• Simona (6/5): Beautiful place, disappointing experience - The apartment itself is beautiful, spacious, and very well located, which makes this review even more disappointing to write. Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness was far below expectations. The bed linens on both beds appeared used and dirty, there was a strong smell of food in the apartment, and the general hygiene standard was not acceptable. We also found a large cockroach inside the apartment, which was quite unsettling. While we understand the property is surrounded by nature and that these things can occasionally happen, this makes proper cleanliness inside the apartment even more important. Several advertised amenities were either missing or not properly provided: there were no trash bags at all, the soap in the shower dispensers was actually dish soap, and the drinking water provided was already opened and partially used. We were then expected to arrange our own water, which is not reasonable in a country where tap water is not drinkable. Toilet paper was also treated as a “courtesy,” despite being listed as an included amenity (only one roll per bathroom was provided). The safe was not functioning. Communication and handling of the situation were also disappointing. Although we reported the issues immediately, no proper solution was provided and the host stopped responding. The cleaner contacted us the day after and asked us to wait in the apartment for her the next day, which was inconvenient and ultimately did not resolve the problem. Only one set of bed linens was changed, and we were then asked to wait additional 30 minutes for basic cleaning (just hoovering the place) rather than the full cleaning requested. Additionally, the cleaner did not have her own set of keys, which was concerning, as it could have caused issues if we had experienced any problems with access to the apartment, considering she is the only local point of contact as the host is in Spain. Overall, while the apartment has great potential, the lack of cleanliness and poor management significantly affected our stay.

• Andreas (10/5): - Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Grosser Balkon zur Poolseite. In der Nähe genügend Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Was die Wohnung angeht, alles im grünen Bereich. Bis auf die fehlende Möglichkeit der Müllentsorgung. Da muss man 4-500 m laufen. Leider ist die Angabe mit der Laufzeit zum Strand etwas irreführend. Luftlinie bei strammen Gehen 3 Minuten mag stimmen. Da aber der Strand größtenteils von Hotels in Beschlag genommen ist, blieb nur der öffentliche Strand. Und da sind es etwa 15-20 Gehminuten.

Exterior con sus amplias y cálidas piscinas. Seguimiento y atención del anfitrión y todo el personal. Estacionamiento, pero esta en construcción.

El diseño, la infraestructura, las instalaciones perfectas. Y como si esto fuera poco, el trato de juan manuel fue excepcional. No paro de recomendar el lugar con mis amigos y familiares !!! Una propuesta diferente a los All Inclusive muy muy buena !!! Super recomendado !!! Irnos tán rapido !!!

• Romina (7/5): Great place - The place is beautiful, modern and very comfortable. Beds are good, kitchen has everything, hot water available all the time. The water in the pool could be warmer, the place should be quiet but people do not follow the rules of not to disturb with music or noises, so that all depends. I talked to the manager and she was helpful but that shouldn't be necessary. In general people in this country is really noisy, not sure why. The place is easy to find and since Dominicus is small everything in pretty close.
• Meyferet (9/5): Superb - Quietness and tranquility. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway, THIS is the spot to book. It's extremely nitpicking mostly because of my size but the bed felt a bit small. Again, extremely nitpicking. Everything else was as expected
