior for the flats you called Spectacular.

Walking distance to many restaurants and sights. There is also quick access to public transport that made it a breeze to get around, as well as get back quickly after a long day. Check in and check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

- Audrey (7/5): Perfect Location near Marylebone, large floorplan, super facilites, a little noisy - The Apartment is situated on a lower level of a lovely Harley Street property and within walking distance of some fantastic locations, it's a cool neighbourhood with lots going on. I was there for surgery in a nearby hospital, so the distance for recovery was important to me. The floor space of the apartment is great; the bathrooms are lovely and immaculate with great showers, and the Kitchen is 99% perfect, whether you are a couple ( like us) or a group, it's a great space. The Apartment was almost perfect for me, the only problem I had was the noise through the windows, some of the windows are permanently open to allow an aircon unit to operate, this lets in the cold and definitely lets in the noise, people walk passed chatting until 2 am, and those vehicles just love to blow the horns.. It affected my sleep.

Sufficient lighting with portable air-conditioning units (exhaust vent stuck out of windows). Good for a family with young children. A very large TV in living area but you'll need to have subscribed channels. It was a lower ground floor or basement. Have to keep blinds shut for privacy. There wasn't any instructions regarding the heaters. It worked on the first day and then we didn't get it working again. You could hear the rumble of the train lines but not very loudly.

The space was spacious and clean, plenty of room to sleep, be comfortable and spread out. We couldn't quite figure out the washing machine and the air conditioning units were not setup ideally.
