• Stacey (8/5): Advertised to be a great experience but was disappointed for the price. - The staff was kind, easy to get a hold. The beds were comfy and we loved that there were extra pillows and blankets available. The house was very cluttered, just a ton of stuff. The parking was aweful, they have a very small garage that would not fit a full sized vehicle and no other option for parking as the street has one hour parking, it was a gamble not getting a parking ticket for the weekend. The fireplace on patio was out of propane, we were able to move propane tank from bbq but was difficult as empty tank was bike locked to fireplace. The pool table advertised was squished on a tiny deck with a railing less than two feet away from the table ( so nearly unplayable unfortunately). Seemed like all the advertised ‘perks’ were a bit of a let down.

• Ahmed (10/5): Clean, spacious and comfortable - We stayed here with a group of 4 adults and 4 young children. We really enjoyed our stay. Clean and spacious. Quiet and safe neighbourhood and getting to most places in Edmonton was generally less than 20 minutes by car. Good value for money. Thank you Margaret and the team for accommodating us and making our stay a very comfortable one. There is a tennant living in the basement downstairs but to be fair did not see at all and there is a separate entrance to the basement and no shared facilities
• Marilyn (10/5): Very good stay in lovely home in quiet home. Great location - Modern appealing home. Great place to stay! Great location, close to University of Alberta Quiet neighborhood Full kitchen for groceries & cooking. Common room / area great for visiting & sharing meals Beautiful master bedroom with luxurious ensuite Easy check in and check out Owner let us check in a couple hours early, which was so valuable to us as we had several events to attend & coordinate in our schedule. Comfortable beds in each of the 3 upstairs bedrooms. Parking is very tight with room for maximum of 2 small to medium vehicles. (Takes a bit of skill to get into the garage from the tight back alley). The neighbours take the road parking very seriously and leave notes on cars and call Bylaw Officer if you park over the posted time... and the Bylaw does come by. House is overly full of decor & stuff... we moved some items around to have more livable space for our stay. The water in master bedroom shower is only warm but the main bathroom (same floor) has great hot water. There is a BBQ on the deck, but no propane tank - so didn't go buy one to use it (which was an option). The fourth bedroom is more like a den; it has a futon / hide-a-bed / couch type pull out bed.
