The cafe bar next door was also excellent. I recommend the river view. Special mention needs to be made to the lady in charge of the laundry facility, as she was proficient in her work. I would stay again at the same hotel at my next visit to Shanghai and I would definitely recommend it.

La señoras del desayuno eran súper amables, estaban atentas a todo. No hablan inglés, ni para decir buenos días, bienvenido… incluso con traductor costaba entenderse con ellos.

У них ещё кухня с 9 вечера открыта и дают бесплатные гарниры, в целом можно воспользоваться. Приятные сотрудники и всегда помогали. Тяжело было справиться с кондиционером, все на китайском, и поэтому заболели в первый день. Нужно было сразу обратиться к персоналу, чтобы отрегулировали нам как положено.

Super blisko do Fotografiska. Piękny spacer wzdłuż rzeki. Śniadanie przede wszystkim w stylu Chińskim - mało opcji do wyboru. Obsługa nie mówi po angielsku - ale dają sobie świetnie radę z translatorami.

- Audrey (8/5): Nice hotel for first trip to Shanghai - Room and property very clean, breakfast was really good every morning. I am vegan, and there were always options for me. Also, very safe area Not a lot nearby. 2 different metro lines within 10 minutes walk. There is a mall about 5 minutes away with some food options. Only 1 front desk staff spoke any English, so that was a challenge. However, they were very good with translate apps on their phones. If you want to be in a more central location closer to Nanjin and all the shopping, you probably want to stay at the other Atour location.

- MGRT (10/5): Easy and comfortable stay - The lobby was very nice. The staff was super helpful. They can collect the food you ordered online and deliver yo your room. You can do laundry there for free. Nothing really.
- Hana (8/5): Not bad but i will recommend it to anyone. - Cleanliness and location The room is tooooooooooooo small and not real to photos at all! It fits one person our room was in the third floor and the view was to the backside of the hotel which gives 0% privacy! And there is no room serive! They just clean the room but whatever you need else is self service !! Also, the breakfast was only chinese food, if you are Arabic or foreign you can only eat boiled eggs and fruits! Although i saw many different cultures there but they didn’t consider to have variety of food or atleast some cheese!

If you want a refreshing sleep there is a high chance you might get disturbe - -Price -a lot of water supply -free cleaning area -Staff doesn’t speak simple English -Breakfast is a joke, cutlery was often missing - you can hear everything in your room, especially if your neighbor opens his/her door to various people. Or the neighbors opposite of your room wants to listen to TikTok on full blast with closed doors. You will be able to know all the time who is either performing next to your room or the fact the opposite room is listening/watching the same Tiktok for third round.
