Falta variedad en comidas, solo tienes buffet de día y no restaurantes hasta en la noche, y el buffet tiene poca variedad Solo tiene musica Indie, si te gusta el estilo es para ti, en lo personal no me encanta Y se nos fue la luz en el cuarto un día.

- Elizabeth (9/5): Great vibrant hotel - Great hotel, with friendly staff and great entertainment and food choices. Lovely coffee and ice cream shop. Not having the buffet open in the evening. Small food portions at the Italian restaurant. Breakfast staff were hit and miss. Some were really friendly and others not. Not enough sun umbrellas for the amount of people there.

- Aparna (8/5): Excellent all inclusive, exactly what you expect, good entertainment, I wouldn’t upgrade to Vantage in the future - Really well appointed in the hotel zone. Does have a lot of construction still going on although it doesn’t really affect your stay at the property. Everything really is included, the rooms are big, and the rooftop bar is beautiful. I loved that the main swimming pool is actually swimmable first thing in the morning… I was doing laps at 6 am which was heaven. Still some construction going on on site. The upgrade to Vantage was probably not necessary… The rooftop pool was nice, but actually it wasn’t the busiest season and I don’t think we really needed it. I think it’s slightly disappointing in the way that they introduce the $200 of credit. This really can only be used as $40 against any spa or Massage treatment, $10 against a bottle of wine… I.e. there are lots of restrictions. I guess I should’ve expected that, it’s just billed in a very different way to what could be expected.

Los Restaurantes tematicos, el beach club, habitacion etc. Reserve una excursión por una agencia externa al hotel y no dejaron entrar el coche para recogernos en el lobby, tuvimos que llamar un taxi a las 6 am para que nos lleve a la entrada de seguridad del hotel , sin ninguna ayuda del hotel, casi pierdo mi excursion.... me pareció q no corresponde al servicio de un hotel de esta categoria.

Мы приехали во второй половине дня, пока заселились, немного отдохнули и решили пойти поужинать. Оказалось, что ни через консьержа, ни через приложение забронировать столик в ресторане не получится, и нужно просто обойти все рестораны, чтобы узнать, где есть места и на какое время! Рестораны на трех разных этажах. Мы уже были голодные и это совсем не понравилось. Ближайшее время было через полчаса в одном из них, при том, что половина столиков были пустые. Пляж на другой стороне косы - на океане. До него ходит шаттл каждые 20 минут, ехать минут 5-10. Вроде бы не проблема, но если вы хотите искупаться в день отъезда, то придётся вставать рано, на полчасика на пляж не сходишь.

- Yi-hsin (8/5): - I had also booked kayaking in advance with an 11:30 AM meeting time. However, the front desk staff member was not present from 11:30 until almost 12:00 PM. I confirmed with him during that time, and he asked me to wait, but after waiting for about 30 minutes, no one returned. Additionally, at the buffet restaurant, I noticed some dishes and plates that did not appear to be properly cleaned.

- Brittany (7/5): Beautiful resort but very strict. - Beautiful new clean property. Housekeeping was amazing and there were many great staff which included bartenders and servers. The rooms were comfortable and the drinks were good. Very isolated properly. It’s at the end of a 7 minute long driveway. VERY strict resort. We went with a group of 8 people. If we tried to go to a different room to have a drink with someone we would get a “noise complaint” (I’m pretty sure it was the hotel watching on video and seeing more than 2 people in a room). They also don’t let you bring food from the buffet to eat in the room. they make you eat the food truck at a table right in front of it instead of being able to take it to your beach chair. The hotel shuts everything down VERY early. Like at 1am it’s quiet and there is nothing to do and no where to get drinks. If you are going for a nice relaxing calm couples trip this may be a good choice, but it’s not a great option for a fun group trip. The hotel really is beautiful and I love that it was small and intimate. I personally don’t love the overall vibe and don’t think I’d come back but it really is a beautiful resort.

- Luke2022 (8/5): A really relaxing, beautiful week in Cancun - brilliant staff and facilities, but average food. - There were plenty of sunbed options, super friendly staff, an array of great entertainment options, a great gym! Little coffee shop had decent coffee. Honestly the food was fairly average - that was the most disappointing aspect. Some restaurants were great - Mexican and mediterranean! But the rest was a bit basic. The room also didn't have an iron which was frustrating.

- Luis (10/5): - Todo muy limpio, el servicio a la habitación impecable, baños amplios y cómodos, la comida en los distintos restaurantes y bufetes de desayuno muy rica y sabrosa, el personal del hotel súper amigables, amables y con excelente disposición, todos los días tienen un itinerario con actividades para todos los gustos, el acceso al beach club súper expedito, la piscina excelente la vista hacia el campo de golf espectacular, 100% recomendado, la pasamos excelente con mi grupo de amigos y pareja, si vuelvo a Cancún si o si me aseguro mi estadía en este hotel!! Lo único que le dejo un puntito para mejora sería en la preparación de los tragos, no estaban tan ricos especialmente en el beach club

El colchón resulto ser demasiado suave y me quedo con dolor de espalda. Tuve mala experiencia con un servicio de hyatt que fue una invitación a la afiliacion de servicios Hyatt.
- Logan (6/5): It could've been better. - The italian restaurant was great. The rooms were really nice. Some of the staff was great. The beach club was really nice. The rooftop was beautiful. The entertainment staff that did activities in the pool were awesome. They should do more of that. The entertainment could really use some help. There wasn't a lot to do most nights and during the day. There wasn't even really music at night to hang out and listen to. Many nights we were in bed before 11 pm due to lack of entertainment options. There were several restaurant waiters that were not attentive and didn't come back to our table often or refill drinks. The drinks were so watered down that you would've had to drink 20 drinks to get the amount of alcohol in a normal drink. This was a big let down.

