• Ruben (10/5): Excelente opción en el centro de Roma. - Excelente ubicación. A 2 minutos de la plaza España y a 5 de la plaza del pueblo, en una calle llena de tiendas de moda. Muy cerca del metro España. Restaurantes, pizzerías y almacenes cercanos. Caminando se llega tranquilamente a atracciones como la Fontana. Departamento muy cómodo, buena aislación del ruido y del frío. Encontramos el departamento aseado y muy limpio, en perfectas condiciones. Encargados atentos y preocupados de los huéspedes, que están permanentemente a disposición para lo que necesites. Sin duda un acierto para nuestra visita a Roma. Nada.

• Agnieszka (10/5): 66 via Babuino très bon choix pour visiter Rome - Bel appartement ancien, chaleureux et accueillant, haut de plafond, parquets en bois bien entretenus, hautes fenêtres. Bien placé à 2 min à pied de la Place d'Espagne. Une bibliothèque impressionnante avec de beaux albums sur la ville de Rome. Il faudrait changer le matelas de la petite chambre et réparer les chaises en bois de la salle à manger. Et je confirme que nous sommes très contents de notre séjour dans cet appartement.
• ADINA (8/5): We enjoyed our stay. - The apartment is spacious, fully equipped and perfectly located in the historical centre. Most attractions are walking distance. The bedroom is quiet. There are two Carrefour express grocery stores 3 minutes walk. At arrival we had trouble getting the access card out of the lockbox but the manager opened the door lock remotely so it was fine. In the lockbox we were supposed to find the card but the card was inside the apartment and in the lockbox there were a bunch of keys which caused it to be stuck.
• Angela (10/5): Amazing location and beautiful view -close to Spanish steps - My Family loved the location and the Apartement was very charming - we really enjoyed our stay. The owner was always available and helpful. Would book again anytime. The bathroom was a bit "old" - but it didn't bother us too much.
• Alon (8/5): Good location - Excellent location – within walking distance of most sites in the city center. The service was outstanding – most issues we raised were resolved within a day, with daily follow-up. The check-in instructions were detailed and made the process very easy. The apartment's maintenance level could have been better. While some repairs we requested, such as replacing burnt-out lighting and fixing the shower head, were quickly taken care of, there were a few issues that could not be resolved during our stay (like small holes in the shower wall and some dry damp stains in the bedroom). The beds in the bedrooms were not very comfortable, and the bedrooms themselves felt small and basic. On the positive side, the living room was spacious and welcoming. Overall, for the price we paid, we expected a bit more.

• SHENGHUNG (10/5): Very comfortable appartment with a very convenient location - Very comfortable apartment. The living room was clean and cozy, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Air conditioning worked great, keeping the room cool and pleasant throughout the night. Quiet environment, comfy bed, and a very convenient location near shops and restaurants. Felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended! None.

Excellent support technique lors de petit problème ou de question générale. Climatisation dans la chambre et le salon! Accepte les chiens 🥰 Petit problème avec la boite à clef à l’arrivée, mais nous avons eu un excellent support pour régler le problème. Petit chien du voisin du dessous qui jappe beaucoup en l’absence de ses maîtres.

Old furniture. No air conditioning in small single room. Could be absolutely amazing with less stuff. Very cluttered
• Jennifer (9/5): Excellent apartment in a lovely district - Great property in a wonderful location; staff very helpful and responsive on arrival and when we requested A/C remote controls (a little early for many, as it was only May, but we come from a cold and rainy island and for us it was summer hot!). The spiral staircase was very steep (no lift) - people with mobility problems would struggle with this & advertising should spell this out as simply saying 3 floors and no lift doesn’t capture quite what these stairs are like.

Tha apartment is comfortable & well appointed, with any amenity one could need. The beds were very comfortable. You are very close to the Spanish Steps while just beyond the tourist crowds. Stairs are a little tricky with big luggage. The owner did notify us of this in advance.

• Borissoff (7/5): Notice that this beautiful apartment is on 4 floor without elevator - It is cosy and bright, though the furniture is shabby. Property is very good located if you need to be in a shopping area or close to Spanish steps The stairs are very narrow and sharp, one of the bedroom is freezing cold, so is the little room. My son couldn’t sleep there(
• Barbara (9/5): I stayed a week in the apartment and it was a perfect retreat at the end of each day and much more relaxing than being i - The property had an excellant location, very close to the Spanish steps and the red metro line so easy to get to from Rome Termini station. We were able to walk everywhere to the main sights and shopping including the Vatican which was about 45 min walk. There are plenty of taxis nearby if needed. The lounge is really lovely, bright and spacious. The bed was very comfortable with soft white bedding. As the main bedroom is at the back it was lovely and quiet. We didn’t use the small bedroom. The kitchen, although dated, had everything needed. There is a washing machine so you can travel light. It was lovely to have a bath at the end of a long day on my feet. The water pressure and temperature was good. The local food shop is very nearby so easy to pick up provisions after arrival. It is a traditional apartment so up 3 flights of ancient steps which is characterful. I didn’t meet the owner as access is remote which worked fine. The owner was very responsive to my queries and requests so communication was excellent. It’s an old property and as is typical with old Italian properties the electricity can be temperamental. There were always functioning sockets though. No overhead lighting so lamps are in place. The bathroom was spacious and had everything needed but could do with updating.

• Yana (8/5): overall we enjoyed our stay. the apartment is clean, cozy and very well equipped. the electricity and hot water problems - fantastic location, beautiful view, old cozy beautiful apartment with it’s character, well equipped. very clean. self check in hidden payment of an extra fee (some city tax) after the payment on Booking.com and confirmation of a non-refundable deal. the stairs on the third floor are quite annoying and tricky especially with a baby. on the second day of our stay the electricity was down since the evening till the check out. the host came and fixed it in 5 mins only the next day. some problems with a hot water. we aware of your obligation to take care of your gabbage otherwise there is a 30 euro fee

• Jakša (8/5): Would recommend to a group of friends coming for a few days stay in Rome, not for a 7-days family trip. - -location -looks of the flat -staff, very pleasant and responding immediately -uncomfortable beds (appart from the main one in the bedroom) -reallisticly, the flat is for 3 people (2+1 in the small bedroom which is also not the comfiest) -noisy neighborhood, poor sound isolation even when the windows are closed

• Mark (7/5): I would not book here again unless they make the improvements I suggested in a DM. - Excellent location. Quiet at night. Charming place but… Beds were fold out occasional type. Sheets and pillows were well below 4 star hotel. Bathtub had been “renovated” with painted enamel. Several lightbulbs and switches needed replacement. Kitchen lacked basics like pepper and paper towels.
