• Laura (9/5): Super convenient! - De host was enorm goed bereikbaar en betrokken, alles was zoals op de foto’s en zoals verwacht en er was bijzonder veel beschikbaar bv parasol, strandhanddoeken, douche producten… Zoals andere reviews schreven is er wel wat lawaai, wat te verwachten is aan de Veronicas wijk, maar daardoor ben je ook heel centraal!
• Linda (10/5): Posizione perfetta, staff gentilissimo e appartamento completo di tutto: consigliatissimo! - Struttura in posizione centrale a Las Américas: in soli due minuti a piedi si raggiunge la spiaggia. Situata vicino ai locali più frequentati della zona, oltre a supermercati e farmacia, è davvero comoda per qualsiasi esigenza. Lo staff è estremamente accogliente e sempre disponibile. L’appartamento era completo di tutto il necessario: teli mare, piatti, bicchieri, posate, pentole e padelle. Ideale per trascorrere una vacanza rilassante

• Antonio (9/5): Consigliatissimo - Posizione centralissima in Las Americas con supermercati h24 e altri servizi sotto casa. L' appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort con una piccola veranda da cui si vede il mare e dei bellissimi tramonti. Un pochino rumoroso la notte per i bar e le discoteche nelle vicinanze ma essendo una coppia abituata ad uscire la sera non ci è nemmeno dispiaciuto più di tanto.

• Andrea (9/5): Ich werde es wieder buchen - Alles, was man in einer Wohnung braucht, war vorhanden, die Lage ist super schnell am Strand, man kommt überall schnell hin. Durch die Pub‘s ist es Nachts laut, störte mich nicht. Man konnte auf dem Wintergarten Balkon mit Meerblick frühstücken ❤️

• Alessandra (9/5): - Appartamento fornito di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno di una settimana in una posizione molto comoda a Las Americas, con possibilità di parcheggio sempre nelle vicinanze. Il proprietario è stato sempre molto gentile, ha sempre risposto subito ad ogni nostra domanda. La nostra vacanza è andata benissimo.
• Mina (8/5): Mina Milano Tenerife stupenda - Ho appena soggiornato con delle amiche posizione eccellente, possibile anche godersi dei meravigliosi Tramonti di Tenerife anche dal terrazzino, la cordialità e la disponibilità di Alexander che ha cercato di venire incontro a tt le nostre esigenze, addirittura Facendoci usare l'appartamento anche dopo l'orario di check-out e aver custodito i nostri bagagli fino a pomeriggio in quanto noi avevamo il volo di rientro a tarda sera, sicuramente la prossima volta ci tornerò
• Arianna (7/5): Centrale ma caotico. - La struttura è centrale e accogliente, ha il mare vicino e parecchi supermarket intorno, comodi per fare la spesa. Alexander è un host super disponibile. Purtroppo il bagno è un po’ datato ed infatti si è rotto lo scarico il secondo giorno. Inoltre la sera a causa dei locali non è facile addormentarsi per la musica alta. Adatto per ragazzi, ma non per famiglie o coppie che cercano oltre che lo svago, anche la tranquillità in vacanza.

• Angelo (3/5): Soggiorno deludente - Vista mare Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento e nel complesso non posso dire che sia male, ma ci sono stati alcuni problemi che hanno compromesso la nostra esperienza. Purtroppo, abbiamo trovato una blatta all'interno dell'appartamento, il che è stato piuttosto preoccupante, soprattutto considerando che le finestre non avevano zanzariere, quindi siamo stati costretti a tenere le finestre chiuse(che non chiudevano bene ) Inoltre, abbiamo trovato alcuni piccoli insetti sul top della cucina e parecchie stoviglie erano sporche. La tapparella in camera da letto non funzionava bene e ogni volta bisognava tirarla con le mani per abbassarla. Abbiamo trovato innumerevoli prodotti come bagnoschiuma, crema, shampoo protezione ecc., im bagno probabilmente lasciati dagli ospiti precedenti, come gesto anti-spreco. Tuttavia, l'accumulo eccessivo di questi prodotti porta a una scarsa igiene ,pulizia e organizzazione, specialmente nel mobile della cucina dove erano conservati i detersivi. Infine, la posizione dell'appartamento è vicino a bar, pub e discoteche, e c’è la musica forte fino alle 5 del mattino e questo è stata un vero problema. Anche con le finestre chiuse, è stato impossibile dormire a causa del rumore assordante