- Amanda (10/5): Beautiful, fun and relaxing getaway. Didn’t want to leave. - It was very clean and had a really soothing atmosphere. The views were beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly and competent. The staff who led the activities were very funny, engaging and playful. The food was very good. The only con I would say, and this didn’t really impact us, was that it wasn’t beach front. There is a shuttle to the beach club, but for guests wanting to walk outside their door and access the beach that may be something worth mentioning. That said, my husband and I agreed we really only want visit Vivid Grand for our future stays in Mexico!

- RDrucker (5/5): Pretty property but service did was inconsistent - The property is new and quite pretty. The rooms were large and beds were comfortable. The service was inconsistent, with some employees being extraordinarily helpful and others who did not seem to care much. The meal service in the Vantage Club and specialty restaurants was inconsistent, though the buffet and outdoor food truck were reliable. There is a not a proper spa, only re-purposed guest rooms that doubled as treatment rooms. When having a spa treatment, there were no bathrooms, showers, or changing rooms available, nor was there a relaxation space that are typically available at a spa. The property provided me with the concierge contact information, but that person no longer worked at the property and therefore my pre-arrival requests were never addressed despite multiple emails. I would not choose to stay at this property again as the cost was too high for the level of service provided.

- Vanessa (6/5): War okay, nächstes Mal woanders - Größe der Zimmer und der Beach Club. Mitarbeiter bis auf wenige Ausnahmen sehr freundlich. Restaurants sind meist immer ausgebucht und wird nachts um 1 Uhr aktualisiert, heißt man sollte sich nachts einen Wecker stellen wenn man unbedingt einen Platz haben möchte. Qualität der Speisen lässt überall zu wünschen übrig. Super schöner Beach Club gute 5 Minuten mit einem Mini Bus entfernt, an allen Tagen die wir dort waren, war das Personal überfordert und Essen hat teilweise 1 Stunde gedauert. Raucher werden in diesem Hotel total diskriminiert, man muss bis hinter der Lobby zu einem Raucherbereich gehen was je nach dem wo man ist echt weit sein kann. Von der Lobby zum Haupteingang läuft man 20 Minuten, kein Shuttle oder Fahrräder verfügbar, man muss alles vor und zurück laufen wenn man Touren macht. Zigaretten kosten 15$ im Shop. Es werden keine Beach Bags zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir werden nächstes Mal ein Hotel am Strand buchen da der Rest nicht 100% überzeugt hat. Pools sind alle nicht beheizt.

- Tracy (8/5): Needs some refinement, but great location. - The location and overall resort is great, food and drink options were great once you understood that the app doesn't help you make any bookings, you must instead go to each restaurant once opened and book for the following nights. Checking in and checking out was chaotic and disorganised. It's also difficult to hear and speak with staff with the pool area and activities happening right outside the door. I expected a more luxurious and personalised experience for the level of resort.
- Elsa (8/5): Good for couples with dogs - The facilities were all new, and the staff was great! The activities they organize are better than standard all inclusive hotel, we appreciated that. Very good for dogs, they even gave us a cute bed and toys! While they did they best, the vegan food was not yet very good. Some restaurants had good options (Asian and Mediterranean), but the rest was not good, especially the breakfast and lunch overfulled with meat everywhere. The fact that the constructed on top of the mangler to build a massive gold court made us feel bad to stay there and support such ecological damage

On m’a changé de chambre pour m’en donner une avec la fenêtre cassée et il aura fallu attendre 3 jours quelqu’un vienne la réparer Ce bruit a tout simplement gâché mes vacances L’hôtel ne prend absolument pas en compte ni les besoins ni les demandes des clients, je n’ai jamais vu cela dans aucun autre hôtel du monde Même un hôtel 1* offre un meilleur service Pour les restaurants, on vous fait croire qu’ils sont full alors qu’il y a plein de tables vides Il faut se battre pour obtenir quoi que ce soit dans cet hôtel Les seules personnes gentilles que j’ai vu étaient les deux serveurs au petit déjeuner

- Emily Nothnagel (9/5): Enjoy this beautiful place - We loved the food. The ceviche bar was my absolute favorite and I would go back there just for that! Although we were disappointed that the French restaurant is no longer open, everything was delicious and we still felt we had plenty of options. My partner is gluten free (allergy) and she had tons of options to choose from everywhere we went. We LOVED the beach club. The infinity pool there is very warm. I loved that! And the food is also great at the beach club, too. Bring cash to tip your servers. We did upgrade to Vantage club but didn't feel it was worth it. The extra perks weren't worth the extra cost. Yes, people rave about the access to the rooftop pool but they were doing very noisy construction up there the only day we could enjoy it and the pool was cold, which is a deal breaker for me. The beach club is great but the waves are strong so don't expect calm waters.

- Océane (10/5): Un séjour incroyable - Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel et ce surtout grâce au personnel : gentil, serviable et respectueux, ce sont les meilleurs. Les restaurants proposés étaient de qualité tout comme la chambre, les piscines, tout l’hôtel ! Le beach club est placé à l’une des plus belles plages de Cancún et le personnel est tout aussi incroyable. Un grand merci, je recommande !
