• Pascal (5/5): Cher pour ce type de prestation - Mignon et proche du tram, d’une supérette et du forum si vous voulez voir un concert. Très bruyant ! Autant on n’entend pas les voisins, autant on entend bien la rocade et le tram. Vue sur une usine (bof) Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche principale donc une seule salle de bain utilisable. Dossier du canapé en bois dur.

• Aigina (9/5): Цена чуть-чуть выше чем качество. А так все норм. - В квартире все необходимые вещи для проживания имеются. Кондиционер хорошо работает. Дом сам хорошо охраняется, у входа стоит охрана , камера , лифт хороший, просторный, Кровати не удобные, как будто слишком старые и поэтому матрас не ровный. В душе где то 3-4 мин холодная вода течет , только потом потеплеет. Все это время нужно ждать. И лейка душа тоже старый , нужно бы поменять, потому что течет вода. И раковина не очень удобная там где комната для парочек, там зеркало мешает помыть лицо,вы можете удариться головой когда нагибаетесь .

Tres bien equipe et le plus important climatise ainsi tres bien securise . Le personnel a l'ecoute . Les murs neccesite une peinture... tres sale et pas du tout propre . A faire atention quan don prend la douche, une seule personne a la fois malgre les deux salles de bains , l'eau chaude ne fonctionne pas tres bien .

• Geoffray (8/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix pour un séjour en famille à Barcelone - Très spacieux et bien équipé. A 5 minutes à pied d’un bouche de métro et du centre commercial Diagonal Mar La ligne 4 vous amène dans le centre de Barcelone en 10-15 min

The best part was that the apartment offered a parking space in the same building. The apartment also had comfortable beds and could house a big group. Location was not great but this was not a necessity for me as I had a car and booked the place only to stay around Barcelona for few days.. The place was located next to the highway so it was easy to navigate and arrive at the building.

The apartment is very spacious and beautifully designed, with two large bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms they even provided shower gel, fresh towels, and everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was a dream, super well-equipped with a microwave, oven, washing machine, iron, and more it truly felt like home. One of our favorite parts was the two stunning balconies, perfect for relaxing with a coffee or a glass of wine while enjoying the view. This place has everything: comfort, cleanliness, style, and that little bit of magic that made our trip unforgettable. We would 100% stay here again! Nothing

• Chooliranje (10/5): Excellent accommodation! 10! - The accommodation is located near the beach and close to the highway, a great starting point for people who like to explore. There is a tram stop nearby, from where you can easily reach the city center. The apartment is nice, spacious, clean, has nice terraces overlooking the beach. The beds are comfortable, the wifi is excellent. If you come by your own car, there is a secure garage with a parking space within the building. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. • Joao (6/5): Pleasant - Near tram that takes us to metro, and than everywhere. The space and sea view is good. The interior quality is minimum. I has a lot of wear and some stuff could be better take some maintenance. The cost versus of quailty is a bit over weight.
• Christopher (1/5): I would never stay here again. I was really ripped off. - We needed accommodation for ourselves, our daughter and two grandchildren, and this seemed to fit the bill. It’s expensive for what it is, but we were prepared to pay if it was what we needed. The owner sent three friends to give us the keys, explain how to use the parking garage, and collect the City Tax. Although they were not familiar with the area, they were all very friendly and told us what they knew, including the hours the tram works and the direction of the nearest metro. The property is clean, including both bathrooms and bedrooms and the kitchen. The washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge are good. The beds are all comfortable and the sheets clean. There is a sea view alongside the view of the cement works. The walk to the beach goes under a busy road, but that is ok. The parking is fine. The WiFi is excellent with easy access and the air conditioning is also excellent. Unfortunately, some things didn’t really meet the standards we were expecting. Please read the negative comments. This is not a good place to stay. Unfortunately, some things didn’t really meet the standards we were expecting. First, I felt very hassled about our arrival time. I didn’t want to commit us to a time as I didn’t want to then change it, but I was asked a number of times. One request apparently came from an automatic machine. This machine really needs to be looked at. We had only been at the property for 12 hours when we received another automatic message. I thought ‘that’s good - they’re checking if everything is ok!’ Oh no! It was a request for a good review! The kitchen is basically well equipped, but there are some things missing - there’s a scrubbing sponge for cleaning, but no tea towel - nothing to dry items when you wash up. The kettle doesn’t work. The corkscrew is broken. There is no saucepan, although there is a saucepan lid. We discovered that It’s possible to cook pasta in the frying pan. The worst problem, in my opinion, was in connection with information. There is no information in the accommodation about how to get to tourist areas. We had some idea from the three friends, but there is no info left for visitors, which, in our experience, is very unusual. Nevertheless, we left this morning to go to our booked visit to La Segrada Familia. We walked to the nearest metro (checking with passers by that we were going the right way). However, it was closed. We had to then walk to the next metro stop - and wasted so much time actually getting to the metro that we had passed our booking time. The nearest metro is closed for a month, till 23 August, and it really is not good enough that we had to find out the hard way - we would never have stayed here if we had known that it was closed. It’s just too far to get in to Barcelona without using it. The other significant problem related to animals. There are ants in the kitchen. There are not many, so we weren’t over worried, however, unfortunately in the night the ants made their way to my grandson’s bed sofa, and he felt ants on his face.

• Manuel (9/5): Superb - Spaciousness, living room and 2 bathrooms, view from the top. Perfect for visiting Parc del Forum, it is outside Barcelona center (not scope of our travel) so would not recommend in case of interest in visiting city center
• Joseph (9/5): Absolutely fantastic stay! The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and public transportation. Would hi - The apartment was impeccably clean. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
• Andreas (6/5): Too expensive, no hospitality - Not far from the beach, two bedrooms The price is too high for this kind of poor equipped appartment. There is no whirlpool and as well no pool. And the host is not interested in the comfort of his guests. We had to wait half an hour in front of the building until someone was coming - just to give us the keys. We had to explain everything by ourselves. At the beginning of our stay nothing really works. No warm water, no air conditioning/heating, no cooking - because all fuses were switched off… It is not ok, if the guests at first have to prepare the electric system. There was two days no response on our question because of the parking space within the building.

• Rosa (5/5): Passable - My kids liked the WiFi, the apartment was clean and washing machine and dryer were a bonus. Car parking is available on-site and great air conditioning Bathroom light didn't work. If you have 5 people to sleep the sofa bed in the lounge is uncomfortable and the blinds dont keep the sun out. Please note that the owner tries to charges excessive City tax more then double the rate. Location is ok 10 min to Metro but near an industrial zone.
• Morrine (10/5): overall everything was great and the hostess was very quick to respond messages and very friendly definitely recommended - it was very clean and close to a lot of restaurants can’t go outside the property without the keys and we were 5 people didn’t realized that we needed keys to get outside the building so we had to always go out at the same time otherwise you’ll be stuck inside the house if you didn’t have the key