• Diana (10/5): we really liked it, if we are in las americas again, we would really like to stay in these apartment - The apartment has a great location, very close to the beach and the city center, and all the necessary shops are nearby. Another plus of the location is the bus station, which is nearby, and bus stops. If you want to visit the famous water park, you can also walk to it. As for the apartments themselves, when we checked in, it was clean, and we were surprised how many things there were, an iron, a beach umbrella, a washing machine, a TV (with a connection to YouTube), and much more, as indicated in the description of the house. The kitchen also has all the necessary appliances, and salt, sugar, tea and coffee. It was a pleasure to communicate with the owner of the apartments, he quickly answered all questions, and sent a very detailed video on how to get to the apartment. It is impossible not to mention the view from the window, we lived from January 9-17, and from the balcony we could see a very beautiful sunset, and of course the ocean. a little noisy bars nearby, on Saturdays there can be music until 11-12 at night, but on weekdays, everything was quiet

• Meliosa (8/5): Enjoyed our stay in this apt. It was very clean & host was very attentive. - Apt was very clean, and all facilities needed were there. The host was in contact in advance of trip & provided excellent details on how to get in etc. Also checked in during trip which we found very good & attentive. There is a pool also in the facilities, which is maintained. Nothing wrong with the property - it was more that it is very close to the Veronicas which we found isnt the safest place at night time. This is totally outside of the hosts control (please note there is security in the apt block). This is more for awareness. Also suggest to bring ear plugs, as you are close to pubs etc - helps block out the noise at night time. (they worked for us!)
• Mihai (10/5): Great apartment - Nice apartment in the centre of Playa de Las Americas with a view at the ocean and a pool in the complex. It is equiped with all you need for an enjoyable vacation. It is close to the beach (playa Troya) and with supermarkets, farmacies and restaurants only a few meters away. People ar complaing about the noise from near bars, but they should know that this is an area full of them and the music is playing till 2am in the night. If you close the windows, the noise is not that loud. It didn't bothered us. The locking mechanism of the door.
• Sophie (7/5): Lovely stay - The apartment was well presented and clean. It had everything we needed and Alexander was very helpful! The pool was really nice and clean. The only slight issue was the noise at night time, but we just put the fan on and it drowned out some of the noise. Being really picky I would say that the communal loungers weren’t very comfortable and a lot of them were broken.

• Catrion (7/5): Great appartment great host, but very loud/noisy at night - Great appartment - tidy clean and everything we expected Alenander was a super host and very accommodating in any way Due to the location there is extreme noise at night from karaoke music from bars and a/c from shop. So may not suit families with children. The pool was freezing cold- I guess it’s not heated in autumn/winter time understandably .. (non peak time)

Very old apartment (looks newer on the photo) - there were many problems in the apartments almost all the time. 1. Shower? -No. Hot water? -No. There was no hot water at all, only ice water in a small stream. my friend and I were forced to shower quickly and in very, very cold water. After three days, we both got sick. The owner promised to solve the problem but every day we had to wait for repairmen for 3-4 hours of our time instead of a vacation for which we paid money and flew from another country. repairmen came every day and spent time in the apartments, but they managed to fix water problem only on the third day. that is, for three days we was without our basic hygiene needs ((( and every day they said "wait for tomorrow". 2. Big cockroaches. It is unsanitary and I was very scared to sleep with them. Every morning we found a new corpse of a cockroach, and this means that there was some kind of poison in the house. I really hope that it didn’t harm our health. I offered to somehow settle the conflict and partially compensate the money, rent lord first said that we would come to an agreement, and then he just ignored me day after day until I left the country . after that he simply said - it was not his problem. I was very sorry to spend 4 days of my vacation like this, and they will not be able to return the most valuable time to me, but it would be fair to reimburse at least part of the money. because it turns out that I paid for the apartment without hygienic and sanitary standards, and the price wasn’t small, considering that in the photo the apartment looked much better than it’s in reality. apartment is old and a lot of furniture needs to be renewed. This is a very bad experience and an unfair attitude of the owners of the apartment. I have photos/videos of all described problems.
