J'ai dû nettoyer moi même les autres jours. Il n'y avait pas de plaque de cuisson alors que j'avais mes provisions c'était pas top après la concierge m'a dépanner avec un cuiseur que j'ai pris pour me débrouiller.

• Zsofia (6/5): We were a little disappointed - The apartment is spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and fast to respond to questions and solve problems (however, there were quite a few things they wouldn't have needed to solve in the first place if they were a little more prepared). The listed amenities were not completely true unfortunately. One of the reasons I booked this apartment was that it listed a tumble drier, but there was only a washer and some hangers to dry clothes (not even a drying rack, we had to be creative hang the clothes on the window railing and in the bathroom to dry). When we arrived the fridge was broken and needed to be replaced - we got the one the receptionist girl was using, including some of her food that was left in there. On our first day a plumber came in the morning and worked in the apartment the entire day, even though we were told he just needed to fix warm water in the bathroom he ended up changing a lot of things there, including light and boiler, leaving a mess. Plus he was smoking at the door, right next to our freshly washed clothes. We received a daily cleaning, but even though the cleaning lady was very nice, she came in quite inconvenient times, like at 9 am on new years day! The kitchen was used as a storage space, there were 3 large boxes piled there, almost blocking the path to the washer. Also, the kitchen is completely unequipped, there was only a kettle and 4 mugs, nothing else, not even a spoon. All in all, this could be a much nicer place with a little better organisation and better communication about what guests should expect.

• Timofei (9/5): Отличный вариант за свои деньги. - Близко к метро, хотя таксисту стоило больших трудов найти ресепшен - если что, он на входе в ТЦ. Это апартаменты, и я так понимаю, у низ разные хозяева. На ресепшене мужик-постоялец о чем то спорил и говорил, что не стоит селиться, но мы рискнули и все было ок. С хозяйкой нам повезло - мы прилетели втроем и хотели заселиться чуть раньше после ночного перелета - денег с нас за это не попросили, быстро вызвали уборщицу, которая за 15 минут все прибрала. Также нам оперативно принесли еще одну полноценную кровать, в результате чего номер, который был с двумя спальнями, превратился в трех-комнатный и нам троим так стало еще комфортнее. На удивление хорошо работал вай-фай. Номер прокуренный, но для Китая, увы это норма, с которой ничего не поделаешь)

• Toufail (1/5): A fuire appartement insalubre je déconseille fortement - Quatier dynamique Bonjour a tous nous avons passé un séjour catastrophique. Propreté 0, il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude, des fuites d’eau dans la salle de bain. Faites très attention a fuir vraiment, le personnel d’accueil est très peu accueillant et il faut lutter avant de trouver le lieu car c’est un bâtiment partagé par plusieurs propriétaires. Des ascenseurs qui sont très lent. Nous avions réservé pour deux nuit et c’était tellement insalubre que nous avons décidé de ne pas rester la deuxième nuit car l’appartement était complètement catastrophique.

• Monique (2/5): They take no responsibility for their false advertising - The view from the 40th floor was spectacular. The girl at the front desk was friendly The smoke free apartment stank of cigarettes smoke. There were cigarette buds under the bed. The shower was very dirty. Extremely hard beds. The worst was the false advertising. We chose this apartment because it was listed as having an outdoor pool. It didn't. But we could use the neighbouring apartment pool for 140 yuan, plus 60 yuan for mandatory swim caps. Very disappointed that the hotel wouldn't cover this cost and didn't take any responsibility for their own mistake. I see they have changed the listing now after I complained. I can see that they still list other facilities they don't provide, so be careful when booking. There is nothing in the dirty kitchen for instance.

• Drizzle (10/5): Exceptional - There were five of us in the apartment, and the space was just right for us. We were provided with bottled water, tissues, slippers, and toiletries, which were replenished daily. Fresh towels were also provided every day. The apartment is perfect if you're attending the Canton Fair — it's very close to the train station, and Phazou is just one stop away. Groceries and restaurants are conveniently located right downstairs. We requested few ours of extention and was accommodated. Overall, it was a very convenient and comfortable stay! We will surely book the place again.
• Vincenzo (5/5): Not worthed the price - Location is really good for canton fair, a few minutes walking or 1 metro stop Cleaning is really not fine, standards are really low (below zero). We tried to ask the first days but then We realize that’s their standards, they also have a daily cleaning of around 2 minutes (wet mop on dirty floor) just where easily reachable. Forget about the kitchen , after 2 days we got some stuff from outside but u would not cook in there ( we showed the dirtiness of the kitchen but it seemed it was ok according to them, sticky surfaces)

Need improvement on the cleanliness & electrical appliances. - Location to the exhibition area is very convenient with only 1 station away from the Fair on the metro. Bed sheets & towels were clean. Apartment cleanliness was fair. The floor had dirty water stains left behind after mopping. TV was not operative as no remote control for it. The Water heater temperature was either very cold or very hot.

It's very convenient for business travelers. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile.
